The services provided by the staff were very personalized such as asking directly during dinner service the day before if I needed shuttle services to the JR station and helping to reserve when I said yes. The ryokan has both private and public onsen which are open 24/7. Private onsen does not require reservation and can be used as long as it’s vacant. The few times I used the public onsen at night, I only bumped into one person so it was nice. The ryokan is by the lake and the bus stop (for both the loop service and the one heading to Nyuto onsen) is within 1 minute walk so the location is perfect.

This hot spring hotel is in a very good location, right by the lake. The owner gave us a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel is quite decent, the facilities are not new, but they are very clean. The service is also very satisfactory, but it cannot be said to be very exquisite in details. The entrance to the room is relatively narrow, making it difficult to place suitcases. The hot spring is very good and very comfortable. Dinner was okay, but breakfast was a bit basic. I rode around Lake Tazawa for a week and found several hot spring hotels that were out of operation. It is probably due to the impact of the epidemic in the past few years, which has led to a reduction in market supply, while demand continues to recover. Therefore, it is obvious that the price of hot spring hotels in Japan is now higher than before the epidemic. It is at least twice as expensive, but the service quality is slightly lower than before the epidemic.

Very comfortable Japanese-style hot spring hotel
The service is great, the staff is very friendly and polite, the facilities are many, there is parking, the hot spring is very clean, the room is very large and tidy, the dinner and breakfast are very rich

More traditional hotel staff is very friendly and friendly Parking is to be parked in the designated parking lot 5 minutes from the hotel before 6 o'clock There is free draft beer in the evening There is free ice cream in the room is big It is worth coming

this is the first hotel i have stayed in japan and i have to take off my shoes.booked a triple room.free parking is free,no money.breakfast is very good. The view was beautiful during eating. Like this place is a special fireworks spot When I came here, I tried to offer that I wanted to change the room to two-two. Can add money But the accommodation said that the room was full. But I still saw that it can still be reserved through the app. I think the staff said that it cannot be changed, it is better than Six said that the room was full. But we were not dissatisfied with anything. Because everything has no problem, the bathroom is clean, big, there is a place to spread the bag for three people. We use this city as a city to stay. Before going to Kalunodate samurai village

Akita Old-fashioned hot spring hotel, located in the snowy mountains and forests, quiet, the staff service in the store is very good, the whole team will come to see you off before leaving, very touched, only the facilities are a bit aging, the water in the room is insufficient, the door is locked after ten o'clock in the evening. Breakfast is not bad. Dinner is recommended for external use..
