The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. What was really frustrating is that I booked through an agent, and the amount I was told to pay at check-in was significantly less than what the hotel actually charged. When I contacted Trip.com, they said the agent told them the final payment should be based on what the hotel charges, and that I should negotiate with the hotel directly. I absolutely cannot accept this kind of buck-passing, or even fraudulent, behavior from an agent. Trip.com eventually compensated me for my loss, so they were quite proactive in resolving the issue. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking through agents; they need to be held accountable for their actions!

The location was fantastic, only about a 7-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The hotel staff were also very kind. Housekeeping comes every three days. I really appreciated that they lend out towels for the beach; it was great! After using them, you return the towels in the lobby, which kept our room from getting messy. Once we returned a towel, we got our lending card back, so we could borrow another one the next day when visiting different beaches. We rented a car and paid for parking. We were told we could park anywhere, but when we found it full and mentioned it, they moved one of the hotel's cars for us. For this price and location, I'm absolutely delighted! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money but doesn't want to stay in a hostel, and prefers a clean place at the very least. Also, there's a poke place nearby called ''Maguro Spot'' that always had a long line. I was curious, tried it, and it was absolutely delicious – highly recommend!

The room was a bit dated, and the bed was quite high, but it had all the amenities. The view was absolutely amazing! Even though we weren't in the very front row, it didn't hinder our view of the ocean or Diamond Head at all. The front desk gave us a room on the second-highest floor. Parking at $35 a day was such a steal. It seems like this hotel is a designated hotel for Japanese tourists? All the signs were in Japanese, and there was even a cute Japanese shower instruction booklet!

Most travelers who come to Waikiki don’t know about the secret rooftop at Ewa Hotel. It’s very peaceful and a great place for relaxation or romance.

I stayed in a room with a sunset on the 23rd floor ５.
The harbor and sunset from the room are beautiful.
The number of towels and sheets that were exchanged depending on the day was different, but if you inquire, you can bring them.
It was far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but it was very convenient within walking distance to the center. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The entire stay was excellent. All the staff and I mean all the staff were terrific. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our room was very clean the only negative thing one could say was it was a little dated but not bad. 
I wish there was a cocktail bar by the pool. The pool area was very clean but a little small.  Also the sign for room service stay away. It’s door dash and not trustworthy. 
I come to Honolulu several times a year and I will stay there again.

With the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location.
I brought pasta and bread from home, so
I only ate out once in five days.

I wish check-in was a little smoother.

Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!

The location is very good. It takes only one minute to get to Wakiki Beach. It is just across the road. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including cafes, food trucks, supermarkets, and Japanese food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all easy to solve. The front desk service is good, parking is also very fast, and they actively and enthusiastically provide luggage pick-up and drop-off services. The room decoration is not very new, which is a common problem in Hawaii, but the room is well maintained. The balcony has a beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are very complete, with rice cookers, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. You only need to buy ingredients and seasonings to cook. I like the whole house very much. The only problem I can't accept is sound insulation. There is no sound insulation. The two bedrooms are next to each other, and part of the wall is the wooden board of the wardrobe. The sound of hanging clothes in the next room is ding ding bang bang. The doors of the bedroom and the bathroom are shuttered, which are not soundproof at all. The sound of water flowing when washing your face and taking a bath, the sound of going to the toilet, talking, and snoring are completely in your ears. It is only suitable for a small number of people to live in.

The location is OK, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the shopping center, about 7 or 8 minutes drive. But you can't walk, there is no sidewalk on the main road. The service is normal and the facilities are a little backward to be difficult to understand. As a four-star hotel, you don't provide toothpaste or water. You also need to buy it yourself. The convenience store of the hotel is not open 24 hours a day. It would be very troublesome if you did not rent a car. The overall hotel in Maoyi Island is much more expensive than other well-equipped islands such as Oahu Island, and things are not complete. I would suggest that considering renting a home will be more cost-effective.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, suitable for children; the rooms are large, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the supermarket is opposite the hotel. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. Hotel parking is convenient, $ 9 a day and cheap. The disadvantage is that the hotel's beach is very small, it feels at the wind outlet, the wind is strong, and it is constantly raining this season, and the climate near Lahaina is better, personal feeling.

The environment is not bad, it is cost-effective, very close to the mall, no parking fee, very warm, a welcome necklace is sent as soon as you enter the door, recommended. And there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, suitable for supermarkets to buy things to live

幸運地找到這家不額外收度假費，並提供免費停車的性價比非常高的resort，地理位置也很好，酒店對面就是海灘。check in 時前台告訴我們總經理為我們免費upgrade 到了兩室一廳兩衞的套房，真是意外的驚喜。廚房裡的炊具，餐具，調料一應俱全，我們在離酒店開車7分鐘的foodland採購了大米，麪包，牛奶，牛肉，蔬菜，水果, 每天自己下廚做飯，既解決了思鄉胃的問題，也省下了不少餐費。一般度假酒店並不每天打掃房間，但這家每天都來打掃。房間裏還有洗衣機，並配備有洗衣液，和足夠多的衣架和超大，實現了每天洗衣的自由。房間的北陽台櫃子裏配備了幾張沙灘椅，入住時還發了沙灘浴巾，每天可以閑來無事在沙灘邊看看帥哥美女沖浪，邊聽聽海浪聲。酒店服務也很到位，入住當晚就來電話詢問入住是否滿意，是否有問題，讓人覺得很舒服。總之這裡有一種家的感覺，強烈推薦
