The hotel is very popular and is fully booked every day during the summer, but the response of manager Wang Zeyu is very quick. The room type booked this time comes with a private hot spring. The hotel's attached dining and hot springs are very good and can meet the diverse needs of customers.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and convenient parking. We received a free upgrade to a family room, and they even prepared sand digging and beachcombing tools for the kids. The front desk staff, particularly the handsome Chen Kuangdi, provided excellent service, always answering our questions thoroughly. The hotel is right next to Dongshan Beach, making it easy to stroll to the seaside and catch the sunrise.

Compared with many surroundings, this one really stands out. There is no grand decoration, but every little detail can feel the sincerity of the store. The service staff is full of affinity, sincere treatment, not excessive enthusiasm, embarrassing, and the sense of proportion is particularly good.
The rooms have great lighting, wide view, and the overall style is simple and stylish. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep is first-rate. After a day of running, the bed is instantly full of blood and resurrection. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, clean and odorless, hot water is available, and the experience is excellent. The corridors and public areas are always clean and tidy, and the mood is better when walking on the road.
The price/performance ratio is leading the fault in the same price range, living comfortably and traveling conveniently. The journey was hard, and it was really healing to encounter such a caring hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was super convenient for getting around. There were tons of local eateries right outside, and the subway station was close by. We could walk to Xihua Road in about 15 minutes and Beijing Road in 20 minutes. Plus, there were many well-established shops downstairs.

The service is very good. Thank you to the front desk guy for helping us coordinate breakfast on the same day. The facilities are good and the bathroom is clean and tidy.
The only thing that needs to be improved is to contact and clean the bottom of the chess and card table. There are cigarette butts and garbage under it.
The chess and card room smells like smoke. If you mind, it is not recommended to book

The room layout was incredibly well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom that felt clean and refreshing – a truly excellent experience. The hairdryer was powerful, and the toiletries were high-quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The hotel also offered robot room service, which was both safe and efficient. The room itself was bright with large windows, providing great ventilation and natural light. It felt very cozy and comfortable to stay here, and the value for money was outstanding!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk to bus stops and convenient to the subway. The surrounding commercial area is bustling, making it easy to get around and shop in Ginza or enjoy meals in Niujie. The room was spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The smart facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable down to the last detail. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were always responsive. The breakfast spread was rich, fresh, and deliciously warm, offering items like noodles and wontons. The gym, laundry room, and free parking were all incredibly practical amenities. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose Atour Hote again next time!
