Service: Pretty mediocre. If you don't ask the front desk for the complimentary items mentioned in your booking, they won't give them to you. Same goes for the toilet seat covers – you have to ask for them.

Facilities: 1. No bathroom slippers. The water in the ultrasonic glasses cleaner was incredibly dirty and wasn't changed for two days. The worst part was the bedding; if you have neck issues, you'll wake up with a sore back and neck, it's extremely uncomfortable.
2. After showering, the room would flood. Who designed this showerhead?

Pros: 1. The shuttle driver for transfers was very nice. This service is shared with the hotel next door.
2. Breakfast: Better than the Yinnian Intercity's breakfast, but it's also shared with the Holiday Inn Express.
Essentially, all the good points are thanks to the hotel next door.

The beef noodles at breakfast were very good and fragrant, highly recommended.

This hotel is highly recommended! Upon entering, we were greeted with a welcome tea from the staff. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station. The lobby has a understated yet luxurious design. Our room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and comprehensive bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly, approachable, and polite. She even went out of her way to provide a travel guide, which was really a nice touch. She also gave a bottle of yogurt for my child and upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The amenities were complete. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a snack street, which is super convenient. I was extremely pleased with this stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Basically, I choose Wyndham every time I go on a business trip. The surrounding facilities are indeed mature, with rich dining options and convenient shopping! In addition, the room temperature is moderate and the facilities are relatively easy to use! I am especially grateful for the support of the beautiful Lena during this stay! Thumbs up for her meticulousness and patience👍

Stayed during the Chinese New Year. The hotel was clean and quiet, not noisy at all. Breakfast offered a good variety and was hygienic. It's just a street away from Guandu Ancient Town. Parking was convenient, with both above-ground and underground options available. There's also a Cantonese seafood restaurant right opposite the hotel that serves delicious food! A big thank you to the front desk for kindly upgrading us to an executive sunroom for free!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's parking available. The most important thing is the beautiful and clean environment. You don't need to worry about hygiene issues.

I reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!
