The hotel is great, I've been here many times. They have a six-seater business van for transfers, and the breakfast is fantastic, I'm especially satisfied. The staff (specifically, 'xiaojiejie' which implies a young female staff member, often used endearingly) provided excellent service and gave me a free upgrade. It's really good! The laundry room and gym on the 17th floor are also quite nice.

Seriously exceeded my expectations! The room was clean with no strange odors, and both the natural light and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring a really solid night's sleep. The facilities were complete and the staff were all gentle and polite; they really paid attention to the details, which made it feel very welcoming. Getting around was super convenient, with Metro Line 6 right outside – easy access to the airport and tourist spots. Plus, the breakfast even had handmade wontons that tasted amazing! Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

A very nice hotel, right next to Xingcheng Tiandi. It's about a 500-meter walk, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it didn't affect my sleep!

Luggage delivery (high-speed train station, airport): This service is excellent. You just scan a QR code to place an order, and your luggage is delivered right to you at the train station! A very convenient and hassle-free service.

The room size was just right, and the bathroom facilities were complete. Some rooms even have bathtubs. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot sometimes, and other times by staff directly.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm here on business trips; both the interior and the outdoor scenery are exceptional. The building opposite seems to hang in mid-air, sparkling in the sunlight.

Lora at the front desk is very patient and has a pleasant voice.

It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** !  From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left  a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left  disgruntled I won’t go back

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!

Room was spacious & well furnished, with great view, lots of table & counter spaces, a most comfortable bed, plus a highly appreciated sofa by the window. But towels were old rough & thin, and strong constant smell of cigarettes from other rooms. Great location, though it’s not central, hotel is surrounded by parks, ten minutes walk to Guandu old town. One of the staff was exemplary, a tall woman who was always cheery & helpful, but front desk staff were unfriendly. My main disappointment was with breakfast, few selections and food were mostly cold & dry.

Extremely satisfied! The environment was great while packing up our gear, and the service was excellent – everything was pretty good overall. There are even temporary chargers available in the lobby, and parking is free. Plus, it's right next to the subway station, which is super convenient. Very happy with everything, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options!
