Had a fantastic stay here! I chose this hotel based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. The location is excellent – within walking distance of the city center, right across from a metro station, and there's a DM (drugstore) nearby, which was very convenient. My room had a lovely view of a small church. The hotel also has a spa. The area is surrounded by universities; I even walked through the Vienna University Botanical Garden on my way to the Belvedere Palace, enjoying all the different plants along the way. Even more surprisingly, I only discovered upon leaving that the famous University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna was right next door! I spent the morning exploring the campus, which has fostered countless musicians. The hotel is also very close to the Stadtpark (City Park), home to statues of many famous musicians, with the golden Johann Strauss monument being the most well-known. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Vienna.

This hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few dozen meters from the entrance/exit. When I stayed, there was some construction going on in the area, so pay attention to the signs for both subway directions. The food here is excellent, and the bar stays open quite late, serving both lunch and dinner. The hotel entrance looks small, but there are actually a lot of rooms, and it's quite popular with guests.

The hotel service was very thoughtful; we were able to check in early upon arrival. The room facilities were superb, with a long countertop that could easily accommodate at least three suitcases and plenty of other luggage, allowing us to open our bags without bending over. The breakfast was also excellent, and the hotel's location right on the busiest pedestrian street in the city center was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food.
The only small downside is that it’s still a bit of a walk from the St. Marx tram station. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience.
I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in an old estate, although it is far from the city, it is quite easy to get to it by bus.
Nearby is the Church of Leopold, designed by Otto Wagner.
Since I was leaving early, around 3:00 a.m., I was afraid that there would be a problem calling a taxi. But it was all in vain because Uber arrived literally within two minutes.
The only problem is the lack of shops nearby, but this is compensated by the availability of drinks and snacks at the reception.

Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

We stayed a week at this hotel, we liked everything. The photos are true. The sauna and fitness room were included in the price, it was always clean.
The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the interior is magnificent.
Also, it is worth noting that it rained during our vacation and at the reception we were given two convenient umbrellas.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to all the attractions in Salzburg. It was a pleasant surprise that some of the rooms even offer views of Hohensalzburg Fortress! Plus, the hotel provides a transport card valid for two days, covering both check-in and check-out days.

This hotel was incredibly comfortable and definitely a highlight of our trip! The room was clean, spacious enough, and well-equipped. The staff were also very kind, which made for a relaxing stay.

The best part was the location. It's super close to the Congress cable car station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Nordkette. The old town is also within walking distance, so it's a perfect base for exploring Innsbruck.

I would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I visit Innsbruck.
