The hotel is right by Zhejiang University, making it super convenient to access the campus. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and extremely clean. It exceeded my expectations – I was really satisfied. The pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and there was a great selection for breakfast.

The front desk was very welcoming, the security uncle was conscientious, and although the hotel facilities were a bit old, the location was good, the bus stop was right next to it, and it was not far from the West Lake Scenic Area. In short, I was not disappointed when I chose this hotel during my May Day visit to Hangzhou.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.

I came here during the Spring Festival and brought my kids. I found that all the breakfast shops around were closed. The shop owner was warm and gave me breakfast coupons, which was very good. The house has a cultural atmosphere. There is even an Oxford dictionary. The most exciting thing is that they also prepared a pencil case. It is worthy of being a hotel opened by a 985 university, hehe. There is also Longjing tea in the room, which is good.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything we needed was provided. The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and maintained to the highest standards.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt at home and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience!

From the moment I checked in, I felt their dedication: the environment was clean and relaxing, and the front desk lady was all smiles and very enthusiastic. You don't find many hotels like this anymore, highly recommend!
