It is very close to Zhejiang University, and it is convenient to bring children to the campus; the layout of the hotel reflects the culture of Zhejiang University everywhere, and the front desk also took the initiative to deliver breakfast, which is a very good experience!

I came here during the Spring Festival and brought my kids. I found that all the breakfast shops around were closed. The shop owner was warm and gave me breakfast coupons, which was very good. The house has a cultural atmosphere. There is even an Oxford dictionary. The most exciting thing is that they also prepared a pencil case. It is worthy of being a hotel opened by a 985 university, hehe. There is also Longjing tea in the room, which is good.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.

Next to the west gate of Zhejiang University Huajiachi Campus, it is very convenient to go to campus. Clean, cleaned in time, elevator swipe card. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. The personal room is small but it is completely enough for one person.

The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.

The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.

The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.

The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch.

The room was very comfortable, the surrounding environment looked good, the sound insulation effect was very good and quiet, and it was convenient to eat.
