We arrived quite late, but luckily the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, right outside the station. The service was excellent, and while the room was small, it was very cozy. The entire hotel had a high-quality feel to its decor. Breakfast was also delicious, living up to its five-star reputation. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

This place is great! You can walk to the tram, train, and all public transport. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the service is super good. They even let me check in early without any extra charge. I really love it here!

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

The hotel is extremely funny. We arrived at the hotel around 11.50 in the evening. Because of the car, we went to the hotel and asked where the parking lot was. The hotel description clearly stated that there was a parking lot. He said that let us park the road and give the money directly. We went. The total price of 295, one night, may be due to immediately 12 o'clock, paying two credit cards failed, go to the front desk, and then. . . He took us to the hotel's parking lot, 250 at night, and there was a sign at the front desk, clearly describing the hotel parking lot, 250 nights, which made me very upset, obviously the hotel parking lot did not let us stop, let us Spend more money on the roadside? ? ? What is this operation?

This hotel deserves a poem and a song, because it was truly amazing.

The rooms are very clean, the breakfasts are varied and truly delicious. You can get coffee anytime in the basement (and sometimes fruit and pastries). The reception staff was very nice; the girl recommended I go to the pastry shop, where they had really great cookies and cupcakes. Thank you very much.

The location is very central, near the train station, which is connected to the airport by train.

Many people comment on the small shower. But honestly, it didn't bother me, even though I'm quite tall. Compared to the other advantages, it's barely noticeable.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful, truly exceeding our expectations. Having just come from Copenhagen, the experience here was a significant step up. The lobby boasts a classic style, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and all staff proactively greeted guests. It's conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and major attractions.

Central location, brilliant position right next to the Royal park. Very easy to get around Oslo. Straight forward getting to and from the airport.

I would most definitely stay there again.

Very good location. Breakfast is excellent, super complete and very good quality. One point against is that they have one spresso machine and people are gathering waiting. All the rest is a 10.

9.0 Very close to the city center, very convenient, all attractions are within walking distance, breakfast is very rich, I feel very satisfied, the view outside the window is very good, the safety is also very good, next time I will stay at this hotel

Would definitely come again, good environment, friendly staff, big, beautiful rooms, very new. ￼￼There are many kinds of breakfast food, the highlight is that there is freshly squeezed orange juice, ￼it is really very tasty.

But right next to the metro station, definitely worth the stay. ￼I think this hotel is worth coming again,￼good value for money, had a great stay.

We stayed there for 4 nights.  Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.  The room is clean and comfortable for our family of 3  Air conditioning is pretty good.  As you know,  some hotels in Europe are not cold enough.  Although the hotel location is not near the tourist attractions (it needs to take tram / bus / metro for 10 minutes plus 7 minutes walk.), it is high cp value in terms of service, room size, etc.  Also  the area is quiet and safe.  Regarding the house-keeping, it forgets to replenish the bath gel and it missed the conditioner on the 1st day.  We phoned to request and they deliver right away.  Actually, we are quite happy to stay there.

Very convenient location with only 1 min walk to metro. Big hotel with a lot of rooms and the rooms are in good size. Rooms are clean and nice and with coffee machine provided as well.

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. 
Great location coz  the Brussels Luxembourg train station  bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars  just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
 Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with  complete utensils. 
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. 
No house keeping for short stays.
 Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the palace. The interior decoration is exquisite, and there are many Chinese elements. The service is particularly good. The line suddenly short-circuited in the early morning, and the repair was very fast. I personally think that the breakfast variety is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can make waffles by yourself.

Room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is good size and the water pressure is very strong. Their breakfast has a wide varieties and good quality. I love the nespresso machine there.

The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby. 

The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor.

Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay.

Note: This is a review for Thon Hotel Bristol Bergen where we actually stayed.  We were relocated due to unforeseen issues from Thon Hotel Orion.
Location: Literally in the center of town and only a 2-minute walk to the harbor and fish market. Although it could get a bit noisy at night as it is located right next to McDonald's.
Cleanliness: Cleaning and house keeping were very good.
Service: All service staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Since we were involuntarily relocated to a different location by Thon Hotel due to hotel issues, I must say that the change was smooth and hassle free. The booking staff of Thon Hotel was also very helpful.
Facilities: Excellent breakfast services with lots of varieties. Gym room is also available. Room itself is spacious and adequate space for luggage.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of everything. The front desk upgraded my room, which was much more spacious and comfortable. I requested a quiet room, and the hotel took note and arranged a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The hygiene facilities are about average for Scandinavia. Again, a reminder: when staying in Scandinavian hotels, bring your own toothbrush and slippers; this hotel also requires body lotion. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and it starts very early, suitable for those catching a train or on a tour. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I would stay again next time.
