This hotel's location is incredibly convenient. I took a high-speed train from France to Barcelona Sants, and I could check in directly from the station.

I stayed for 4 nights: two days for sightseeing in the city and two days to watch F1 at the Circuit de Catalunya. Getting around by metro or local train was super easy and saved a lot of energy.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the blackout curtains worked wonders (you have to know how strong the Spanish summer sun is!). There was a safe and a large wardrobe. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and a double sink. They replenished two bottles of water in the fridge every day.

The breakfast was excellent! Everything was delicious, and there was a great variety of fruit. The staff were very friendly. I have absolutely no complaints! 😆

I was initially worried the room might feel cramped, but the space was incredibly well utilized. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet – the soundproofing on the glass balcony door was excellent. The high ceilings also kept it from feeling at all oppressive. Plus, there were plenty of mirrors, which was super convenient for getting ready! It's also within walking distance of Casa Batlló and the luxury shopping street.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. Its location is excellent, right next to Plaça d'Espanya, making transportation very convenient. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and bakeries nearby, which pretty much covers all guest needs.

The only downside is that the room was a bit small and felt cramped, though the bathroom was quite spacious. Housekeeping requires a request; otherwise, they only clean when staff are available. On the second day, after cleaning, they didn't replenish the bottled water. Good thing I bought a large bottle from the supermarket. I had to specifically ask the cleaning staff for water on the third day, otherwise, none would be provided.

When I had some free time, I was able to use the gym downstairs. The rooftop bar and pool were temporarily closed due to a Category 10 hurricane, so I didn't get to experience them. Overall, the value for money is still decent.

We stayed here for our couples trip. It's an excellent base for exploring Barcelona, with great access to the metro station, and plenty of breakfast spots and supermarkets nearby. The flexible check-in time was a huge help, and the separate shower and toilet were very clean. I'd recommend this place to anyone, though I should mention that depending on the room, the hotel Wi-Fi can be spotty and the fridge might not cool very well.

Excellent quality and service

The hotel is on the beach of Carmen, the beach is super beautiful, the hotel is next to the beach, go straight out! The rooms of the hotel are not big, they are all two-story small buildings, one with four rooms, the environment is OK, but the room setting is very general, if you have high requirements for the room, it is recommended to take a look. This is the cheapest all-inclusive hotel, with two restaurants and a pool bar. In the afternoon, the swimming pool has a fitness instructor with dance exercises. The hotels along the coast are all on the same beach, so no difference. Overall, the price is okay.

The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues.

When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight.

A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept.

Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd?

The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

Cleanliness is good. The location is good. we walked to science museum and also city center. There was no noise even for weekend. Breakfast was the best. There were lots of different things and the best thing is having a mini fridge for juices and waters. There were 3 coffee machines.

I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning.

The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work.

The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week.

The view of the hotel room is not bad, the breakfast is also very rich, but a girl at the front desk is very unskilled, and there is no politeness, no greetings and goodbye, no introduction, the whole process is cold like a government staff, it is recommended to strengthen staff training, After all, customers enter, the first one to face is the front desk
