I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues:
•  Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made.
•  Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation.
•  Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls.
•  Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed.
•  Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

Everything was amazing, the resort is massive with many facilities and 5 pools! The few things that can be fixed are the interior / touch ups on the interior as some of the furniture was showing its age throughout the property (but that doesnt make it a deal breaker at all!). There were 2 lizards and one giant cockroach outside our room (in the private pool area) that would come everyday after sunset - making the pool unusable for my wife and daughter. The last night we stayed there was heavy rain and wind which caused some sort of an issue with the electricity in the resort and the lights in the whole resort kept going on off and on for about 15 mins but then was fixed (kinda scary to be honest). Lastly, please don't close all of the resorts facilities at night, its a beautiful and huge place, you should keep some parts of the resort open for those who wish to spend sometime outside their room, eating, walking, drinking whatever.

All in all, what a great and unexpected resort, would 10/10 recommend!

Spent 4D3N here. Location-wise, not directly in from of Kata beach but they conveniently provide shuttle service to the beach, just 5 mins away. Resort is right in the middle of the main kata street so easy access to the area. 711 available nearby. Room-wise, we relocated on the ground floor in front of the main pool area, direct access from our balcony. As Asian family, we were used to leaving our shoes at the door and bare foot in the room, however floor was dirty. Not used for us to walk around in the room with our shoes. Beds were soft to our delight. Breakfast was good. Didn’t really get to enjoy the pool as we were sick day before departure. Suspect the drinks from previous night dinner we had at one of the restaurant along the street. That just killed the entire mood and we couldn’t enjoy Centara fully.

The rooms are individual bungalows. If you book a sea view room, the ocean is right there as you open your door. (Though I had emailed well in advance to request a room with a good view, unfortunately, many trees still obstructed it.) I also observed that the sea views from rooms assigned to other guests, particularly Westerners, appeared to be better than those given to Chinese visitors.

The breakfast was quite a generic Western-style spread; after four days, I was completely fed up with it.

There were no convenience stores or supermarkets like 7-Eleven nearby, so food delivery was the only option.

On a positive note, the service was excellent. Even arriving at 1 AM, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with the check-in process.

We have a long holiday with a very big room (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 big living room with a kitchen area) that is good and suitable for a family of 5 like us.
My children love the swimming pool, balcony, sports room and hotel cat. Good location, it is near the beach and food is within a short walking distance.

It is the first time for my children in Phuket. Everything is ok and safe for them. Good service, all reception staff are very friendly especially Khun Bou and a lady with long hair who has a beautiful smile and helped us a lot. We are happy to see the security at the entrance. They smiled and said ”Sawasdee karb” every time we passed by.

We like the sea views from both the bedrooms balcony and mountain view from the living room to have lunch and watch the sunset, no need to find any restaurant because we have everything from our rooms, just need to buy food from outside.

The few things that would be better if they can improve is the bathroom sink is too high for my little daughter, a lot of dried leaves in the pool and noises from the pubs which alerted us a few days but later we got used to it. 
But overall it is ok. Good  😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

Clean and good service. Good location with many food and shopping areas. Can walk to Siam paragon via central world mall. Hotel breakfast is good and there are many varieties to choose from. Hotel provided pillow selection services which is great.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to several malls and key attractions. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement.

Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible dust in the room and sticky stains in the minibar area. The quality of the bedroom slippers was also disappointing and did not align with the standard of the other amenities provided.

Additionally, there was a consistently long wait for the lifts, and they could benefit from servicing, as the doors closed with a loud, squeaky noise.

I stayed here once last year and had a very pleasant experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it truly lives up to 5-star standards while being reasonably priced. It's excellent for families traveling with children. The underground parking garage connects directly to a shopping mall, which is super convenient, especially on rainy days as you won't get wet. There's a fantastic Thai restaurant in the mall; we ordered the Volcano Ribs and Pork Neck Fried Rice, which were both incredibly delicious. The mall also boasts many stylish clothing stores where I found some lovely clothes and shoes. On the lower level of the mall, there's a supermarket, perfect for grabbing snacks to bring back to the room. We also bought a large box of incredibly fresh and delicious pomelos for only 99 Baht. You can also find the famous ChaTraMue Thai milk tea there. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the water was pleasantly warm, so the kids loved it.

Suggestions: The hot water taps were a bit stiff, making it difficult for children to operate them. While the pool view from the room is lovely, the sight of the lobby's rooftop below was a bit of an eyesore, as it looked rather old and dated.

Centra Life is standard centara hotel chain , Hotel room meet standard. INTERIOR decoration modern thai style. Good practical layout .Ametity and service works through Application. Welcome drink Tom yum is creative with good taste. Breakfast buffet variety choice include Veggie option.Overall is great and Value for stay in old town BKK.

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof.  Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly.  Parking guard Gf was the opposite.  Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off.  Upon our distressed   final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building.  Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.

The pool area is nice, pool spa, pool bar with happy hours are nice.
Tried massage at hotel, highly recommend and good promotion deal from 10 am-15 pm.
The only downside is hotel is not walking distance to the local food, conventient store. Have to call crab or taxi in and out.

Very close to nearby bars and 7/11 outside. Pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Service staff nice. Hotel needs to be renovated as signs of aging show.

GREAT stay again @ my preffered hotel at Pattaya. 
Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗
