Perfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance. 
The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. 
Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it

There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.

The location is just off the I24 road, free parking, good breakfast, cost-effective, suitable for car rental friends. Of course, if there is a team to stay, it will be noisy. Near the road, friends who are light should consider sleep problems.

It's just one night, and I can barely sleep. The front desk was in a bad mood anyway. There are no small shops around. Across the bridge is the city center. For the sake of relatively cheap housing prices. endured

Free parking! Room was small, stayed two nights, breakfast was normal American standards! The service attitude of the staff is super good, and they take care of answering all kinds of questions! Self-service laundry, 1.5 knives for washing, 1.5 knives for drying, 1.5 knives for washing tablets, overall evaluation is good 👍

Only one complaint is that at 12/F, WiFi is not stable, but it runs well at lower flours or in the elevator

Pros:
1. Room and toilet is clean. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good.
2. Located 5 mins walk from exit 3 of Metro Fushimi Station. There is also a bus stop along the way which can brings you to Sakae area and other spots. Otherwise, walking to Sakae area is doable as well. Additionally, along the way to hotel, will spot the scenic spot of Science Museum.
3. I had opted to walked to Osu Shotengai Street from hotel. As is autumn, the route along the way was great as will pass by a park with great scenery and people.
4. Lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and drug store nearby.
5. Breakfast was provided and not bad for my taste even though almost the same everyday. There is a tea/coffee/water section where is provided for free.
6. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise.

Cons:
1. Room is quite small. I had brought 2 medium and 1 small luggage but only manage to open half of the 2 medium luggages. Barely able to walk and nearly trip on the luggage. 
2. The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and require to take the lift. Believe was due to Japan public holiday or is a holiday season, the hotel was quite packed during my stay. At night when back to hotel, there was long queue to take the lift despite having 2 lifts.
3. Same goes for breakfast area, if you are eating after 8am onwards, too pack and the seating place are too limited.
4. Nothing much on the view as I had gotten a room with no views and overseeing opposite rooms only.

Overall, despite the small room size and others, actually I find this hotel to be nice to stay at. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel despite there are only few minor cons.

Hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya Station (Shinkansen side). The hotel truly lives up to its name with its comfortable and clean environment! Love the variety of food served for breakfast each morning! The library cafe has a lovely pleasant environment with Muji vibes! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Nagoya! ◡̈

Room size is standard for Japan. Free breakfast is great if you can't figure out what to eat, the selection caters for both Japanese and more international taste buds, while the lounge offers free coffee & ice teas till 12am. Kids stay for free if using shared bed. 
Since the hotel is location is very close to Kanayama station, going around Nagoya is convenient. Affiliated parking lot is available but it's very limited so finding a parking after 6pm requires some patient.

The location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.

The hotel offers small but comfortable and clean rooms. It's convenient located next door to a JR train station and within a short walking distance from several metro stations. It's quite central and very easy to travel all around the city.The neighborhood in general it's very calm and silent, so it's good for a night rest.
One convenience store it's just downstairs and there are many nearby. 
The breakfast it's quite simple and repetitive if you stay for many nights, but still tasty. They have complimentary drinks available all day for guests.
Great service of lockers where you can leave your luggage anytime.
There is also a private parking connected with the hotel, if your are traveling by car. Very convenient!

The room was quite spacious for Japan, and having a fridge was very convenient. The toilet and bathroom weren't too small. However, there were stains on the duvet itself (not the cover). Since the duvet cover was open on one side, I noticed it the next morning and requested a change of both the duvet and cover. The replacements also had stains, though lighter in color. The duvet cover and sheets were clean, and since I brought my own disposable bedding, I didn't press the issue further. I showered before bed every night and again after waking up. 'Out of sight, out of mind' worked to some extent, but seeing it still made me a bit uncomfortable. The hotel's location is good, not far from the subway. The front desk service was excellent; they'd greet me every time I entered or left, and there was free coffee and dessert.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot! The highlights:
- The location at Kanda neighbourhood was great, super central and near 3 different subway lines 
- The service was very polite and helpful 
- Bathrobes are provided (self-service) 
- There’s complimentary Japanese breakfast every morning! Healthy and simple 🙂

Facilities: The room size is quite generous for Tokyo standards. However, the bathroom is indeed tiny, with a small bathtub and toilet. Plus, there's a significant step-down, which is really inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. It's neat and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is located in the very quiet and pleasant residential area of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, which is lovely. It's also super close to the subway.
Service: The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming.
Overall, a very good stay!

Location is great, approx. 400 m from Roppongi metro station.  Lots of eateries in this neighborhood within walking distance.   Room is great, as we have twin and the size of a similar room is large compared to a typical hotel room in Tokyo.  Free coffee and tea served all day.  Shower is powerful.   Breakfast is ok for western, and Thai breakfast is served.
