This hotel is brilliant! Kind staff, stupidly good location, and a shockingly good price! 

I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% plan on in the future staying here again when I want to revisit New York City!

Excellent location! The UN, Times Square, and Empire State Building are all within easy walking distance. For Manhattan, the room size was quite generous, easily accommodating two large suitcases. The dining area is compact but impeccably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast selection is limited, but everything is beautifully prepared and delicious. They also have an outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, perfect for enjoying the warm Manhattan sun. There's a car rental agency directly across the street, which also doubles as a Zuzuche pick-up point – a massive convenience!

I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but in reality, there was construction work going on next to the highway, so it was very noisy day and night. This price is in line with the location in New York. The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, I was a bit skeptical about the fact that it took four weeks to process the refund of my $200 deposit, which I wasn't informed of in advance.

The hotel is in a great location with a quick walk to Penn. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. I plan on staying here again in the future.

I've stayed here many times, but this time the room I was given had electrical issues and a draft. After I reported it to Gary Cao at the front desk, he immediately helped me switch to suite 552. I also received a complimentary water bottle and drinks upon check-in! They truly value their Diamond members, and the stay experience was superb! The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very fast. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. I couldn't find any faults with the hotel's cleanliness or service, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit; it's highly recommended!

This hotel is the top choice for events at the exhibition center. The location is excellent, and as a new hotel, it's very clean. Seven at the front desk provided fantastic service; I bothered her many times, and I apologize for that. The breakfast is not just a perfunctory offering; it's definitely worth eating, and the pastry chef is very skilled. I'll stay here again next time.

On the downside, the sliding bathroom door is outside the sink area, which is a bit awkward. The side facing the elevated highway gets a lot of sun and is a bit noisy. With the windows closed, it's only marginally acceptable. The hot/cold air conditioning switch is very inflexible. The two beds in the twin room are a bit too close together, likely to make space for yoga (which feels pointless), resulting in very little bedside table space, making it hard to place things.

Very pleased with my stay in this hotel. Requested early check-in if it was available, and the staff were able to check me in at around 11am, and even upgraded to a bigger room. The room was very spacious and clean, with good lighting. The toiletries (shampoo, body soap etc) were amazing, I really loved the scent, it was very relaxing. I extended my stay by one night, and the staff were also very kind to let me stay in the same room. I stayed here to attend a concert at Mercedes-Benz Arena, and it was an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the venue. The China Art Museum metro Station was also very accessible which makes it easy to go to other parts of the city. I tried the breakfast buffet on one of the mornings, it was affordable (88yuan) and had a variety of local and western breakfast foods.

I had previously booked this hotel for a friend and had a good impression. This time, experiencing it myself, it truly exceeded my expectations.

Facilities: The hotel feels brand new with comprehensive facilities. The fitness center is particularly impressive. I tried the gym on the 33rd floor and had a great experience.

Cleanliness: Impeccably clean and tidy, spotless throughout.

Service: I requested room cleaning, and it was immaculately tidied by the time I finished my meal downstairs – truly efficient and precise. The service from Xiao Wan was exceptional and left a lasting impression.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be back.

Facilities: The commercial washer-dryer is highly efficient, and laundry staff are available in the laundry room to receive laundry and deliver it to your room, saving guests time.
Environment: The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the thick quilt, a particularly thick winter blanket. Even with the AC set to 18°C, it felt warm.

Service: Niko and Luna were very welcoming and provided a small gift upon check-in, which delighted the children. We stayed in a family room for two nights and received breakfast vouchers.

This time I stayed at the Yiheng Hotel under the InterContinental brand. The hotel is strategically located. The reception staff in the front hall are warm and welcoming. I recommended the supporting facilities around the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms have smart equipment, equipped with aromatherapy, and the bedding is comfortable. The room service sister is also very kind, the room is equipped with fitness equipment. The breakfast room on the second floor is rich in dishes and has local specialties. And there is a gym and self-service laundry room on the second floor, which can meet the fitness and laundry needs of guests. Overall, this hotel is more convenient for business trips and is recommended!
