My stay at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn was generally comfortable, though there are a few things to note. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many eateries nearby, and several train lines within a short walk, making it easy to travel to any part of New York City. The neighbourhood felt safe overall, despite a shooting incident that took place nearby during our stay.

The room itself was not super clean, and it contained several exercise equipment items, which may not suit everyone. While the concept is unique, it made the room feel a bit cluttered.

That said, the hotel’s surroundings and accessibility remain its strongest points. It is a practical option if you value convenience and easy access to transport and food choices.

Stayed for 8 days during the Chinese New Year, and overall, the experience was smooth and practical. As a base for travel, it's a reliable and hassle-free choice.

The hotel's location is indeed excellent, with a safe surrounding area. It's within walking distance to the subway station, making getting around very convenient. It's also close to the UN headquarters, which is handy whether you're there for business or exploring the vicinity.

The breakfast offers a good variety, satisfying daily dining needs, and was quite enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel's front desk provides three types of complimentary drinking water, a practical detail that means you don't need to buy water daily, which is very convenient.

Overall, there were no significant downsides. The 8-day stay was solid and stable. If you prioritize location, safety, and basic conveniences, this is a suitable choice.

It was conveniently located near famous tourist spots and just a few minutes' walk from the station, but I was disappointed that the bathroom didn't have a lock.

Located near the highway, it was extremely noisy. Although the room came with earplugs, they didn't work.
The hotel is new and has a great location near the subway station. The staff was nice, but there was no breakfast.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive, from the front desk to the guest room, I felt very well taken care of. The room design was stylish and minimalist, with intelligent use of space, and the bedding was super soft and helped me sleep soundly. Breakfast was ample and thoughtfully prepared; the freshly made wontons and freshly squeezed juices were a real highlight. The gym was well-equipped, and the self-service laundry room was very convenient, allowing me to maintain my routine even while traveling for business. The location is excellent with convenient transportation and an expansive view from the window. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!

Getting around by taxi was very convenient, and the facilities were well-decorated and modern. The room had a great view. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was attentive and thorough, making us feel right at home. We were extremely satisfied with both the front desk reception and the room service. It made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable.

I brought my child here for the Arknights concert event. The hotel is very close to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. In the evening, the lobby thoughtfully provided snacks and tremella soup. The restaurant also offers noodles. Staff and performers from Arknights were also staying at the hotel. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, and the rooms are quite bright. I booked an open-plan suite and was upgraded to a partitioned suite. Nearby, there's a riverside cycling path that goes all the way to the Oriental Pearl Tower. Along the way, there are ferries where you can cross the river for 2 yuan to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

The mattress provided excellent support; I woke up with no back pain at all. The room was spacious and bright, and the decor felt very high-quality. As I was leaving today, a staff member enthusiastically gave me directions. This level of professional service combined with such a pleasant environment truly made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The reception team was exceptionally proactive and attentive, and I would especially like to commend Miss Yuan for her warm hospitality and outstanding service.

The location is outstanding, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, right next to Paradise Walk, and conveniently close to the subway, making it very easy to get around.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bedding was soft and of high quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Despite the lively atmosphere downstairs, the room was impressively quiet. I also appreciated the thoughtful sleep-focused amenities, especially the option to choose different types of pillows.

There is also a fitness area available, which is a nice bonus, and the laundry facilities are very convenient for longer stays.

Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers staying multiple days. I was truly impressed and would gladly stay here again.

Definitely a great review! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee they prepared was aromatic. Secondly, the room had very high ceilings, which is perfect for people from the north as it doesn't feel stifling. Thirdly, the bed was huge, unlike the small ones in other hotels, and every corner of the room was spotless and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided toothbrushes and slippers for children. Lastly, the restaurant food was delicious. A special thanks to Julia and Niko for their enthusiastic service!
