The hotel is conveniently located with numerous restaurants and convenient stores nearby. 
Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. I asked for teabags which had run out and the server looked up for me. While he couldn't locate some for me immediately, he came back with the teabags and brought it to me at my table. Excellent service.

Hotel is near to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Just 10 minutes walking distance. I like their well-equiped sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The gym only has 2 step machine and treadmill. There is no swimming pool. I suggest to add cycling machine and muscle building machine. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.  In the hotel, there are many water dispenser machines available. There are coin laundry machines for washing and dryer which makes it convenience.

Hotel is located in the good location near the Zongli Bus Station and Train Station. Many shops and eateries within walking distance as well. It is about 20 mins car ride from Gloria Outlets if those who would like to head there for some luxury shopping. Rooms were newly renovated making it a pleasant stay in this hotel.

I booked two rooms and requested to be in high floors and one next to the other and i also requested view to the ocean. I got the rooms in the 9th floor (of ten) and the rooms were one next to the other, and the view we had in our rooms were just mind blowing, the sunsets was just priceless.

Something to note is that some paid amenities/services offered by the hotel are really expensive, way much more than the average standard. For example the hotel rents out bicycles and the price is just super high, and as a hotel guest you get a small discount, but still feel super overpriced, rooms are not cheap and i feel the bicycles should be free for guests.

Other paid amenities like kids playground, are also very expensive compared to other places with similar playgrounds. The hotel has one kids playroom which is for free, but is very simple compared to the one that is paid.

Also need to note that next to the beds, there is not household plug, but rather two USB plugs. It is good idea,  but the problem is that nowadays much phones comes with USB-C cable (on both ends), but the plug offered by the hotel is USB-A so i had to charge my phone and tablet in the bathroom, as i only had USB-C cables on both ends.

The route from the interchange to the hotel is winding; clearer signage would be better. Parking is plentiful and very convenient. The staff all seem to be foreigners. Overall, a pretty good hotel.

Let me start with the advantages. Guests can use the underground parking lot for free. The double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, there are many TV channels, and there are welcome snacks.
The downside is that the air conditioning in the room had problems when we checked in. It was very cold, and the service staff couldn't handle it. They pushed the electric heater over, but it didn't work very well. And because we had children living with us, we were afraid they might get burned, so we returned it after using it once. We reported the situation to the service staff again and asked to change rooms. The service staff agreed to change rooms, but actually said that it might still be just as cold. I personally think that this way of expression is not appropriate, so we asked that the air conditioning in the changed room must be normal. Finally, after the service staff accompanied us to confirm that there was no problem with the changed room, we changed rooms. Everything returned to normal and we could relax and rest.

The facilities are brand new and impeccably clean. The room was huge, and they even provided complimentary tea and small snacks. Do note, however, that the hotel does not offer free disposable slippers or toothbrushes, so plan accordingly if you need them. Qianjin MRT Station is conveniently located just 20 meters downstairs, and a 7-Eleven and supermarket are only a short walk away. Liuhe Night Market is also nearby, along with a fantastic bar called 'Wusheng de Suozai' (The Silent Place). Additionally, there's a delicious 'Alley Entrance Rice Ball' (巷口饭团) shop conveniently close by. Given the price, it truly exceeded all my expectations.

Okaish hotel, a bit wore down, so the reality will be a bit more dull compared to the pictures. Nothing big to complain about, except maybe for the fact that the gym and spa are closed on mondays. I ended up leaving one day earlier, which was a difficult undertaking. The hotel reception immediately agreed to shorted the stay, but Trip Support was constantly getting rejections from some central hotel authority, so it took 4 attempts to shorten the stay to get a refund.
