It's a great hotel. Room is big enough, clean well equipped. It offers real coffee and shower gel shampoo hand soap and complimentary cookies are all nice. On top of it, on the third floor there's a sauna/bathhouse, which is also kind of gorgeous, when I went there I had the whole place to myself. 

The only thing to mention is, that Linkou district is not exactly Taipei. For the ones who want to travel to Taipei city centre, the distance is definitely worth considering. But MRT station isn't far and the train ride takes about 30 minutes and bus about 1 hour. But yeah, it's far by all means.

The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The location is also very convenient. This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in town for work. The service is excellent and attentive. It offers great value for money, and there are plenty of fantastic dining options nearby. Highly recommended!

Outstanding of location, conveniently access from MTR station, 12 minutes to Taoyuan airport by MTR airport express train. The room is very big and quiet. I will stay there again for sure .
The welcome drink is a glass of fruit jam, yogurt on top with sparkling water 😝

Hotel is located in the newly developed area. Nearby Shabu Restaurant, Family Mart, Malls, Convenience Marts, Massage Centres. 
Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Food is delicious.

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. 

Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

The hotel staff was very friendly. As we had to check in near midnight, we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. We quickly got the room card and went upstairs to rest. Unfortunately, the baby cot, sterilizer and bathtub were not put in the room in advance. After we asked again, they helped to deal with it as soon as possible.
The next day, I took my kids to the Taipei Zoo, which was only five minutes away from the hotel. Unexpectedly, it rained non-stop when the zoo was closed. After taking a good shower in the hotel, fortunately, there were many restaurants around the hotel where we could call to order food in advance, and then one person could go pick up the food and eat it at the hotel.
All in all, the overall stay was very comfortable. Due to the spring trip, I was unable to fully experience the hotel. Next time I stay, I will want to spend more time exploring the hotel. There are many super cute koala and panda elements, and I will also want to bring other family members to stay with me.

Let me start with the advantages. Guests can use the underground parking lot for free. The double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, there are many TV channels, and there are welcome snacks.
The downside is that the air conditioning in the room had problems when we checked in. It was very cold, and the service staff couldn't handle it. They pushed the electric heater over, but it didn't work very well. And because we had children living with us, we were afraid they might get burned, so we returned it after using it once. We reported the situation to the service staff again and asked to change rooms. The service staff agreed to change rooms, but actually said that it might still be just as cold. I personally think that this way of expression is not appropriate, so we asked that the air conditioning in the changed room must be normal. Finally, after the service staff accompanied us to confirm that there was no problem with the changed room, we changed rooms. Everything returned to normal and we could relax and rest.

My recent stay truly exemplified the high standards and warm hospitality one expects from a five-star hotel. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation links, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. Upon arrival, the grand and elegant lobby immediately made an impression. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, handling everything from check-in to luggage storage with professionalism and meticulous care, instantly putting me at ease.

The room's overall design was both modern and cozy, featuring a spacious and bright layout that felt incredibly well-thought-out. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, with exceptionally clean linens, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. A full range of high-quality toiletries was provided, showcasing the hotel's thoughtful attention to guest comfort. Both the soundproofing and air conditioning system were in perfect working order, allowing for complete relaxation.

The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes, satisfying diverse guest preferences. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and proactive in assisting guests, which further enhanced the dining experience.

Furthermore, the hotel's recreational facilities were top-notch. Both the gym and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The staff consistently provided service with a smile, making me feel truly at home. Special mention must be made of the hotel's thoughtful little touches, such as welcome fruit and considerate weather forecast cards, which added a wonderful sense of warmth to my stay.

Overall, this is a hotel that truly lives up to its five-star rating. From its hardware facilities to service quality, and from the ambiance to the meticulous care in every detail, everything was impeccable. I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

The interior of the room is clean and the location is great. It will be my first choice hotel next time I travel to Kaohsiung.
The reception staff had a good attitude and the lobby was clean and tidy.
The parking management staff's guidance and service in guiding vehicles to park is excellent.
