The hotel was perfect from the warm welcome to the final farewell.
Since we were traveling with children, the staff kindly gave them gifts and treated us with great care. Even though we had not requested it, they prepared fruits and cookies in the room, which showed a very thoughtful attention to detail.
By coincidence, both our check-in and check-out were handled by a staff member named Nora Chen. She assisted us promptly and professionally, always with a bright smile that made the experience even more pleasant.
If I visit Shenzhen again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

🌿 Opening the window, I was greeted by the lush greenery of Central Park right across the way. Taking a stroll along the lake in the mornings and evenings, the scent of grass and trees in the air brought a sense of peace. The staff introduced us to a room facing the morning sun, thanks to Sylvia. The sofa was very comfortable and could also be set up as a family room. The room was reassuringly clean – the bedding was soft and perfectly fitted, there wasn't a single water stain in the bathroom, and even the mirror was sparkling. 
🛁 With a gentle voice command, the smart curtains slowly drew open, letting the sunlight pour in at a leisurely pace. The soundproofing was excellent; once the doors and windows were closed, the traffic noise from outside faded away, leaving nothing but peace and quiet in the room.
😴 What truly impressed me was the service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us with a genuine smile.
Upon check-in, they proactively helped with our luggage and even gave small toys to the children. At check-out, the invoicing was handled efficiently without any delay. 🎁 The lobby featured a Shenzhen souvenir display and a 3D printer experience area, where the kids had a wonderful time. 🧸
Staying here felt like being well taken care of, yet still having plenty of room to breathe freely. I'd definitely want to return here on my next trip to Shenzhen. 💛

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast selection is extensive, especially the corn juice and the sweet potato and yam juice, which were delicious. A big thank you to Li Lintao for his excellent service and assistance. We will definitely be staying here again.

The front desk staff, Biil and Ava, provided excellent service, highly recommended! The surrounding area is very convenient for dining, with many attractions nearby, including the 5A-rated Window of the World, which is easy to get to. Taxis are readily available, and the dining options are great, even a local late-night snack street. MixC World is also worth a visit. The room was very clean and comfortable for a good rest.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and its location is quite convenient. The subway station is right outside, and it's next to Shenzhen Grand Joy City, which couldn't be more convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, and while the gym wasn't huge, it was sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room right next to the gym – thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is located on a university campus. The environment is very quiet and the facilities are simple. It is suitable for academic exchange activities and is a good accommodation choice in Pingshan!

The hotel stay was good, except for the arbitrary rule of requiring swim caps to use the swimming pool. We only ended up using it only one time on our first day during our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and priced reasonably.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

I was in Beijing's Yizhuang area for a business trip and stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel. I arrived quite late at the front desk that night, and I'd like to thank Zhang from the front desk for their warm and attentive service. The living environment was excellent, very spacious and clean.

This is our top choice when we come to the Bird's Nest for concerts! It's incredibly close! If you're traveling with kids, you can't go wrong with this hotel! We stay here every time we visit. Xiao Pang at the front desk was so enthusiastic and thoughtful; she even gave us some merchandise when she found out we were here for the Mayday concert. Plus, the room she gave us was fantastic – we could see the Bird's Nest right from our window! The hotel breakfast has a great variety and everything tastes delicious 😋

My stay here was a truly pleasant surprise! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they spontaneously upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. They also provided courtesy vouchers, and the coffee and fruit arrangements were perfect. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and shop. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I chose the Grand Skylight brand for my conference in Shanghai, having stayed at their properties in other cities before, and wanted to experience this one. What can I say? The front desk service was absolutely impeccable. I'm very sensitive to noise, and by the time I arrived at the hotel, it was already 10 PM. The front desk mentioned there weren't many rooms left and that most locations might have some noise. I asked for a room far from the elevator and wanted to check it out first. I went up and saw it was facing the street. Fearing I wouldn't sleep well, I called the front desk to request a room not facing the street. The front desk was incredibly prompt; within minutes, a robot delivered the new key card. However, the new room didn't quite work out either. I ended up looking at several rooms, went down to the front desk twice, even checked out other floors, and finally decided to stick with my original room. By the time all of this was done, it was already 11 PM. I have to commend the professionalism and service awareness of Miss Jun at the front desk. She was never impatient, never rushed me, and I felt genuinely cared for and treated with patience. It was very touching and heartwarming. Miss Jun was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel!

The service was friendly and great. The gym is big. Location is beautiful to some nearby malls. The room is very spacious! Very new and clean. I even extended two more days as I really enjoyed the room. There is washing machine that can wash and dry in room! it feels like service apartment. The shoes and shirt is very comfy and fluffy! The house keeper is very caring and friendly to ensure room is nice for you. It feels like living in a new apartment. The view outside the room is beautiful too with lights and trees. The hairdryer and lamps are nice. The shower and sanitary ware is JOMOO which is nice too. There is a little table on the side with two chairs nice for midnight super.
