This hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's incredibly convenient for browsing in Huaqiangbei and for taking the subway. Even though it's an older hotel, the thoughtful service, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent value for money really stand out. There are parrots in the lobby and a pond with many fish swimming around, which my child absolutely loved. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend the cleaning lady – seeing that we had a child, she proactively gave us extra bottles of mineral water for making milk, which was a really warm gesture. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

My stay was great! The front desk staff were really warm and attentive. When I arrived, they proactively helped me with my luggage, which was a nice touch. Sylvia from Guest Relations even sent up two bottles of water and mosquito repellent while we were out – super quick response time. The room facilities are quite new; I heard it was renovated in 2021, and all the appliances are brand new. The TV is a large Huawei screen with clear picture quality, and the smart room control system is easy to use; you can control the lights and curtains just with your voice. The bathroom has a smart toilet with a heated seat, which is very comfortable, especially in winter. There are charging cables built into the bedside table and USB ports in the sofa area, making it very convenient to charge devices. Overall, the amenities are comprehensive, making for a very hassle-free stay.

Great location with convenient transportation. Leo. MG provided excellent service, and the room was clean and tidy. Plenty of delicious food stalls nearby, and close to attractions like MixC World, Window of the World, and Happy Valley.

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

The hotel's service was impeccable, and I especially want to thank Lin Tao for giving me such a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities during check-in! The new laundry room was a great experience, and when I had to rush for my flight during check-out, they offered thoughtful advice and considerate help with my luggage, ensuring I didn't miss my flight. The duty manager, Xiao Pang, was also incredibly helpful! The hotel offers 24-hour service on-call, and I'll definitely be back!!

I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻

The location is convenient, and the service was excellent.

Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Congratulations and thank you indeed.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

I often pass by and see this iconic building in Yizhuang, and it really leaves a lasting impression. As a hotel, its exterior looks decent. During the Chinese New Year, the prices weren't overly inflated, so I opted for a deluxe king room. It looked exactly like the official pictures.  However, I was quite surprised by a few things:

1. The hotel doesn't provide skincare products. There were no shower caps, hair ties, or combs. Toothbrushes had to be picked up at the front desk in the lobby.
2. Regarding room cleaning, I tried to use the humidifier, and when I opened it, it was full of limescale. The cleaning here is simply too sloppy.
3. There was even a hole in the bedsheet, but I was too lazy to ask them to change it. This kind of mistake is just too basic.

The decor is retro, perhaps a bit too staid. For conferences or wedding banquets, this place could be a good option and offers decent value for money. But if you're hosting important guests, it really wouldn't cut it.

Booked the hotel to attend Zhang Yixing's first concert at the Bird Nest Stadium, which also falls on the Mid Autumn Festival (6Oct) and his birthday (7Oct) and the stadium is just conveniently located behind the hotel! The hotel room is cosy, spacious enough for 2 pax. I ordered food delivery every day and the food was delivered to my doorstep via the robot promptly. Only complain is that the centralised aircon cannot be adjusted and it was fixed at 27 degrees which is can be a bit stuffy even though outside temperature is cold. I hope in the future, the hotel can collab or give out freebies related to the concert we are attending.

The hotel's location is good, with convenient transportation. It's close to a subway station, about a ten-minute walk away, and calling a ride-sharing service is quick, making travel easy.

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. As a member, I received a complimentary room upgrade and two days of free breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made almond tea, and the breakfast selection on the second day was abundant. There's free tea at the front desk, and fruit is available for free based on membership tier. The room provides 4 bottles of water daily and local specialty snacks, a nice touch.

I stayed in an Executive Twin Room. The beds weren't huge but were very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, with ample space. The elevator requires key card access, ensuring guest safety.

The hotel's exterior is currently undergoing renovation, and the facilities show a bit of age, but considering the price and service, the value for money is outstanding, and it's definitely worth staying here.

I called the hotel the night before to ask if I could check in early. Xiaoyu at the front desk told me that I could. She also helped me upgrade the room. I called at night to get a welcome gift. After checking out, I told Xiaoyu that I needed an invoice. I received it within a few minutes of getting on the car. There is a rest area and laundry room on the second floor. I just rested for a while and my clothes were washed. The sofa is very comfortable

Check-in: Worried about too many people checking in on New Year's Eve, I deliberately booked an extra night to arrive a day early. The rooms initially assigned didn't have great views, and although we booked four rooms with consecutive numbers, they weren't next to each other. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Huang, was very enthusiastic and specifically took us upstairs to view the rooms. The manager was kind enough to arrange four rooms with excellent views that were all adjacent, allowing us to combine tables for our New Year's Eve dinner.

Service: Xiao Huang and Xiao Gu were very welcoming and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill any requests. Our interactions with them felt very friendly. The male manager was also very nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent; the aunties managed to clean all four rooms thoroughly every day while we were at breakfast, and they were also very polite.

Stay Experience: On the 'Xiao Nian Ye' (Minor New Year's Eve), they offered a complimentary late-night porridge (Eight Treasure Porridge) served in small insulated containers. Drinking it before bed warmed us right up. The only slight downside this time was the breakfast experience. Because there were so many guests, the hotel thoughtfully extended breakfast service until 12 PM, but during peak hours, the dining experience was still a little lacking.

Overall, the stay experience was very good. There's plenty to explore nearby (Panlong Ancient Town, Qingpu Outlets, Panlong Tiandi), and the hotel even has robots that deliver takeout orders to the rooms. We originally booked four rooms for four nights, but because of the great experience, and how clean the rooms were (plus having a washing machine and a fridge), we extended our stay for another three nights! 😂😂😂

When checking out in the morning, I casually mentioned to my companion that we hadn't had breakfast yet. Iris at the front desk overheard this and very thoughtfully informed us that the hotel's breakfast service was still open. She then proactively offered us two complimentary breakfast vouchers and invited us to dine at the restaurant. The breakfast at the restaurant was varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and tasted quite good. A big thank you to Iris for her attentive care; this unexpected breakfast made us feel very warm.
