I forgot to take pictures of the rooms. I booked two rooms for my family, and there was a minor issue: one of the rooms had a rather unpleasant smell. I reported it to the front desk, and they agreed to switch rooms for us. However, the two rooms ended up on different floors. I requested again, and they managed to get us rooms on the same floor, and even included breakfast. The service attitude was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was also good. The location is great, quite close to Futian Station.

The overall experience at AVI Grand Cloud Hotel was excellent. The location is superb, making it convenient for both getting around and shopping. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a high quality of rest. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I wanted to visit the Shenzhen Museum of Natural History this time, but didn't want to rush back and forth, so I stayed at the closest hotel to the museum. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk to the museum. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was extensive. There are also many sports and entertainment options nearby, such as swimming, fitness, and go-karting. Also, Xiao Li and Xiao Ye provided excellent service, two thumbs up!

On Saturday, I went to Shenzhen to have dinner with my daughter and chose to stay at this long-standing five-star hotel. The experience was great! Manager Tisy at the front desk saw that we had a child with us and proactively upgraded us to an executive room, and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast voucher. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was very clean, odorless, and the bedding was comfortable. There's also a pool for swimming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. It's also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Facilities: Comprehensive, with a gym and self-service laundry room.
Cleanliness: Satisfied.
Environment: Good, right next to a subway exit. There are popular eateries downstairs and a food street nearby. It's also quite close to Window of the World, just one subway stop away, or about a ten-minute walk.
Service: The service was excellent. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room for free so we could check in promptly. Deliveries to the room were also very quick.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The environment is quiet and elegant, with greenery that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The Grand Cloud Hotel Beijing (Bird's Nest Branch) boasts an unbeatable location, just a few minutes' walk to the Bird's Nest and Olympic Park. It's incredibly convenient for getting around the Aoyun Village business district, with easy subway access to the entire city. The overall decor is grand and elegant, with an impressive and dignified lobby. The guest rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is professional and courteous. Staff member Chunmei was particularly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. My experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommended!

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated – high ceilings, artistic installations, and a subtle, luxurious fragrance. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine! 📸

▫️Room: The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city/sea views. The Heavenly Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The toiletries had a salon-quality fragrance, and the bathtub, paired with a scenic window, made for a perfect sunset soak. The ambiance was absolutely fantastic! 🛁

▫️Service: The butler-style service was incredibly impressive. They remembered my preferred tea, and when they noticed I had a cold, they proactively brought me ginger tea. Even the slippers were custom-made.

▫️Breakfast + Pool: The freshly baked croissants were incredibly flaky. After a swim in the high-altitude, heated pool, wrapping myself in a towel that smelled of sunshine… This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary in the city! 🌿

I've already recommended it to all my friends. For anniversaries or holidays, just book it without hesitation!

Every year, our industry conference is held at the old International Exhibition Center in Sanyuanqiao, so I always book the Royal Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient. This year, I was so busy with my business trip that I forgot to book a room in advance. In the end, I could only get a single room type for one night, meaning I'd have to switch rooms halfway through, which was a first for me. When checking in, I was assisted by Manager Gu. I explained to her that any room type would be fine, as long as I didn't have to change rooms during my stay. The hotel had a high occupancy rate that day, but after Manager Gu checked, she applied to her senior leader, Manager Li, and managed to switch me to an Executive Twin Room, so I wouldn't have to move. Manager Gu's service was incredibly professional and her attitude was excellent; she genuinely put the customer first. The professional service from both managers made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, especially the freshly fried Chinese crullers (youtiao) – they're really crispy and highly recommended. The hotel's location is great, and although it's an older hotel, the service is incredibly personalized. It's definitely my top choice for business trips to Beijing, especially in the North 3rd Ring area.

The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

I booked this hotel last minute for a friend's wedding and it was great all around, especially the staff's service. Iris at the front desk was incredibly kind and approachable. We had a lovely stay, and they even gave us a small gift during the Dragon Boat Festival, which was a thoughtful touch. They also reminded us to take an umbrella when it was raining, which made us feel really cared for. The hotel itself felt very warm and welcoming, and I loved all the cute green plants everywhere.
