The room was spotlessly clean, including all the nooks and crannies and the bathroom. Connie provided friendly service and was quick to respond to requests. The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and ordering delivery, and robots can even bring your food up to the room. All the in-room facilities worked perfectly, the internet was easy to use, Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and hot water supply was stable. The soundproofing was effective, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress provided good support, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and staff replenished items promptly. Having a bowl of freshly cooked noodles and a fried egg prepared by the chef on-site made for a delicious, hot Chinese breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and quiet. However, the swimming pool seems to be outsourced... The gym/pool staff had a terrible attitude, and there were barely any people swimming—it honestly felt like a deserted place that had gone out of business. The attendant didn't even bother to stand up to greet us and just sat there playing on their phone. Once people were in the water, no one was supervising at all. It's the first time I've ever seen a pool with no lifeguard or safety staff watching over it. It felt so unprofessional, which is a real shame for such a large hotel. I specifically booked this place for the pool because I was bringing my kid; otherwise, there are plenty of cheaper hotels near the port. Everything else was great, and the breakfast was very rich and diverse. If you're not staying specifically for the pool, it's actually a pretty good hotel.

To visit the Natural History Museum, I researched many nearby hotel guides. I finally decided to stay at Grand Skylight Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with Grand Skylight Hotel in terms of convenient transportation, hardware facilities, and service! Thanks to Li Qian and Xiao Jing for their patient answers to our questions and for providing us with extra guidance on checking our return journey, which made this trip to Pingshan very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you very much! Attached are pictures of the interior layout of our Room 427 for your reference!

The service was great, highly recommended. There are many dining options nearby, including the Window of the World 5A scenic spot and a local late-night snack street. Taxis are readily available, and there's also a subway station. The room was very comfortable for resting, clean, quiet, and tidy. I'd like to commend the front desk staff, Bill and Qiu, for their excellent service attitude.

On Saturday, I went to Shenzhen to have dinner with my daughter and chose to stay at this long-standing five-star hotel. The experience was great! Manager Tisy at the front desk saw that we had a child with us and proactively upgraded us to an executive room, and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast voucher. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was very clean, odorless, and the bedding was comfortable. There's also a pool for swimming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. It's also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The environment is quiet and elegant, with greenery that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel was easy to find and the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. They handled our requests quickly. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and Xiao Peng at the front desk provides excellent service. My stay was perfect, and I'll definitely come back next time!

I chose this hotel because I was going to a Xue Zhiqian concert at the Bird's Nest, and I was so pleasantly surprised that I could see the Bird's Nest right outside the hotel! It's also super convenient, only about a 10 to 15-minute walk. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone attending a concert at the Bird's Nest.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated – high ceilings, artistic installations, and a subtle, luxurious fragrance. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine! 📸

▫️Room: The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city/sea views. The Heavenly Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The toiletries had a salon-quality fragrance, and the bathtub, paired with a scenic window, made for a perfect sunset soak. The ambiance was absolutely fantastic! 🛁

▫️Service: The butler-style service was incredibly impressive. They remembered my preferred tea, and when they noticed I had a cold, they proactively brought me ginger tea. Even the slippers were custom-made.

▫️Breakfast + Pool: The freshly baked croissants were incredibly flaky. After a swim in the high-altitude, heated pool, wrapping myself in a towel that smelled of sunshine… This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary in the city! 🌿

I've already recommended it to all my friends. For anniversaries or holidays, just book it without hesitation!

This is an established hotel with very luxurious and comfortable rooms that are also quite spacious. The front desk service is excellent. Its location next to the exhibition center offers great value for money in Beijing. I'd much rather stay here than at Atour.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The location is excellent, the overall facilities are complete, and the hygiene is well-maintained. The staff are friendly and kind, and the stay was quiet and pleasant. It's also very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is by far the best hotel I've experienced in Shanghai. It's not just about the excellent facilities; what truly touched me was the genuine and attentive service from the staff, especially Chen at the front desk, who deserves special commendation.

I booked the room for a foreign client this time, and after dropping them off, I left. What happened next was recounted to me by my client later. Late at night, the client was very hungry and wanted to order takeout, but they didn't have a local food delivery app and weren't familiar with how to use one, so they went to the front desk for help.

Chen assisted the guest and immediately tried to help them download a food delivery app. However, they encountered an issue with payment binding, as the guest didn't have a local payment method and couldn't place an order. The guest was already starving and seemed quite helpless. Chen noticed the guest's predicament and, instead of simply brushing it off, proactively offered to use her own phone to order food for the guest, solving their immediate problem.

The next day, the client specifically told me about this, and I made a special trip to the hotel to express my gratitude to the front desk. This kind of personalized, heartwarming service, going above and beyond her duty, was truly moving. If I have any foreign guests needing accommodation in the future, I will definitely prioritize this hotel again, and I hope the hotel will praise outstanding employees like Chen more often.

My stay here truly exceeded expectations! The room was incredibly well-equipped and practical, featuring a washing machine, an automatic electric drying rack, and a mini-fridge. This made it super easy to take care of laundry while traveling, and the fridge was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The room itself was clean and tidy, with new and functional facilities. Kiki provided warm and attentive service, making the overall living experience comfortable and convenient. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
