The hotel location is about 100m of walk from the ancient city entrance which is perfect. Room are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable.clothes Washing service on demand. Breakfast is included, chinese food only. Love the hotel !

This is the hotel that I am most satisfied with and has the best stay experience; the hotel has free coffee, free performances, a wide variety of breakfasts, and free airport transfers. As soon as you enter the hotel gate, the security brother comes to pick up your luggage, and the front desk lady explains enthusiastically, answers every question asked one by one, and faces the guests with a smile throughout the process. There is a food street less than 50 meters away, and next to the hotel is a parking lot with an independent underground parking lot. When you drive out, you can go to the front desk to get a parking ticket and drive out for free! Highly recommend this hotel! ! ! !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

It's a real profit to stay in such a cost-effective hotel at this price. Whether it's the environmental sanitation or the service, I really can't say anything about it. I stayed with my children for 5 days. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if I needed children's slippers. What a surprise. They also enthusiastically upgraded my room for me. The room had good lighting. It’s also convenient to call a taxi downstairs, although I almost always take a taxi. And the time to get to the key attractions is relatively average, and it doesn't take more than 30 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. The laundry room is praised, and the gym next to it is also good. While waiting for the clothes to be washed and dried, it is also a good choice to exercise if you still have the energy. And eating is very convenient. There are many ethnic food restaurants next to it, and the noodle shop opposite is where children especially like to go in the morning. I have recommended it to many friends and will choose this hotel next time I go to Kashgar.

Good location, convenient to go out; the front desk service is warm and professional, the processing speed is fast; the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the view is wide; the breakfast is rich and delicious.
The details are done in place and people feel very intimate. Will stay here next time, five-star praise!

I'm so frustrated! All the light switches didn't work, the electric curtains were broken, and the remote control buttons had all fallen off. This is my second time staying here, and while the first time was pretty good, this time was a real 'surprise.' Luckily, my Mandarin is good enough to call out to Xiao Du (smart speaker) to turn off the lights. If my Mandarin wasn't good, I'd have to pull out the room card to sleep! And if I had to go out in the middle of the night, I'd have to shout 'Xiao Du, Xiao Du, turn on the lights.' The room attendant was very nice, though; I left my umbrella when checking out, and she verified my information before opening the door for me, 👍. The room facilities really need to be checked and repaired.

I arrived an hour early for check-in, and since my room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. It was very clean and well-equipped, and the TV casting feature was super convenient. The decor felt very high-end. When ordering takeout, they'd call to notify me, and a robot would deliver it to the room. There was even an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant in the room! The hotel's location is great for transportation, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. I even overstayed by a few hours past check-out and they offered me a discounted rate to extend my stay. Overall, a fantastic travel experience – I'll definitely consider staying here again if I need a place in the future.

The hotel environment is very good. Every time I come to see my boyfriend, I will stay at GreenEastern, but this time is different. I live alone. I took an overnight flight to see him. When I learned that he was looking for another girl, I suddenly felt tired of running around to find him... I delayed the check-out and refunded the ticket. I have been waiting for him to see me... but I still haven't seen him. I am going to board the plane. I want to go home. I don't have to have a long-distance relationship anymore.

It's very close to the high-speed rail station, about a three- or four-minute walk, which is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. The environment is nice and spacious, and the front desk lady was very friendly! The room we were originally assigned had no windows and was very far from the elevator. Since we had to get up before dawn to catch the train, it was not convenient, so we asked for a different room, and they were very friendly!

I chose this hotel for its location, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient. The environment and hygiene are also excellent; both the room and public areas are very clean. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and very patient. Overall, the experience was superb. The people of Chongqing are super enthusiastic and nice!

I enjoyed my 6 week stay in Green Oriental Hotel,  The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had very good variety.  Location was very suitable as it was walking distance to the subway and malls and coffee shops.  I stayed here in 2019 for 4 weeks and was very happy to say here agsin in 2024.
