I absolutely love Hotel H4! It's so clean and elegant, and the staff are always so helpful. The only thing is, it's a little bit away from the centre, but that's OK because there's a Metro 13 right outside the hotel that'll take you straight into the heart of the city, Montparnasse!

The service was awesome, the room was great .. but it is very far away from city centre. However, underground and train can reachable by walk

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties.
Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay.
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.
