Excellent ! It's to repeat! The only one otherwise, the solelua restaurant, the doses are small, the service was perfect, but as far as the menu is back I will choose one of the other restaurants available!

The location and facilities are not cost-effective in Santa Monica and are not recommended.
Because I booked a sea view bed room, I took the room on the top floor. But in the service details, I was really disappointed.
No drinking water in the room, no water cup, no hot water bottle, no all regular supplies. Fortunately, I brought enough coffee drinks and small electric pots myself.
The washing brands provided in the room are not dripping. After most five-star hotels have replaced them with first-line brand skin care products, I am really surprised to encounter this miscellaneous brand (one night 3000-4000). I don't need it anyway.

The most intolerable thing I encountered was that I asked if I could add a coffee table and 2 chairs to my room to facilitate me to watch the sunset, and the result was a loud count by the front desk. I didn't respond at all. Is it a guest? Fortunately, Trip.com's customer service solves the problem with first-class efficiency. After understanding the situation, I was very satisfied with the handling. The hotel also sent an apology in time and put the tables and chairs in the room. But why can't you talk well at the beginning?

The second thing, the next day I checked in, I encountered a conflict between the hotel staff (strike) and the alarm sounded at 7 o'clock (fire alarm, ambulance and police car sound). My husband ran downstairs in his bathrobe... A false alarm. However, after communicating with Ctrip's customer service, the hotel also apologized and compensated.

Overall, 4000 a night is not worth it! It is better to see the other 2000-3000 choices on the same street.
