I had one of the best stay at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Residence. Nothing to complain with the room rates and all the services provided. Housekeeping team was very attentive and everyone is polite ; as well ,Receptionists were helpful throughout the stay.

It is in a convenient location with easy access to local transport and restaurants. The overall amenities were great value for the price paid. Our flight to Dubai arrived in the early hours of the morning. After taking the metro to the hotel, it was around 6 AM. We asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible, but they said no rooms were available and asked us to come back around 11 AM. With nowhere else to go, we tried to catch some sleep in the lobby. To our surprise, around 7 AM, the front desk called us over and allowed us to check in early! This was the best moment of our Dubai trip. We were able to get into our room and rest for a good two hours, which ensured we had enough energy for our plans later that day.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. My favorite part was the breakfast – there was a great variety. The chocolate-flavored cereal with milk was absolutely delicious!

I booked a one-bedroom apartment and was given a room on the first floor, even though the hotel has 14 floors and I specifically requested a higher floor when booking. The room itself was spacious, but because it was so low down, the view outside was completely blocked. There was no hairdryer, no slippers, and the phone was out of order. As for the hotel breakfast, most of it was Indian curry dishes. I could only really manage to eat the bread, fruit, and pasta.

We stayed there for a week with my boyfriend, it was like my 3rd time there but it was his first. He loved the calm of the place, spacious rooms, responsive team

I booked a studio type room.
The room was spacious. 
The  sink Kitchenette got blocked from water only.
The bathroom was very small.
The apartments are in another building you need to use two different elevators.
The breakfast wasn't that good. I advice you to book the breakfast for the first day of your stay only. Most likely you won't like it. But tastes differs.
The area around the hotel has everything. From restaurent, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical centers.
The staff were very cooperative also.

Excellent stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD! The hotel was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days at the exhibition.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in retrieving an item we accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated. Their service made our stay even more memorable.

The location is great, especially for those visiting the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), and transportation is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m back in Shanghai. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Brought my child here for an exam, and the hotel's location was perfect, right across from the venue. Cindy, one of the staff members, was excellent. She was very patient during check-in, reminding me of important details and helping with parking. Absolutely fantastic service. We'll definitely be coming back in the future.

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to praise it! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the shopping areas. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, checking me in quickly and patiently answering all my questions. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The soundproofing was effective; it was completely quiet at night. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition. This place offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

I originally wanted to stay at a Hyatt, but unfortunately, due to the AI conference, all the Hyatt hotels were fully booked. So, I ended up choosing this one, which is also under the Hyatt brand. I'm giving five stars for the service. Right after booking, they called to add me on WeChat, and all subsequent requests were handled via WeChat – they always responded promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly. However, I'm giving one star for the hotel's hardware; I'm practically speechless. First, the trash cans in the room are ridiculously small; you can barely throw a few things away. The same goes for the bathroom one; when you step on the pedal, it only opens about 30 degrees, making it impossible to throw in toilet paper. And the bathroom itself is incredibly tiny! I could barely move while showering without bumping into something. It’s genuinely the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel with such a cramped bathroom. I noticed they thoughtfully offer different types of pillows, but when I called, I was told they were all borrowed. Are you guys operating for the first day or something? Don't you know your own inventory? Also, the TV in the room isn't even facing the bed. There's an indented space in front of the bed that seems to serve no purpose, and watching TV from bed would definitely give you a stiff neck. The bathroom doesn't have a separate ventilation system, and there was always a strange odor. Finally, and most critically, this hotel doesn't even have a robot to deliver food! It's 2026 now, and I feel like I'm back in 2016. For such a large hotel and a reputable group like Hyatt, in this era of artificial intelligence, guests still have to go downstairs to pick up their food. I just can't comprehend it. After staying for two days, apart from the decent location and good service, there are just too many areas that need improvement.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.

This is on par with a budget hotel. The staff's attitude was decent, and the place was clean. The breakfast area got a bit chaotic due to the crowd. The room was really small. For two adults and one child, I'd recommend booking two twin beds instead of a king bed plus a sofa bed. Once the sofa bed is pulled out, there's no room left for luggage.

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. 
Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.

Great location close to subway stations and in the middle of new development neighborhood and restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast offers only processed food with no vegetables. Buying some salads veggies from nearby Traders Joe worked for me. Not offering drinking water was a downside.
I was concerned with security because there were no security measures.

The best quality/location/price hotel. 
Haven’t an opportunity to have breakfast, i love to sleep till almost midday, so have nothing to say. 
But the room was quiet, clean and spacious enough.
