Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming and appeared uninterested, which did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel. A more caring and friendly approach at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience.

Overall, I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Al Rigga, Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The restaurant offers an average breakfast, and I would especially like to thank the restaurant team—they were genuinely warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were also very good, and their contribution deserves recognition.

Our flight to Dubai arrived in the early hours of the morning. After taking the metro to the hotel, it was around 6 AM. We asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible, but they said no rooms were available and asked us to come back around 11 AM. With nowhere else to go, we tried to catch some sleep in the lobby. To our surprise, around 7 AM, the front desk called us over and allowed us to check in early! This was the best moment of our Dubai trip. We were able to get into our room and rest for a good two hours, which ensured we had enough energy for our plans later that day.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. My favorite part was the breakfast – there was a great variety. The chocolate-flavored cereal with milk was absolutely delicious!

My stay was wonderful in clean room with professional team.
I appreciated too much the breakfast, lunch and dinner service. It met my expectations.
I extremely want to have a gym facility in the hotel but that is not there!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for all of us. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Chef Errol and Bipin in the morning for the delicious breakfast and friendly talk! The amenities were top-notch, and I definitely look forward to returning in the future. Overall, a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and great hospitality!

Very expensive for the service they offer. The mattress was terrible! And the room was noisy even thought, I specifically asked for a non noisy and very clean room. The place is 15 -20 mins from Dubai mall. Far from the marina and Jumeira palm. I around the hotel a lot of stores and accommodation. Un hôtel appart qui est bien cher pour ce qu’il a a offrir. Propre mais le matelas était vieux et usé . J’ai eu très mal au dos. 
Je suppose que vous trouverez mieux sur Airbnb .

Location wise and Cleanliness wise is all great! we really enjoyed our stay. Their rooms are big.
i put 3 put Facilities as their pool area is currently closed and the temporary pool area is small and not very appealing.
Overall, we had a great stay.

This hotel is only a few hundred meters from Shanghai Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station, about a ten-minute walk. It's a bit further from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. I wasn't sure about the walking route at the time, so airport staff advised me to take a taxi to the hotel. There are many restaurants and other hotels nearby, so it's quite lively. You can also order takeout, though they didn't deliver to the room. The front desk even upgraded our room type. Since it was a business trip, the room included one breakfast, and the breakfast spread was extensive. While eating breakfast, I noticed most guests were business travelers. I'd likely consider staying here again for my next business trip.

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

The facilities are a bit dated. No smart features like whole-house sensors, smart toilets, or coffee machines – these could definitely use an upgrade. The air conditioning and heating weren't very effective. The gym is quite small, but there are coaches on rotation at the pool.

Service: Check-in was a bit slow; at one point there was no room, then no breakfast. Getting a late check-out felt like pulling teeth, requiring repeated communication. Eventually, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Check-out was quick.

Hygene: It was decent, but don't look too closely.

Environment: We parked on the wrong floor and had to drive around the building. There's construction nearby, so a lot of dust. The soundproofing is good; the corridors and lobby were relatively quiet. Big shout-out to the garage attendant for the effective guidance and directions.

Breakfast: It was standard, nothing special, but the value for money was acceptable. It would be even better if they could separate the dining areas for suites and regular rooms.

This hotel is conveniently located near Dishui Lake, just under a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well-equipped, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room type. It's a serviced apartment, so it comes with a fridge, washing machine, and cooking facilities. The hotel is also close to the subway and the Planetarium, making it highly recommended for anyone vacationing in Lingang.

The hotel is near the  Dishui Lake， A beautiful building, Room is nice as home with a living room ,  Iron in bedroom. Happy to stay there,  Reception 毛毛,  Restaurant Lily  good service.  
Banquet service also perfect, Thanks for the hotel 
all Staff and we have a romantic Conference and lovely  Dragon Boat Festival

I've stayed at the three most central hotels in Flushing, and this one is the cheapest, but the service is super good, and breakfast is delivered promptly. The most, most, most important thing is the excellent blackout curtains. Since I was traveling with a baby, and due to jet lag, the baby needed to sleep during the day, the blackout here was fantastic. It's perfectly suited for travelers dealing with jet lag, and even staff from various airlines stay here. The only downside is that it gets fully booked too quickly. For a few days in between, I stayed at some hotels next door, and the difference was night and day. This hotel still beats all other hotels in Flushing for value for money, service, and blackout capabilities.

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate 
you whenever you need help. 
Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.

Very good experience, the scenery outside the window is great, I can't get enough of it. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast is very rich in the United States. There is also service. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. And it is very convenient for traveling and eating. Recommended

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly
