I chose the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong for my business trip to Shanghai, and my stay was completely comfortable and pleasant – truly an excellent choice for business travelers.

The location is exceptionally good, right in the heart of Pudong Binjiang. It's within walking distance of the metro, making commutes to major office buildings and exhibition centers quick and easy. The surrounding commercial area has all the amenities you could need, with convenient dining and shopping options.

Booking a river view room was a real treat! The high-floor, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered unobstructed views of the Huangpu River. In the evenings, I could enjoy the cruise ships and city lights while bathing – every photo I took looked like a masterpiece of Shanghai. The room's decor was simple yet upscale, with great natural light. The desk was large, perfect for working overtime if needed. The bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even after a tiring business day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, fully stocked with toiletries, and was spotlessly clean.

The service was full of thoughtful details. The front desk staff were kind and handled check-in and check-out quickly. The nightly turndown service was attentive and thorough, and the housekeeping was meticulously done. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the quality was excellent. The high-altitude swimming pool offered a breathtaking view, and the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, perfect for unwinding after work. The hotel also had comprehensive meeting rooms and a business center, ideal for hosting clients and small discussions.

Whether it's for a short business trip or a brief stay, this hotel is perfectly suited. The views, service, and facilities are all top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I've already saved it as my go-to choice for future business trips to Shanghai!

We booked the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel specifically for a wedding, mainly because the kids love the heated pool and I appreciate a good gym. Upon arrival, the hotel proactively upgraded our room, giving us a fantastic view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' (iconic skyscrapers). Kathy's service was exceptional; she was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel right at home.

The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was highly efficient with smooth communication. They proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and executive benefits, and my membership privileges were fully honored. Room service was prompt and the housekeeping was meticulous. The service throughout maintained a perfect balance, never being overly intrusive, which made my business trip very comfortable and worry-free.

The Sheraton Jiading is probably the most upscale hotel in Jiading District. Even though it's been open for eleven years, the facilities are excellent and don't feel dated at all. The hotel is built by the river, so if you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy river views and see the lively atmosphere on the opposite bank. The hotel's high occupancy rate shows how popular it is; looking up from downstairs at night, nearly every room has its lights on. The front desk staff are very helpful and patient, and they communicate smoothly in foreign languages when assisting international guests. The in-room amenities are comprehensive and very convenient. The hotel's supporting facilities are also fantastic, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants, as well as a lobby bar, meeting venues, a swimming pool, and a gym – truly impressive.

The room was very clean, bright, and had a great view! The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were very attentive, making my stay quite comfortable. One more thing worth praising: my child needed to print some materials for online classes, and the front desk staff patiently helped, with an excellent attitude! As a result, I extended my stay for another week. Anyway, when I come with my child for basketball, I'll definitely choose this place again!

My child was doing a two-day sketching trip in Qingxi Ancient Town, so we stayed one night at the Sheraton to make it convenient for them. The hotel is about 1km from the ancient town archway, so it's quite close. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant. The pool is beautiful and clean, and there weren't many people, so we had a great swim. The overall service was excellent too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This hotel desperately needs a renovation of its facilities.

First, we had originally booked an apartment-style room, but due to their major renovations, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge (which was a plus).
- The breakfast was good.

Minus points:
- There was an issue with the booking system – my son's room was double-booked with another new guest within an hour. Luckily, that guest also realized something was wrong because my son's backpack was still in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to get the key card reissued, and the other guest moved to a different room. My wife said it was fortunate my son wasn't showering at the time and that the new guest was male, otherwise it would have been very awkward.
- Upon check-in, the front desk also offered us free breakfast, but the next day we found it wasn't registered in the system.
- The concierge service was inadequate. During both check-in and check-out, no one approached us to ask if we needed help with our luggage (we had 7 items for 3 people). This is unlike the service at other Marriott hotels.

Overall, it was good. We arrived at 12 PM and had to wait for our room. The front desk struggled with the credit card machine; it kept failing. I suspect they were trying to process my VISA card using the UnionPay option. No wonder all my other purchases outside the hotel went through without a hitch, but it wouldn't work once I got to their hotel!

Overall, the hygiene is decent. The location is a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient to walk to the lively areas, but there's a shuttle bus that goes to the plaza. The service staff are friendly, and the front desk is welcoming. The room is a bit small, and the cleaning details are just average, but the bed is comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the hallway is a bit poor. Breakfast isn't lavish but healthy, with the croissants being a highlight. The view is unremarkable, and both the executive lounge and coffee machine perform adequately. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

I've stayed at this hotel three times already and will continue to do so (whenever I have a layover and need to spend the night in Istanbul between flights). The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (city center), but the metro line is convenient (direct to Taksim, and you can also get to the area near the Grand Bazaar, from where a tram will take you right into the heart of everything). The metro entrance is right nearby, less than a minute's walk. The bed is comfortable, all necessary amenities are available, and the breakfasts are plentiful with something for everyone. In September '25, guests were offered loofahs and toothbrushes, but these were no longer available in February '26. It's a shame, the loofahs were excellent. Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit: either a €100 hold on your card or cash. If you pay the deposit in euros or dollars in cash, they will return it upon check-out, but only in Turkish Lira.

Love Atasehir area. Nice, clean, organized and safe. 
The grand Sheraton staff are friendly, warm and helpful. The house keepers are extremely helpful for keeping the rooms clean and comfortable.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the city center shopping district, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful family stay at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Our terrace room had unbeatable views, and the staff were outstanding. A huge thank you to Blessy—she was incredibly attentive to our 2-year-old at the breakfast buffet, which took the pressure off me and my wife when he was a handful. Exceptional service that made our trip so much easier and truly memorable. Highly recommend for families the only downside is the traffic leading into JBR. There’s always traffic but what made it easier during busy times we got dropped off to Bluewater which is across the bridge from the JBR strip. Then we walk back to the hotel which took under 10min and is an amazing walk, but saves you 30min stuck in traffic.

The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.

Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

You will not be disappointed staying in the Sheraton Grand. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived to my departure. The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes drive from the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which is linked to downtown Dubai, approximately taking 20-30 minutes in total to reach the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was exceptional, with a very extensive selection, and excellent customer service throughout. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful rooftop pool and great gym. I would definitely stay here again.
