Overall, my experience was fantastic! The environment was clean and tidy, and Louis provided warm and attentive service, paying great attention to every detail. From the moment I walked in until I left, everything was comfortable and pleasant. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect whether you're traveling solo or with family and friends. The location is easy to find, and transportation is convenient. I'll definitely be back, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone – it's truly worth trying!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An experience that exceeded my expectations!

Location and Transportation
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station/commercial area, making it easy to get around and shop.

Room Facilities
The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the hot water was quick and consistent.

Service Quality
The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. Housekeeping responded promptly, and the cleaning staff were meticulous. Whenever an issue arose, the staff patiently resolved it, making guests feel well taken care of.

Dining Experience
The breakfast offered a rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was delicious. The restaurant environment was bright and comfortable, and the servers were proactive and attentive.

Value for Money
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city and will recommend it to my friends!

My child had an exam nearby, and since our home is quite far from the school, we've stayed at the Sheraton for two consecutive years. They gave us a high-floor room, which was lovely – quiet, clean, and very conducive for a student to study. The breakfast also offered a good variety! Highly recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

The Sheraton Shanghai Jiading offers a fantastic experience! The lobby is grand, and the river view provides a pleasant and quiet environment. The guest rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, and the walk-in closet plus large bathtub are very practical. Smart controls add convenience, and the bedding is just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. 

Service was excellent throughout: the front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, proactively introducing the facilities; housekeeping was meticulous and promptly replenished supplies (though the restaurant selection was a bit limited). The heated pool on the 5th floor has clean water, and the gym is well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to the metro, and there are parks nearby, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

This trip to Chongming, I stayed at the Sheraton Chongming, and it was a great experience! The hotel lobby is really large and spacious. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk service was excellent – Vivi was particularly helpful and friendly. Then it was off to my room with the key card.

The room's air conditioning was already set to a very comfortable warm temperature, and the lighting was just right. I walked around the room, and it felt very spacious. The shower and toilet were separated from the wet area, and while close to the bed, there was a sliding door for privacy, which was both convenient and effective. Besides the shower, there was also a large bathtub, which was a nice bonus.

The vanity was also quite large with a big mirror. Although the lighting couldn't be adjusted to be super bright, the large mirror made it easy to see clearly when putting on makeup. 

By the bed, there were reading lights and a desk lamp, along with power outlets and USB ports conveniently close, so reading or using my phone was no problem. There was even a row of outlets right next to the desk chair, making it very easy to plug in a laptop or phone, even with a short cable.

Overall, it was a very good stay. While there aren't many amenities nearby, having a car made it very convenient. Plus, the hotel itself is very expansive with lots of greenery. Walking around the hotel grounds, the air quality was absolutely fantastic.

For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. The pool experience was great! The gym was also completely empty, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was quite generous too. The best part, though, was the service – I felt that all the staff members I encountered were very patient, had a great attitude, and were quick to respond, which I really appreciate. The only thing I'd mention is that while the room was spacious, I think it could have been designed a bit better, especially if the wet and dry areas in the bathroom had a sliding door or something similar; otherwise, it's inconvenient for others when someone is in the bathroom.

The location is fantastic, with Lujiazui's bustling attractions right at your fingertips. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The service is meticulous, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool and gym are top-notch, perfect for both business and leisure. Whether you're staying long-term or just for a short break, it's an excellent choice – highly recommended!

The service was fantastic! I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, and the staff member kindly let me check in after a short wait. So thoughtful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with hot soup and an omelet. There's a kettle in the room, which is great for making hot drinks! Excellent! The hotel's Turkish bath was also wonderful. A truly great experience. Plus, there's a convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to Taksim Square.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

Perfect stay, polite staff, great breakfast, ok good indoor pool located underground with powerful jacuzzi.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, with a full range of amenities and prompt, attentive room service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and you can get an early taste of Xi'an's signature noodles right at the hotel. The location is super convenient, with Metro Line 2 just 200 meters away, two large shopping malls nearby, and several coffee and tea shops along the way. Whenever there's an issue, the hotel concierge follows up, communicates, and coordinates promptly. Five-star rating is a must! I'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time I'm in Xi'an :)

The guy who checked me in was really enthusiastic. I arrived just as a tour group was checking in, but the front desk staff member proactively helped me first. He also gave me two coffee vouchers. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. I had a great stay. The only downside was that breakfast was too crowded, and I couldn't get a seat.

Our stay this time was incredibly comfortable! The room was completely odor-free, the vanity and bathroom were spotless, and all the staff members were very polite and quick to respond to requests. They paid great attention to detail. It's truly perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure! The hostess at the restaurant was so kind to our child, who absolutely loved it. Both the dining and the room were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is quite new, with quiet surroundings and warm, friendly service. I was very pleased with the cleanliness too.
