The location is fantastic! Whenever we got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a rest. It's clean and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the hallway perfume was a bit too strong. When you're traveling, location is key, and this place delivers. There are so many popular spots nearby, you can even queue up for them in advance.

My stay at the Hunan Huatian Hotel in Changsha was such a pleasant surprise! As a well-established five-star hotel in Hunan, its location is fantastic, right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room itself was very comfortable overall – spacious with elegant decor, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring an excellent night's sleep.

The only minor drawbacks were that the room window couldn't be opened and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy after a while. However, the service was absolutely top-notch! They thoughtfully brought fruit before bedtime and again when I checked out. These little warm touches really made an impression. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, responded promptly, and their service quality was consistently high.

I'll definitely choose Huatian again on my next trip to Changsha, and I hope they can improve their ventilation facilities for an even more perfect experience~

Stayed for a few days, and overall it was a good experience! Even though the room attendants were a bit older, their attitude was excellent! They were very diligent and efficient in their work, definitely worth a thumbs up!

It was quite convenient to get around. On the second night, when I returned around 9 PM, my room key card wouldn't open the door, but the hotel promptly came to fix it, and the service was pretty good. Whatever requests I had, they were usually able to resolve them.

Perhaps due to the weather, on the last day, I found a few small bugs crawling in the bathroom.

First time in Changsha! I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue's concert at Helong Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient and close by. My child was able to crash right across the street after the show. Our flight landed early, and we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and allowed us to check in immediately, which was a huge relief after an early morning flight – really appreciated that! The complimentary fruit and bottled water were also a nice touch, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

Though small, it has all the essentials! This was our third stop on our road trip from Beijing to Sanya, and we chose to rest in Changsha. Finding pet-friendly hotels is always a challenge with our dogs, so Wanmo was an incredibly wise choice! The room isn't huge, but it's very thoughtfully decorated. The smart controls were perfect for my lazy self 😂, though the lack of a smart toilet was a minor drawback. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of excellent quality. The fact that breakfast runs until 1:30 PM means you can truly enjoy a leisurely brunch, which is a wonderful boost to travel happiness. The laundry room and gym facilities were clean and tidy – a huge plus! The reading room was brightly lit, and the book selection, though small, was excellent and exactly to my taste. Thanks to the rain, we got to stay an extra day and experience Wanmo a bit longer.

This trip was to attend the meeting and chose to stay at Huatian Hotel.
The room was very clean and snacks and drinks were also delivered. The bathroom is also comfortable.
In addition, Xiaowan at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous, courteous, people feel very comfortable and intimate, professional and warm heart.
Overall it feels good, I hope the hotel will maintain this level.

This hotel is ideal for onsen lovers. The onsen here is phenomenal with many different flavoured hot spring pools. Very relaxing. And this area is accessible by bus from Changsha, around 1hr 45 min. The hotel room is spacious with personal hot spring dipping tub. And the food at the restaurant delicious.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. The breakfast is so-so

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleanliness, especially the small details, is well-maintained. The guest service center is very helpful, and parking is convenient. The towels in the room are super soft! I accidentally left a small item behind when checking out, and the front desk staff kindly kept it for me and reminded me to pick it up, which was very thoughtful!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well.

1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier.

2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then.

These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.

Loudi 418 Huatian Hotel brought me a stay experience that exceeded expectations and must be given a five-star praise! The hotel is located in Changqing Middle Street in the city center, directly opposite the district government, the location is excellent, the travel is particularly convenient, surrounded by Marriott City Plaza, Chunyuan Pedestrian Street and other business districts, eating, drinking and playing.
As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the spacious and bright environment and a faint fragrance. The decoration was simple and atmospheric. I stayed in a smart big bed room. I could control the whole house equipment by voice when I was lying on the bed and moving my mouth. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was moderately firm and the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The check-in efficiency at the front desk was high, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce surrounding attractions. The room service responded quickly and could be solved within a few minutes. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes authentic.
The hotel also provides free parking, gym and other facilities, and the overall price is super high. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is a great choice, and I will definitely stay in Loudi next time!

Breakfast: rich variety, a lot of Chinese and Western combination! There are also special Hunan local flavor rice noodles and stir-fried vegetables! Rare breakfast is so rich! The coffee is a bit too sour. It is recommended that coffee beans change to low-acid varieties!
Bed: The room is wide and the bed is hard enough and very comfortable! Although the bathroom and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, the toilet is not separated by partitions, and the design is very tasteless...

Facilities: However, the gym on the 3rd floor is very professional, and friends who like sports are available at level 4! The heating is very powerful!

Service: The service is very good, every time the staff enters and exits, they will say hello, although it may be a more daily work for them, but our family feels very warm. There are demands to follow up in time, the health is relatively clean, and the living is very safe.

Facilities: Booked a parent-child room, children like the red panda ornaments in the room, the space is also very large, the bathroom water pressure is very large and very satisfied! The items in the room are very complete, it is recommended that there is also a separate package of laundry detergent. Show the details!

Environment: The environment is good, the whole hotel is fragrant, travel is convenient, parking is convenient, there is a Zhushan Park nearby, children have a great time.

位置很好在市中心去哪裡都近，房間寬敞明亮，臨窗的房間晚上會有點噪音，總體還是不錯的。就是兩個房間前台安排的不太合理，不在同一個樓層，畢竟帶着兩個孩子，照顧起來就不太方便，不過協商失敗😂😂雖然説春節客人多，但是我聽到熟客打電話來臨時要房還是有空房的。早餐品種豐富，服務到位👍
