This hotel is super convenient, just 100 meters from Exit 1 of Changsha Metro Line 2. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, snack shops, and Tea Color (a local tea drink chain). It's also only about 500 meters from Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street. My room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area, and the AC worked perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. When they learned we had a child, the young man not only proactively upgraded our room for free but also helped arrange complimentary luggage delivery to the high-speed train station. These thoughtful details really warmed our hearts.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding had a subtle, fresh scent, unlike the harsh disinfectant smell you often find in other hotels. The room was decorated with live, green plants, not cheap plastic擺件, and featured full smart home control. All the soft furnishings and decorative items were tastefully designed and sophisticated, clearly showing the hotel's dedication.

We specifically brought our child to see Miriam Yeung's concert on the 20th, and the hotel's location was superb. The venue was right across the street, just a five-minute walk, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The housekeeping auntie was also exceptionally meticulous; she even double-checked if we still needed the empty cardboard boxes we had left lying around.

The only drawback was the inflexible breakfast policy: Ctrip and ** (another platform) offer different numbers of breakfast servings for the same room type. Our Ctrip booking only included breakfast for two, while ** included three. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that breakfast is outsourced to a third-party restaurant, and the hotel cannot add extra diners. As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I understand this is an internal settlement and communication issue between the platform, the hotel, and the third party. This explanation felt a bit dismissive.

Putting aside this minor imperfection, our overall stay was excellent. The hygiene standards and staff service etiquette were top-notch. While the pricing might be a bit high for a business hotel, the facilities, amenities, and service largely exceeded our expectations.

The Hunan Huatian Hotel is an established five-star hotel with a great location. It’s convenient to get to major attractions by taxi or subway, just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Hunan Provincial Museum is about 5 kilometers away by taxi. For this trip to Changsha, I chose a room in Block B, which had been recently renovated. The room was around 35 square meters, very comfortable, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and drained well, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue every evening. The room was soundproof, the bedding was comfortable, and having direct drinking water was very convenient. The staff on the 13th floor, Ms. Yang and Ms. Dai, were very kind and provided excellent cleaning service. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us sachets and a late-night snack of tremella soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Hunan noodles. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms facing Furong Road are lively and bustling, but can be a bit noisy. There are also rooms facing the small alleys of Beibei Street, which have a less impressive view but are incredibly quiet – it just depends on your preference. I chose a quiet one. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the Changsha alkaline noodles and rice noodles, which have been my favorites for years. This is an old-school high-end hotel in Changsha, and like a Ferrari, even when it's old, it's still a Ferrari!

This trip was to attend the meeting and chose to stay at Huatian Hotel.
The room was very clean and snacks and drinks were also delivered. The bathroom is also comfortable.
In addition, Xiaowan at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous, courteous, people feel very comfortable and intimate, professional and warm heart.
Overall it feels good, I hope the hotel will maintain this level.

Very close to Snack Kingdom and not far from May Day Plaza, making it super convenient. The kids had a great time. We stayed at this hotel for a short trip and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent, near a shopping district, making it easy to shop and dine. The room was clean and bright, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were highly professional and polite. The hallway was clean with no strange odors, and security was excellent. It offers great value for money, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. It was perfect for resting after a tiring journey. This will be my top choice for future trips!

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel experience. The room layout is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities; the service team is warm and thoughtful, professional and meticulous; the breakfast selection is diverse, meeting different taste needs. The hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and worry-free travel. The sanitation is excellent and clean everywhere. The price-performance ratio is very high, which makes people feel that it is worth the money. In general, this is an unforgettable accommodation experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. If you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, the Huatian Hotel is the place to stay. There's a free, spacious parking lot, so no worries there, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the cable car station. Restaurants and convenience stores are everywhere nearby. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic mountain views. The entire room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable hot water. The staff were enthusiastic, and the assistant lobby manager was very efficient, offering luggage storage and tourist information. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel also has a commercial street and a gym, and the public areas are clean. It made for a very comfortable and pleasant trip.

I had an outstanding stay, and Alex truly made the difference. From the moment I arrived, Alex was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was a local tip or a small request, Alex handled it with warmth and efficiency. Thanks to Alex, my experience was seamless and memorable. Five stars all the way!

The hotel offers great value for money. The garden design is beautiful and high-class. The location is excellent, very close to Charming Xiangxi, and only a 10-minute walk to the Grand Plaza (Biaozhi Men).

Service: It was raining heavily and my shoes got wet, but the front desk provided a dryer, which was a huge help.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old.

Cleanliness: The only downside is that the cleanliness was just average, with a lack of attention to detail – there were hairs on the sheets.

Breakfast: Breakfast was decent.

The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, and it feels very comfortable as soon as you enter the lobby. The room hygiene is very meticulous and in place, and there is no smell of water and electricity. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is delicious, the service staff is on call, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. The surrounding transportation is convenient and affordable, and the overall exceeds expectations. It is suitable for business trips or tourism. The cost-effectiveness is worth recommending.

This time I came to Loudi for a business trip, I did not hesitate to choose Louxing Huatian Holiday Hotel. The overall stay experience was directly full, and I really gave a full five stars!
The location is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. The lobby is clean and bright as soon as you enter the door, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room is spacious and bright, the whole house is intelligent voice control, lighting and curtains are controlled by one-click, and the sense of technology is full. The room hygiene is very good, the tabletop has no floating dust, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water source is constantly flowing, the bedding is soft and fluffy, and the rest quality is particularly high.
The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the local special rice noodles taste authentic, and the hot and cold dishes are complete. The room cleaning staff is gentle and responsive. The hotel is also equipped with free parking, laundry and fitness area, which is especially suitable for business trips or short trips. The whole journey is comfortable and practical, and I will continue to choose here next time I come to Loudi. It is highly recommended!
