Facilities: All the amenities are brand new and fully equipped.
Cleanliness: The place was impeccably clean.
Location: The location is absolutely fantastic, just one block from Fifth Avenue. Plus, there's a Starbucks and a trendy 'I'm Dount?' donut shop conveniently located right downstairs.

The room was great! However, the parking lot management was chaotic. One staff member insisted on a tip before parking, making up various excuses like it was late or the car was oversized. Also, they would make me pay the parking fee twice with my credit card, otherwise they wouldn't let me park.

The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂

My sincere thanks go especially to the entire Breakfast Service Team, whose energy, warmth, and attention to detail made every morning a true pleasure. Every day started on a high note thanks to their dedication.

I would like to make special mention of Ms. Usha from the breakfast team. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests stood out beautifully. She went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a smile — a true asset to your hotel.

I am also deeply grateful to Ms. Seeta from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to cleanliness, timely service, and quiet, thoughtful manner made my stay comfortable and stress-free. It is because of people like her that guests feel truly at home.

Please extend my gratitude to Usha, Seeta, and the entire breakfast team for making my time at Hyatt Centric MG Road so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit to Bangalore.

I couldn’t sleep because of a strange sound in the room. But around 1.30 at night I was given a new room. 

The hotel design is contemporary and it was nicely maintained. The room was spacious. The staff was cordial and sweet. 

The restaurant, spa, gym and the swimming pool were all very disappointing. Nothing was 5 star quality. 

It’s far from everything but mall of Asia which is about 40 minutes by walk amidst traffic and pollution. Taxi take an hour by the way. 

Will I revisit here again ; probably not.

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans. 
The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

This was my second time staying at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it was a pure coincidence for this second stay. The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.
