There's not much service, but the location is convenient. The breakfast at the hotel's ground floor cafe is a rip-off. Any coffee shop breakfast just a short walk away is better and cheaper than the hotel's, even if you've booked a breakfast-included rate. It's not worth it. There are plenty of coffee shops around Times Square.

We got upgraded which was very nice. The place was beautiful. Only thing is that our room we couldn’t adjust the temperature and in November having the AC on and not being able to turn it off made the room very cold. Otherwise everything else was great. Location was perfect for us because we had a wedding close by. Night time gets a little weird. Wall st use to be a quiet area but it became a party place at night.

The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂

The service was great! I had wished for a bigger Hyatt-type room although it was very comfortable and clean. So it was alright. The staff are so friendly and warm and very helpful from the doorman, reception, concierge and wait staff at the Brasserie on the 4th floor. I had the best idlys and dosas. The butter dosa was superb. I'd like to name the following staff who were really outstanding and who were the only ones whom we had encounters with:
Dibiya, Biswajit (Manager), Trishana, Aryan, Shiva (reception desk), Joseph, Kaif, Roshan, Kecha, Chinmay (Manager)
Hyatt Centric should be very proud of them.
The breakfast could do well with a change in the daily breakfast. For those like us who stayed for 5 days, it became mundane after the second day.
Overall kudos to the team!!

I couldn’t sleep because of a strange sound in the room. But around 1.30 at night I was given a new room.

The hotel design is contemporary and it was nicely maintained. The room was spacious. The staff was cordial and sweet.

The restaurant, spa, gym and the swimming pool were all very disappointing. Nothing was 5 star quality.

It’s far from everything but mall of Asia which is about 40 minutes by walk amidst traffic and pollution. Taxi take an hour by the way.

Will I revisit here again ; probably not.

The location is very good, midtown, not far from all kinds of restaurants around. It is very close to Georgia Tech and there is a light rail station in the middle, which is very suitable for tourists who do not drive.

The room was ok, but the air conditioner was too loud. The worst thing was that we forgot an airpod in the room. The phone received a notification that the location was the hotel address, but the hotel denied it and said they couldn't find it. Then they kept delaying. After several contacts, they said they didn't have it and were perfunctory. In the end, they didn't return it. Ctrip gave 400 yuan as compensation, but the hotel didn't say anything. Absolutely bad review!
