The room was large and the service was warm. Close to the airport.

Great gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.

We have been Shanghai servers times.But Hyatt impressed most by its tremendous facilities and extraordinary services. Especially for those who worked in the lobby and restaurant. Hennessey and Joe delivered us a unforgettable memories for this stay. BTW ,Yuki and Leo as well.

Lilian at the front desk! When checking in, she was not only very quick, but also carefully informed me of the precautions, and her smile was very warm throughout the whole process. I had questions during my stay, and she was able to respond quickly and patiently answer them, which was very considerate!

The room was very clean and spacious. It even had a dish washer and dishes that could be used. 
The breakfast was good and everyone was friendly and accommodating. 
The hotel has a laundry room for guest as well as a gym and pool. Nice property and it's well maintained.

Two 1.8-meter beds, a separate room and a bathroom, two rooms and two halls. More suitable for family travel. You can cook your own food. 5 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a steakhouse at the door, and the Mother’s market is around half an hour’s drive from the airport. It is a bus stop.

The hotel is located on the campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, close to Lincoln Park, and the surrounding environment is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is relatively large, and the bed is also large. It is spacious for four people and very quiet at night. You need to pay a deposit of US$50 to stay in the hotel. Confirm with Ctrip that it will be refunded within three to five days of check-out. The breakfast is quite rich, and it is a good accommodation experience!
