Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were very clean. Service was very good, every time we needed something, Guest Services were very prompt and responsive. Location wise, I loved it. It is a little far from the city but with the extensive public transport system at Stratford, getting around was very easy. Around the hotel, there’s also loads of food and shopping options. Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a great choice if you prefer a quiet and peaceful location while still staying well connected to central London. The surroundings are calm, making it ideal for families or travelers who want to relax after a busy day in the city.

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the underground station, which makes getting around London very convenient. The bus station is roughly a 15-minute walk, which is manageable, especially if you enjoy a bit of walking. One highlight of the location is the pleasant river view, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay.

During my stay, there was some nearby construction, and a few roads were temporarily closed. While this didn’t affect the comfort inside the hotel, it’s something to be aware of when planning routes or arrivals.

The room itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious, which worked very well for me and my son. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable seating area, and a well-organized minibar and wardrobe. The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities.

The staff were friendly and professional, meeting the expected Hyatt service standards. Interactions were smooth and efficient, making the stay easy and comfortable.

Overall, Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars offers a clean, comfortable, and well-designed stay in a quiet part of London, with good transport connections and family-friendly room space. Despite the temporary construction nearby, it’s a solid choice, especially for travelers looking for comfort, calm surroundings, and reliable service.

Fantastic stay with great service efficiency and comfort. We had two minor hiccups (extra breakfast charge & cold AC), but both were resolved on the same day by the front desk and maintenance team—very professional. Daily housekeeping was meticulous: personal items neatly placed back, towels replenished, and free toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) available for daily pickup. The room had no odor, the water pressure was strong and clear, and we slept great in the clean, cozy environment. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

We waited in line for check-in at 4:30 PM on Saturday. The lobby is on the 42nd floor, but there were only two check-in counters and no other staff members to guide guests, aside from the two who were processing check-ins. My family sat on a nearby sofa with our sleeping child, waiting for quite a while. Thankfully, most guests queued orderly and it was relatively quiet.

The hotel provided a small birthday cake, and the bathroom had a separate basin, which was very convenient.

Food delivery was a bit inconvenient; it could only be brought to the concierge on the first floor. We had to take an elevator to the 42nd floor lobby first, then transfer to a high-speed elevator from the lobby to the first floor to pick up our order. That was a bit much.

The hotel is right next to Yuanxiang Lake Park, which is great for walks and exercise. There were even street performers singing at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room's air conditioning had a moderate fan speed and a comfortable temperature. Parking was in the underground garage, and we just needed to register our license plate during check-in for easy access.

Overall, it was a good stay. For a weekend leisure trip with kids, the Hyatt Jiading is a great choice!

This hotel is excellent, truly living up to its high-end reputation. The lobby is grand, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with very soft bedding. I especially want to commend our butler, Kevin. He was incredibly enthusiastic, accommodating every request, and responded very quickly. Such reliable people are hard to find! Overall, staying at this hotel felt very secure and it was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

I originally booked this room through Trip.com for a holiday stay, but due to various reasons, I rescheduled for this week. The hotel was incredibly accommodating with the change. On the day of check-in, they even upgraded me to a suite, which was fantastic! The room facilities were still complete and perfect – I was very satisfied. The hotel's surroundings are also very convenient, and there's a huge lake right in front. The weather was also super cooperative. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and they even included an afternoon tea with delicious cheesecake and fruit tarts. I particularly enjoyed their 'cow and horse' bread (likely a local specialty or a playful name for a pastry). Finally, one minor suggestion: it would be absolutely perfect if there were no disturbances during the night.

Pros:
1. Objectively speaking, the hotel is very close to Dishui Lake Metro Station, within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient for those (like us) who travel by subway. It's also very close to the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, probably less than a 15-minute walk. It was raining when we went, so it took us a bit longer. The lake view is amazing. The weather wasn't great during this National Day holiday, cloudy and rainy, but we could still imagine how beautiful it would be on a sunny day. And watching the fireworks was super convenient. Precisely because of the rain, we completely gave up on finding a prime spot by the lake and just stayed in the room, turned off all the lights, and watched. It was very clear, beautiful, and we loved it. We drank a can of Coke, and even though the price on the mini-bar said 12, it wasn't charged at check-out, so it must have been on the house.
2. Subjectively speaking, the room design is truly beautiful. Just a casual glance, and you think, 'Wow, this room is really beautiful, it has a thoughtful design that I can truly appreciate.' Anyway, it was the first time I so directly felt the power of design. I even specifically looked up who designed it (Yang Bangsheng Design Group) and plan to intentionally choose one of their studio's works next time. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the books in the room. I didn't bring any books myself this time, and to my surprise, there were actual, physical books in the room! Okay, maybe this isn't a big deal in some five-star hotels, but the serendipity was that among these books, there were some that truly captivated me! This was the most delightful surprise of my trip. (And mysteriously, on the day we went to the planetarium, I happened to read about the hypothesis of love and the expansive power of the universe in a book, and when I saw dark matter energy at the planetarium, I felt the wonderful little arrangement of the cosmos~)

Cons:
They say it's a family-friendly hotel, but based on our actual experience, it could be better. First, the sinks in the room are all very high, making it difficult for small children to reach. Although there were children's bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, they even provided an extra set for me. Also, children need adult help when showering, so using the bathtub is more suitable. However, the bathtub looked very slippery (P.S. The bathtub is indeed very beautiful), and I asked the butler if they had non-slip mats to put inside, but they said the hotel didn't... Well, the child didn't actually slip, but I think having non-slip mats shouldn't be a difficult thing to provide. Also, the swimming pool surprisingly didn't have swimming rings. Initially, I was told there were some, but then they said no, only kickboards, and we had to go to the room (storage) to find them ourselves. Actually, the deepest part of the pool is only 1.1m, the shallowest is 90cm, and it's 25m long with two lifeguards watching, so it's not particularly dangerous. But for a family-friendly hotel pool to not have swimming rings is just, ummmmm... We didn't go to the hotel's own playground, maybe that playground adds more points?

Additionally, the hotel is really huge... So big that the route to breakfast in the morning is very, very long, quite a walk for us staying in building 1. I actually think the location of their lobby is strange because you don't know where the main entrance is, so it was a bit confusing the first time we arrived. When we returned to the hotel from outside, we also encountered a group of tourists, who clearly had just arrived, complaining about not being able to find the main entrance...

Lastly, I hope the hotel's own dining options could be more diverse.

It was my first stay at this Hyatt Regency hotel and I enjoyed it. Although the room appeared clean overall, I was disappointed to discover a considerable build-up of dirt beneath the upper inner rim of the bathroom basin. It was rather unpleasant and surprising that such an obvious area had been overlooked by housekeeping. Another concern was the strange odour in the room, particularly in the bathroom. The smell was reminiscent of an industrial dip-cleaning product, which I found quite unpleasant. I found the shower area somewhat cramped, although this was a relatively minor inconvenience. On a very positive note, I would like to commend the reception team for their excellent service. In particular, the gentleman who assisted me with my check-in was exceptionally professional and welcomin. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression and certainly deserves recognition. Despite the concerns mentioned above, I continue to appreciate the Hyatt Regency and the overall experience it offers.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We initially stayed in a room overlooking Dubai Creek, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, and we genuinely had a great night’s sleep.

The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to thank Khadija at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

After our first night, the hotel contacted us and explained that they needed to vacate our floor due to an operational matter. They handled the situation professionally by upgrading us to a much larger room at no additional cost. The new room was significantly more spacious, although it overlooked the city rather than the creek.

There was some noise from pool maintenance work on Saturday morning, but the hotel was quiet again on Sunday. We appreciated the upgrade and the way the team handled the room change.

One of the things that impressed me most was the speed of the service. Every request we made was handled very quickly, making this one of the fastest hotels I have experienced in terms of guest service and responsiveness.

The lobby is elegant, the location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Valet parking was not available during our stay, and a few of the hotel’s restaurants were also closed.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again. The Hyatt group has always been reliable in my experience. I have stayed at several Hyatt properties both inside and outside the UAE, and they have consistently maintained a very good standard.
