Stayed at Hyatt Shanghai Wujiaochang with my family and had a very pleasant experience. Maria was very attentive and took the initiative to help confirm our extra-bed request, which was handled smoothly. The hotel is located right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The pool is heated, which is great for families, and the kids really enjoyed it. The room was clean and quiet, and overall management felt solid. I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, and the service at Hyatt Wujiaochang has been consistently reliable. Definitely recommended, and we’ll stay again.

带家人入住上海五角场凯悦，整体体验相当不错。Maria的服务很细心，入住时主动协助确认加床需求，处理得非常顺畅。酒店楼下就是商场，吃饭、逛街都很方便。泳池为温水设计，对家庭旅客很友好，小朋友也玩得很开心。房间整洁、安静，整体管理到位。平常常到处飞、住过不少酒店，五角场凯悦的服务算是稳定又让人放心。值得推荐，也会再回住。

가족과 함께 상하이 우자오창 하얏트에 숙박했는데 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. Maria 님이 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 추가 침대 요청도 문제없이 잘 처리해 주셨습니다. 호텔 바로 아래가 쇼핑몰이라 식사나 쇼핑이 매우 편리했습니다. 수영장은 온수라 가족 여행객에게 특히 좋았고, 아이들도 즐겁게 놀았습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 조용했으며 전체적인 관리도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 평소 비행이 잦아 여러 호텔을 이용해 왔지만, 우자오창 하얏트의 서비스는 항상 안정적이고 믿을 만합니다. 추천할 만한 호텔이며 다음에도 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

My business trip experience at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give it a five-star review! As a frequent business traveler, I highly value efficiency and comfort, and this hotel perfectly delivers on both.

I especially want to commend the front desk team! They greeted me with constant smiles during check-in, actively helped me with my luggage, and processed my information and procedures efficiently and smoothly. They also thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities, nearby transportation, and business services. To my delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was much more spacious than expected, with a clean and elegant modern minimalist decor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of Far Scenery Lake, allowing me to relax my mind whenever I felt tired from work. The room amenities were complete, and the high-speed WiFi and comfortable working area perfectly met my business needs, significantly boosting my work efficiency after settling in.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Jiading business district, making commutes to meetings incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are also very well-developed. From the warm service at the front desk to the unexpected room upgrade, it added a sense of belonging to my busy business trip. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to Jiading, and I've already recommended it to my colleagues. It truly deserves a five-star recommendation!

Great location, very convenient for Wanda Plaza, and the surrounding views are also lovely. Alice at the front desk was particularly friendly and welcoming. Her smile was sweet, and she noticed my baby had come downstairs without shoes, so she thoughtfully offered a pair of disposable slippers for children. Such a sweet and caring gesture! 🫰 Overall, our experience was comfortable.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1) The lobby air conditioning was too warm 🥵. For an international 5-star hotel, this sort of hardware issue is quite unexpected and should be addressed.
2) Collecting food deliveries was quite inconvenient. I suggest implementing a system where robots can deliver food to guests' rooms, which would greatly enhance guest convenience and also help reduce elevator usage, as the hotel only has four elevators.
3) The extra bed fee of 233 RMB per night felt a bit too expensive 😂, especially when considering your overall room rates.

The room was spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. We had a fantastic view of the Twin Towers, and the night view was absolutely stunning! The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Getting to the airport and shopping malls was quick and easy thanks to the convenient transportation, and being right next to Global Harbor Mall was a huge plus! We had a great experience overall!

This hotel is huge, spread across several buildings. On the first night, it took me quite a while to walk to the Executive Lounge. The hotel has excellent greenery, and all the facilities are well-maintained, plus there are large lawns. You can spend a long time just wandering around the hotel during the day. The happy hour at the Guest Pavilion was quite substantial, enough to fill you up, and the mini wontons and tofu pudding for breakfast were both good. The room's balcony was absolutely fantastic, with great views and a large rocking chair. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of vegetables, saying they were grown by local farmers, which was a very thoughtful touch.

If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be that my booking confirmation stated the daytime Guest Pavilion benefits started at 10 AM, but the hotel's notice board said 11 AM. It would be better if this information was consistent.

Very nice hotel with modern facilities and a great views of the lake. It is convenient to the airport and great for someone who doesn't want the crowded feel of the city center. Plenty of places to eat not far from the hotel and it will only get better with many new places being built around.

The hotel’s location was excellent, the facilities were great, the service was outstanding, and the room was cozy and comfortable. Overall, everything was very good.
The only thing I wished for was a better breakfast selection. Considering it is a five-star hotel, the variety of food was a bit limited, which was slightly disappointing. Other than that, everything was great. Special thanks to Sandy, Nikki, Kuaola, restaurant waiters & waitress as well as the valet parking staff for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. I truly appreciate it.

The overall experience at Hyatt Regency was satisfactory; however, it fell short of expectations when compared to previous stays at similar properties worldwide.  Having stayed at multiple similar properties across the globe, this visit felt comparatively underwhelming. In particular, the room size was noticeably smaller than anticipated, and while the staff were courteous, the level of hospitality did not match what had been experienced in the past.

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials.  With family the apartment are a really good choice .

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Great location and room. It is wise to choice here. Near Blackfriar and City Thames Link station. and there is a Tesco near by. You gonna love it. We need vacuum to store our clothes，they happy to help！

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.
