The room is very spacious, and the overall environment is excellent. The service attitude is superb, especially Front Desk Assistant Xiao Lin, who was very enthusiastic and kind. The only downsides are that the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioner in our room was leaking, but Xiao Lin was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change. However, the new room was quite noisy due to its proximity to the road and ongoing subway construction. The room had large windows. The breakfast leaned towards Western style; it wouldn't be worth it if paid for separately, especially compared to the excellent dim sum (Cantonese morning tea) readily available throughout Guangzhou. The hotel's garden environment is lovely. I would stay here again.

I usually come here for work meetings, so it's always a rush. This time, I specifically brought my child on a Saturday for pure relaxation, focusing on a slow-paced, chill vacation. We happened to arrive during a typhoon, and the cool mountain breeze from Baiyun Mountain outside the window completely set the mood.

The hotel environment is serene and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are well-lit and spacious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I must especially commend all the staff for their gentle and heartwarming service:

During check-in, front desk staff Yao Sheng and Liu Zhaohan were patient and meticulous, communicating in a gentle and thoughtful manner. They even proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a huge surprise! Duty managers Xiao Wang and Liu Weilun, and front desk staff Xiao Wu, were hospitable throughout our stay, promptly responding to any requests. Their sincere and polite demeanor made us feel completely at home.

We spent the typhoon day relaxing and strolling around the hotel, clearing our minds. The mountain breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring our rest was undisturbed. The comprehensive facilities, including the pool and sports venues, were perfect for a relaxing time with the kids.

I've always appreciated the hotel's hardware and location, but this leisure stay truly impressed me with its meticulous service. It's suitable for both business trips and family relaxation. It has now become our top choice for short family getaways, and we'll definitely be back!

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and bright. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were professional, efficient, and responsive. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around. The in-room Wi-Fi was stable, so my work wasn't interrupted. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the value for money is considerable. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again for future business trips. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, stayed 7 nights this time. There was construction going on the whole time I was here. Overall stay was not bad. I often ordered food and coffee via *******. Sometimes my orders will be delivered to my room using a delivery robot. But other times my orders will sit near the front door. Not sure why.. The hotel also received taobao packages for me as long as I have checked in. They unfortunately will not accept packages before check in. My room this time was on the 19th floor, which is where the laundry room is. Staffs helped moving my laundry to the dryer then folded them, which is very nice.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the hot spring town. It has both above-ground and underground parking, but you have to go to the front desk to scan a QR code every time you leave, which I hope they improve. The room has a private hot tub, which is nice, and the room size is decent. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop, where the public hot springs are also located. The kids' club on the first floor has a ball pit, climbing wall, building block area, and sandpit. The hot spring town also boasts the most beautiful McDonald's, and there are many local farm restaurants nearby. It's a great place to go into the forest and breathe some fresh air!

Love, love, love it! For this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing! Every single staff member was wonderful. Right from when I got out of the car, the strap of my bag broke, and it was full of stuff. Immediately, a bellboy came over to help me carry it to the front desk in the lobby. Then, they upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast, and even a free drink at the lobby bar in the evening. The staff at the gym, both the handsome men and beautiful women, were also very friendly and attentive. The downstairs area is very spacious and great for a stroll. Even though I wasn't traveling with kids, I feel like this hotel is perfect for families with children. The room even had baby slippers and toothbrushes, and downstairs is practically a kids' paradise. The only minor downsides were that the pool water was quite dirty, and you could clearly feel sand at the bottom. Also, breakfast was incredibly crowded; I walked around for ages and couldn't find a seat. When I went to get food, it was so packed that I just grabbed a few items and left.

When checking in, the front desk asked for copies of my ID and flight tickets, saying I couldn't check in without them. Later, they said it was a mistake and that my check-in was a waste of time. The bathroom was a bit small, with a button to turn off the lights. The air conditioner was wall-mounted, not central. The breakfast room had no sign. The breakfast was between 7 and 10 AM, but I arrived before 8 AM and found many items empty and unrestocked. I waited for half a day for the fruit, but it wasn't replenished. I had to leave because I was pressed for time. The service level needs improvement.

This hotel has great surroundings and facilities, but it's let down by the details, and the management is consistently disappointing. I booked a room with a private hot tub specifically for a relaxing hot spring trip. On the first night, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough (staying below 34°C). I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to fix it (which took an hour). By then, it was quite late, so I didn't get to soak for long. I thought it would be fine the next morning, and I could have a good soak after breakfast, but to my surprise, even after running the hot water for half an hour, it still hadn't reached 30°C. So, I called the front desk twice more to report the issue (it's worth noting that the phone in the room was completely useless, so I had to use my own cell phone for all communications). And guess what? The engineer didn't arrive for another hour, by which point I had completely lost interest. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had in all my years of using Trip.com.

The hotel of choice for business trips to Yingde, with large rooms and very enthusiastic and proactive staff! There are welcome fruits 🍊 and evening desserts, just right for replenishing the stomach after drinking. Especially the staff Ms. Huang Wenxia and the manager on duty, they were very considerate and made us feel really at home! The night view outside the hotel is also beautiful. Hope to continue the good service!
