Overall, the hotel is quite good. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the housekeeping staff are very polite and accommodating. The front desk service is also good; they even proactively helped with the QR code parking. The breakfast area is a bit small, with only noodles and no wontons. It's very convenient to get to Nanyuan and Tianjing Lake, both within walking distance! Ms. Tender Liu provided excellent service and communicated very well! However, the hotel's breakfast needs improvement. Some of the apples provided were moldy, and the service staff seemed a bit rigid. There was also something strange: on my first day, there were egg rolls, but on the second day, there weren't. Why is that?

The hotel is located in the city center, with a pleasant surrounding environment suitable for leisure and sightseeing. The overall service was warm and attentive. Sabrina was proactive and provided meticulous service, including the personalized service of providing a crib. The room cleanliness was also excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its high cost-performance ratio.

The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers planning day trips, as it is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly during the first two days of our stay. We were given a fan and informed that the hotel was already aware of the issue because other guests had reported it as well. Although we were told the problem would be fixed, we did not notice much improvement.

Initially, we assumed the unusually hot weather in Europe was the cause. However, after staying in hotels in two other countries, we realized the problem was specific to this property. The hotel appears to be showing its age, and some facilities could benefit from refurbishment.

Overall, the convenient location and excellent staff were definite highlights, but the malfunctioning air conditioning had a significant impact on our experience. Since we usually returned to the hotel exhausted after long days of sightseeing, we were looking forward to resting comfortably. Unfortunately, the temperature in the room remained uncomfortably warm, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel environment is great, and it's super close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk. The hotel signage inside the airport was a huge help, especially since I initially walked in the wrong direction! The breakfast was also good; as a Chinese person, I found plenty of things I could eat, which hasn't been the case at some other hotels. I also needed to extend my check-out until 3 PM due to personal matters, and the front desk was very accommodating, for which I'm truly grateful!
