Clean and hygienic with excellent service. The staff are all very humble and easy to talk to. Most importantly, the twin room was incredibly spacious, which is amazing value for money in Hong Kong at this price point and quality! The hotel's location is also superb and very convenient. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to the high-speed rail station, and downstairs you'll find plenty of shops and food options. It's also close to the Star Ferry Terminal, and there's Wi-Fi.

I booked this hotel for a concert. There were some issues initially, and I tried to cancel but couldn't, so I had to go through with it. Luckily, I got a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. However, the noise outside my door early the next morning was excessive. I called the front desk, but no one answered until I checked out. Also, I didn't even get to use the hotel's shuttle.

Considering the price, I think Metropark Hotel Mongkok is quite good value for money. In Hong Kong, unless you're paying over a thousand per night, rooms are generally small, and they really make the most of every inch of space. This room managed to fit in a private bathroom, a dressing table, a small coffee table, and even a luggage rack. Staying for an extended period might feel a bit cramped, but it's perfectly fine for a night's sleep after a day of city walking.

The shower was great with strong water pressure, and the room was generally clean. In the lobby on the ground floor, they offer complimentary lemon tea, black tea, and Nescafe milk tea – the milk tea is rich and quite good! Just a heads-up, the hotel rooms don't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries (there's a small bar of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but no toothpaste, toothbrush, or shower cap), so remember to bring your own!

Within a 1km walk, you can find several highly-rated *cha chaan tengs* (Hong Kong-style cafes) that are all pretty tasty. Prince Edward Station is only a 2-3 minute walk away, or you can walk 5-6 minutes to the pedestrian overpass near Mongkok Station, which is a fantastic spot for photos!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The front desk of the hotel, Xiao Wang and Xiao Xu, are very enthusiastic about the service. The room service is very fast. The overall feeling of the hotel is very good. The environment is clean and tidy. I will stay here next time on business trip! !

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲

The hotel is super convenient, surrounded by lots of parks like People's Park, Honghu Park, and East Lake Park. In about half a month, the lotus flowers in Honghu Park will be blooming, so I can definitely go check them out then, and maybe book this hotel again – it's really great. The front desk arranged a room for me on the 9th floor, which I was very happy with, and I had a comfortable stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm visiting Laojie.
