This time, I traveled with my whole family, including seniors and children, and choosing this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was perfect, and I must write a thorough review to recommend it to everyone. First, let's talk about the room. We booked a family suite, which was incredibly spacious with excellent natural light. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view, and I could see the garden scenery below from the bed. The layout was well-designed, allowing adults to rest and children to play without disturbing each other. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and there were two types of pillows, instantly relieving travel fatigue and making it especially comforting for the seniors. The cleanliness was truly impeccable; there was no odor when we entered, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff tidied up daily, proactively replenishing toiletries and drinking water. The attention to detail was exceptional. The facilities were very comprehensive: the WiFi was fast and reliable, and there was a good selection of TV channels. The hotel also had a children's play area, a relaxing tea lounge, and convenient laundry facilities for clothes after outings. The hotel environment was serene and elegant, with the courtyard full of lush greenery and flowers. The pathways were clean and tidy, and the common areas were always being cleaned. The lobby fragrance was soft and not overpowering, and the parking area was spacious and ample. The most impressive aspect was the service from all staff members. The front desk efficiently handled check-in, and the staff actively helped with luggage, thoughtfully recommending local attractions and characteristic restaurants. When our child wanted warm water or the seniors needed an extra pillow, a quick call to the front desk had them delivered to the room in no time. Any request was met with a swift response; the service was gentle and appropriate, never overly intrusive yet attentive everywhere. This hotel is suitable for both family vacations and trips with children. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended!

Our company stayed here for our team-building event last week in Anji, and we had a great experience. I immediately decided to bring my family back for a weekend getaway to enjoy Anji's beautiful mountains and rivers. The room was clean and tidy, with no musty smell. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Liang, noticed I had a child with me and kindly upgraded our room to one with a large balcony. Our concierge, Ms. Yuan, was incredibly thoughtful, carefully explaining all the hotel's policies and amenities. When the kids upstairs were a bit noisy at night, she promptly intervened and communicated effectively, ensuring we got a good night's sleep. The hotel has safe hiking trails with steps, where we enjoyed the breeze, bamboo forests, and tea plantations. We also tried boating on the nearby Zhuxian Lake. Master Huang's boating skills were excellent, and he was very friendly and engaging, especially with the children. Anji is definitely a place worth visiting five or six times, and I'll certainly stay here again! After all, the orange cat manager is always watching over the place~

Honestly, I rarely write reviews these days, but my experience at Junlan this time definitely warrants an objective one.

Pros: The hotel is new, so the facilities are naturally excellent. We booked a duplex suite, perfect for a multi-generational trip, and the space was generous. Having a hot tub on both the upper and lower floors was a delightful surprise. The shower water pressure was good, and smart toilets were installed. The hotel's location, nestled by mountains and water, offers a small stream where you can wade (but be mindful of safety). The outdoor pool, accessible through the hot spring area, isn't huge, but the bubble show kept the kids entertained, and there were floaties available for rent. The hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic, and my child had a blast all afternoon. Furthermore, I found the food at Taoyuan Bistro quite delicious, with standard hotel pricing and good portion sizes, despite the lower ratings on Dianping.

Cons: In terms of facilities, there were no children's bathrobes. The toilet flush was quite loud, clearly audible on both floors. The air conditioning was noisy; even on the lowest fan speed, it was quite strong, and the auto-fan never seemed to reach the set temperature and turn off, which was a bit annoying. Especially at night, it was a dilemma whether to keep it on or off, and it successfully gave me a cold. Regarding service, both the front desk and butler service were disappointing. We were told check-in was at 2 PM, but after asking three times, it was delayed until 2:45 PM, with the explanation that the cleaning information hadn't been updated in the system. My 70-year-old parents had to wait with us throughout this. The butler's service was merely a symbolic pre-check-in call to ask about our needs, informing us that the hot springs and children's play area cost money, but then eventually saying hot spring tickets could be gifted (what was the point? To show the hotel's generosity?). After adding WeChat, if you didn't ask, no service information was provided, making me question the purpose of having a butler at all. At check-out, I noticed other guests checking out at the same time were given complimentary bread, but we were just told we could leave. Only when I inquired about the bread did they say they'd forgotten. In short, there was no good start and no good end. I'm glad we only booked one night.

In conclusion, a hotel can't make money just by being new; without good service, you won't get repeat customers.

I stayed here with my child during the Qingming Festival holiday. The hardware facilities were okay, but I felt the hotel wasn't equipped to handle the holiday crowds.

Let's start with the dining. Breakfast was chaotic due to the sheer number of people. While large crowds are understandable, couldn't they have someone seating guests? Instead, everyone was left to fend for themselves to find a table, like squeezing onto a subway. On the first day, there weren't even enough cups; I wanted to get a coffee and some milk for my child, but all the cups were gone, and the kitchen couldn't wash them fast enough.

For dinner, if I recall correctly, the hotel only has one à la carte restaurant. Again, it was packed, and the wait was endless. When I asked a staff member how long the wait would be or if we could order takeout to our room, the reply was 'I don't know, not sure.' The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate – just villages and open fields, with no decent takeout options. We ended up at the hotel's noodle shop, but all the noodles we wanted were sold out, so we had to settle for whatever was available. It was a very disappointing experience.

The Super Wings theme park within the hotel is operated by a third party. The ticket price is 288 for one adult and one child for the whole day, which isn't cheap, even compared to parks in the city. In the park's restrooms, the toilets and the floor around them were covered in unknown liquids, making it impossible to step anywhere. There were too few stalls and no family restrooms. I even saw a mother take her son to pee in a trash can by the sink in the women's restroom because he couldn't wait, splattering urine everywhere, and still, no one came to clean it up.

On the first night of our stay, when I brought my child back from the park to shower, it was around 9:30-10:00 PM, peak time for water usage. There was hardly any hot water; even turned to max, it was only slightly warmer than skin temperature. The second night was much better. Regarding room cleaning, the towels weren't replaced; they just refolded the used ones and put them back. I've never encountered this at other hotels before.

I had an unpleasant stay and won't be returning.

This is my second stay. The last time was two years ago, shortly after the hotel opened. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service has been greatly improved. Although the hotel is small, it is obvious that the staff are well-trained, the housekeeper Ren Jie is very enthusiastic, and the room is cleaned very well. In the evening, when we took a walk, the security guard at the Vernon basement next door took the initiative to greet us. Vanke's property management seems to be reliable. However, the gardening maintenance and lawn maintenance of the Monet Garden, which was once a popular place on the Internet, are much worse than before. This is understandable. After all, the real estate market is sluggish. Vanke lost tens of billions last year and it is impossible to continue to invest large amounts of gardening maintenance in old projects.

Absolutely loved the Junlan hotel in the ancient town! The decor is incredibly stylish and blends perfectly with the town's atmosphere. From the moment we came up from the underground parking, we could feel the hotel's unique vibe. I really enjoyed the overall design; every corner was picture-perfect. We booked a room with a courtyard, and it was so comfortable. Even though the courtyard walls were high, providing great privacy, it didn't block the sunlight at all, and the kids had a fantastic time playing there! This was definitely the highlight of our Jimo trip.

Excellent! The environment is beautiful, a perfect stay experience. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. A great value choice, this hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including a gym and swimming pool, which allowed me to fully relax during my leisure time. In terms of service, the receptionists, Xiao Chen and Xiao Zhe, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome.
