Overall, it was pretty good, offering good value for money. The room was spacious, and although breakfast was simple, the hot dry noodles were quite flavorful. The hotel is close to the river and Yellow Crane Tower, so you can enjoy the night view of the tower during an evening stroll. However, the male staff member who answered the phone at the front desk had a very arrogant and condescending tone. While he was quick to resolve issues, it was an unpleasant experience to listen to him. I'm not sure if he's an intern or new staff, but as a young person, I'm not sure how to accurately rate him. Untrained staff can be a company's biggest cost. I hope things improve.

The Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe's Chen Lijun and Li Yunxiao came to Wuhan for a tour. The hotel has convenient transportation, 4 kilometers away from Hankou Central Business District, 10 minutes away from Qintai Grand Theater, and 10 minutes away from Vanke. The environment is quiet, the service is thoughtful, and the hotel is clean and sanitary. They helped to upgrade the room for free.

When I checked out, I left the original charger in the room. I said I was from another city and had returned home. The front desk asked me for my address and said they could send it directly to me. They were very helpful. The location was also easy to find. I saw the sign when I got off the subway and walked into Liantou Plaza.

The elevator went directly to the fifth floor to the shopping mall. There was food for eating, shopping was convenient, and the efficiency was high. It was done without waiting for a few minutes.

The room is more spacious than expected, the decoration is simple and modern, and it looks clean and comfortable. The bedding is very skin-friendly, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, and I slept for one night to relieve fatigue. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water comes quickly, the water pressure is enough, the smell of toiletries is very fresh, and the details can feel the intention.

Surrounded by attractions such as Jiuzhen Mountain and Huabohui, there are many choices for playing. The hotel's gym is spacious and bright, with plenty of equipment and a laundry room. The breakfast is rich and delicious, including a variety of local specialties, which is endless. I need to print documents temporarily, the hotel staff will help quickly, and the free efficiency is super high.
