The room was great, very spacious, and even came with a welcome gift. The service was enthusiastic, and the view from the window was also nice. The disposable items and toiletries were all good quality. The only issue was that the smart controls were a bit unresponsive; I couldn't turn off the lights at night.

The hotel is located right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which is super central and convenient for getting around. There are tons of places to eat downstairs, and if you get hungry at night, you can easily order takeout. The hotel itself is very new and the environment is great. I used the self-service laundry and gym at night, and all the facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and they even gave me a free children's breakfast – much appreciated!

Very close to Optics Valley Convention & Exhibition Center, just across the street. The room was quite spacious and offered good value for money with complete facilities. The front desk service was friendly, and overall, I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. The hotel's location is convenient, close to my workplace, saving me a lot of commute time.

The check-in and check-out process with GYM at the front desk was simple and efficient, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. The room hygiene was excellent, the room was spacious, and the lighting was soft, making it suitable for both working and resting. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The in-room internet was stable, perfect for both work and streaming videos.

The room facilities were complete, and the hot water and air conditioning worked very well. The housekeeping staff was diligent, and the room was clean down to the details. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it ideal for business trips. If I come back for business in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to other business travelers.

Choosing this hotel for Xu Liang's concert was absolutely the right decision! When we checked in, Xiao Fan at the front desk was incredibly friendly. After hearing we were fans specifically here for Xu Liang's concert, she immediately handed us special cheering gifts prepared by the hotel. Any issues we had during our stay, Xiao Fan responded instantly – it felt like walking on air, you know? This isn't just a regular hotel; it's a dedicated happy hub for Xu Liang's fans! Five stars all the way, and I'll definitely be back for his next tour!

Another thing: after breakfast, I came back to the room to find it tidied up again. The trash was cleared, my belongings were neatly arranged, and the bed was made. This was incredibly comforting. It's rare for a hotel to clean the room before check-out, which shows great thoughtfulness. The night before, when I returned to the hotel, someone had also come by in the evening to tidy up and even drew the curtains. Excellent!

The location is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Guangzhou South Station, just past two intersections, making it easy to find. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and check-in was quick and courteous. The room offers great high-rise views and is equipped with a Dyson hairdryer. It's very quiet, and there's a commercial area accessible via an underpass. There's a mini-bar and nuts available. Breakfast covers both Chinese and Western options, with a noodle station for freshly cooked dishes. Overall, highly recommended ✔
