I got a free room upgrade and could see the Oriental Pearl Tower from my room.

**Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was available. The hairdryer was excellent and dried my hair quickly. The in-room lighting was convenient with a master control switch. Instructions for all facilities were clear and easy to use. Hotel guides and in-room dining menus were all readily available. The bathtub was solid and not flimsy. The body lotion was smooth, easy to apply, and effective. The toiletries were also good and didn't leave a slippery residue. The bathroom was spacious enough for a comfortable shower. The shower cap, slippers, and facial soap were all of good quality.

**Cleanliness:** Spotless.

**Environment:** The hotel is located within walking distance of tourist attractions. The lobby is on the L floor, and the public spaces are wide, pleasant, and relaxing. The room had plenty of mirrors, including a full-length mirror right by the entrance. The furniture was made of retro dark wood, complemented by warm lighting and uniquely designed lamps, likely reflecting the popular decor style of its time. The furniture appeared solid and well-built. The wardrobe offered ample space with a good variety and number of hangers. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Although the living space showed signs of age, it was spacious, clean, and cozy.

**Breakfast:** The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering everything one could want. On that day, they had steamed chicken feet, local delicacies like crab shell pastry, and other international dishes. The fruit selection included bananas and apples. For yogurt, there was plain yogurt and regular flavored packaged yogurts. Both hot and cold cereals were available.

**Service:** They gave me local specialty bookmarks and butterfly pastries. Requests were attended to promptly. Parking cost 20 yuan per entry. The parking area wasn't spacious, but there was someone on duty 24 hours a day to watch over and help move cars, which was very reassuring.

I arrived late due to my flight and booked last minute. Even though there weren't any king beds left and I was feeling quite hot (perhaps it was my own internal heat 😂), the hotel staff quickly arranged a fan for my room and had the kitchen send up ice and water. It was incredibly thoughtful! Plus, the Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel is so convenient; being right above Metro Line 2 makes getting to Hongqiao and Pudong airports super easy. And with the mall right there, food and drinks are all sorted! 👍

Two moms traveling with kids here. We were together, but not assigned to the same floor. I was on the 7th floor and my friend on the 8th. Both were low floors with absolutely no view. It was also really inconvenient that the room key only allowed access to our own floor. Then, the light switch in my room was one-way. On the first day, they said they'd arrange a room change for me, but it was fully booked, so they said they'd do it the next day. I figured changing rooms would be a hassle, so I didn't follow up with the front desk, but they never called to check either. My room was also right next to an outdoor air conditioning unit, which was very noisy. All in all, not a very satisfying experience.

Why do I always get assigned the room at the very end of the hall? This is not the first time I've stayed in this particular room, and it's always so cold that I need to use a heater – a first for a hotel stay! I do love your breakfast; it's very extensive, and even with a lot of people, everything is well-organized. The gym and pool are excellent and clean too.

The front desk lady was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. In the evenings, there was live music in the lobby, performed by foreigners, which was very pleasant to listen to. On the third floor, there's a swimming pool and a gym, and the kids really enjoyed themselves there.

Everything about this hotel was great, especially the service. The staff were perfectly placed; just a wave in the lobby and someone would immediately come to assist. The breakfast was thoughtfully arranged with a private booth, and the manager was very kind, even helping to lift the curtain for us. We were traveling with family for the May Day holiday and forgot our razor and toothbrushes. They proactively provided toiletries, which were quite good, especially the razor – it was really sharp, unlike the dull ones at some other hotels. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would have been even happier if breakfast had been complimentary, as my child didn't eat much anyway.

The location in Flushing is super convenient for food. The room size felt a bit small, but everything else was fine, which is pretty standard for hotels in NYC. There's no more valet parking, so you have to park your own car now.

The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and understanding. She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever.

It's a good price-performance hotel. I like it very much. The location is convenient, fast, safe, and the experience is very good. The service staff is very nice. In short, it's a hotel that I would like to come back to live in again

I booked this hotel because of a last-minute need, and it was quite good. It's quiet despite being in a busy area, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete. They even gave me a 25 RMB breakfast voucher. The free luggage storage service was also excellent.

As a Marriott member, the hotel provides free breakfast and free drinks every morning. The breakfast is average but free, nothing to complain about. The hotel is in a good location and is within walking distance of the Empire State Building. It is worth mentioning that when we checked out, we had to go to LGA LaGuardia Airport. The car the hotel helped us call was big and new, the driver was very nice, and the price was not more expensive than taking Lyft. Thank you very much

This hotel is located on Wangfujing Street, within walking distance of the Forbidden City, and just two bus stops from Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The executive lounge was a lifesaver, providing two meals a day and afternoon tea for the elderly and children, saving us the hassle of planning where to eat. The swimming pool was the biggest surprise—it has both a regular pool and a heated children's pool. After swimming, you can even use the sauna in the changing area before heading back to your room feeling refreshed. The service was generally good. The only downside is that the executive lounge is a bit small and the food selection is limited, so I'd recommend having breakfast downstairs. We'll definitely be back, highly recommend!

The Renaissance Beijing Capital is ideally located in the heart of the Guomao CBD, offering convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with expansive views of the city skyline, providing a quiet and comfortable living environment. The hotel boasts a simple yet grand decor, attentive and thoughtful service, and its prime location makes it incredibly convenient for leisure, travel, or business. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

So lucky! Since I arrived quite late, the Executive King Room I originally booked was unavailable, and they upgraded me to the Presidential Suite instead. It's originally 48,000 a night – ridiculously huge, and honestly, a bit of a waste for just one person, haha! But overall, it was a fantastic experience. Perfect for couples looking to celebrate an anniversary. There's a massive living room plus a side lounge, making it great for a girls' birthday party or something similar. It even has a kitchen and a private bar in the side lounge, as you can see in the pictures.
