The hotel is decent. There's a shuttle to the beach and Bali Collection, or it's a 15-minute walk. The beach is excellent, and there's a large supermarket and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed everything. The breakfast, however, was definitely a weak point. Seriously. We've stayed in Bali many times, and this is the first time we've encountered such a poor breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, and the lobby area is large and beautiful.

Best Value for money. They voluntarily upgraded my room. The staffs are super kind. Location is good too.

The Kayana is an oasis nested in the bustling part of Seminyak. 
The environment inside is a whole other world - rustic and traditional, it definitely fits the foreigners expectation and imagination of Balinese culture. Unfortunately, there is a bar playing EDM nearby and in the still of the night, we can faintly hear it. This turns out to be a minus point for what we had hope for - a truly quiet villa. However, the villa folks can hardly be blamed for this - nothing much they can do when your neighbour is like that. Nevertheless, our sleep wasn’t disturbed by the music (if you can call it that). Everything is clean but aged, so it really depends on your level of acceptance. The staffs are marvellous. From front desk to gardening crew, each and every one of them smiling and courteous. Their service and kindness gave The Kayana branding the biggest plus.

There are plenty of activities to do at the hotel, and you won’t feel bored staying at the hotel all day! The staff greets with a smile and remembers every guest, the hotel breakfast is delicious! Will come again if I have the chance!

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety, combining Indonesian traditional options with Western choices. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money, located near Chinatown, making it convenient for dining and drinks.

A very clean hotel located near the airport. I stayed here to escape the hustle and bustle of Palembang, and it was great! The breakfast was delicious, mainly Indonesian food. I also had dinner, and everything was tasty! Most importantly, they had beer, which was a huge plus! The hotel had a lot of families, so I wasn't really able to relax by the pool. The room was very spacious!
