I had a fantastic stay at Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern comforts like a kitchenette, washing machine, and great views over the city and Benjakitti Park. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the BTS and MRT stations, making it easy to explore Bangkok and get around to places like Terminal 21 and local attractions.

The facilities were a real highlight too — the gym was large and well-equipped, and the pool was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. Breakfast and the on-site dining options were really good, and the value for money was impressive considering the quality of service and amenities.

Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you want comfortable, convenient accommodation with great service in Bangkok.

Shama Yen Akat is my absolute go-to hotel in Bangkok. I highly recommend it, especially for travelers who need to get a bit of work done each day. If you’re booking, I suggest requesting a corner room on a high floor. The city views are beautiful, and during the winter months, you can open the balcony door to enjoy the breeze in the morning and evening. My daily ritual is waking up with a cup of coffee as the sun rises, then using those early hours to make calls to the US, catch up on emails, and get some writing done. While the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is yummy, I usually order in via Grab. I always make sure to head down and say hello to my favorite staff members, Mink, Bank, or Yu, they are wonderful! The location is great because you’re only a 15–20 minute Grab ride away from the major tourist spots. However, if you’re over the traffic and crowds, the neighborhood right around the hotel has a Starbucks and several nice restaurants. The 3rd-floor pool and gym are also big draws; they’re popular but never feel overcrowded or rowdy. As a solo traveler, I always feel safe here. The hotel tends to attract a mature, well-traveled crowd. And for the dog lovers: this is definitely your spot! It’s a very pet-friendly establishment, and it seems like at least a quarter of the guests bring their dogs along.

Location is good, but very very noisy at night time, disturbing sleep. 
Staff is friendly. Ms Panadda at the Front desk is helpful. I stayed at the same hotel 12 years ago and everything is the same, not much change.

Overall it's good, just the location is a bit far from the public transport. I still highly recommend for family visiting Bangkok Hospital, it's just a few minutes walk from the hospital, next to a mall and also close to a good coffee shop. However, please don't expect nearby public transport like BTS or MRT.

My child was participating in a competition organized by Zhejiang University, so I came to visit. The room we were given was very comfortable, and it's super close to the subway station, which made getting around really convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong.
The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient.
The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall
They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

Second stay for this hotel this year.
Tip: If you prefer a quieter stay, do avoid the rooms with City View.
A guest keeper entered my room without much warning 15 minutes after I checked in and entered my room, not sure why this happened.
Overall still a decent 1-night stay given the price point.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Sharma Central Hollywood Road Serviced Apartments. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Central, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants, shops and public transportation facilities. The serviced apartments are fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the decoration is modern and comfortable. The room was kept clean and tidy every day throughout our stay which was a real plus.

The front desk service is very professional and enthusiastic. Whether it is check-in or inquiring about surrounding information, the staff can patiently answer and provide help. In terms of facilities, the gym is equipped with advanced equipment so that people can maintain their exercise habits. The privacy and safety of the guests are also highly valued, making the entire stay feel reassuring.

Overall, Sharma Central Hollywood Road Serviced Apartments is a recommended accommodation option. Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, this place can provide you with a comfortable and convenient living environment.
