小林 service at the reception is good. She is friendly and can help. The cafe at the reception is good too. The barista is knowledgeable about coffee. The room sizes are big and comfortable. The only issue is the noise insulation is lacking and you can hear the conversation from the next room.

This has been my go-to hotel for business trips. It's a short walk from Shuiwan subway station, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby, which gives the area a lively, authentic vibe. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, plus a decent amount of space.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.
