The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, so getting around for shopping and dining is a breeze. Our room was spotlessly clean and didn't have any strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept really well. The staff were all very kind and patient, and they responded quickly whenever we needed something. The facilities are also well-maintained. All in all, it offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a short trip.

Good hotel overall. Rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The stay was convenient and pleasant. However, the rooms do not have windows, and the breakfast options are limited. The only issue was the longer waiting time for the lift.

The room was fine for a night. The bed was comfortable. But the smell in the room was not good, not fresh. The air is stale, the room should be ventilated. The toilet door could not be closed entirely. The breakfast buffet was okay, could be better. They didn't have enough cups for coffee in the dining room. They offered glasses instead, which we found unusual. All in all, the hotel is good for a short stay.

Not to mention anything else, this hotel starts from the moment you enter, to breakfast, to the cleaning sister, to the breakfast staff, including the sister who cooks noodles and flour to make sunny eggs. She has to complete four or five tasks by herself. I can still be so warm and gentle, I feel very warm! The service staff are also very good, down to the robots, they are all very, very, very polite. The staff is kind and easy-going, responds promptly to needs, the decoration is minimalist and beautiful, the layout is neat and transparent, the environment is quiet, the shading and sound insulation effect is very good, and the design of the public area is very suitable for punching in and taking pictures. The supporting facilities are perfect, the network speed is smooth, the stay experience is trendy and comfortable, and young people are worth punching in.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
