Excellent Stay as Always!

Skytel is always my first choice in Futian, Shenzhen — especially for its convenient location near Huaqiangbei Electronics Market. I’ve been staying here regularly for the past two years, and every visit feels just as comfortable and pleasant as the first.
From the welcoming reception to the clean and well-maintained rooms, everything about this hotel makes the stay enjoyable and satisfying.

A special thanks to Ms. Anna at the reception — her warm hospitality and continuous support with local information and arrangements always make my stay smoother and more delightful. Truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

Great location right on the Foreigner street opp. The Lanzhou Noodle shop, Peter’s Glasses and adjacent to a fresh fruit shop.
Bed are big and comfortable and rooms have a small bar fridge. There is breakfast in the dining room but it’s basic and nothing to really write home about.

Service is prompt, easy check in, and even easier check out. Always happy to stay here.

Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is relatively comfortable, the price is not expensive, the environment is very good, the front desk Xiao Tan is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. I highly recommend it!

When I plugged in the card at the door, the light in the room kept flashing. It was a loud electric sound. I waited for about a minute and then pulled the card again before the call came. It also flashed for a while before it was fully powered on.

Then the pillow was placed on the chair like this. I called the front desk and she asked me if I was a customer who had just checked in. I said yes. She said the room had been cleaned. If there was any problem, I said I was not sure if you had finished making the pillow. They were all piled on the chair. She said that she would notify the aunt to come and check. In this case, she usually comes immediately. I was afraid that there was something unclear. I took pictures first, opened the door, and stood waiting for the aunt to come. But it didn’t happen until about 2 hours passed. The aunt came. I came and at that time, I had just finished changing my clothes and my aunt knocked on the door. I didn’t open the door immediately. She swiped my card and came in. I was really confused. She didn’t say anything at the time. She said it was too late to put on a pillowcase. I said just put on one. It's a small thing in itself, but the swiping card to enter the door is very poorly done. And shouldn't a hotel as big as yours be trained? Don't give unfinished rooms to guests before it's too late.

I booked for a friend. I heard from a friend that I lived very well. The room facilities and equipment were very new. The bath towels and towels were covered. They were very clean and the waiters were very professional and enthusiastic. There are also many varieties of breakfast, especially fresh and delicious. The museum is near the hotel and the transportation is very convenient.

酒店環境乾淨衞生，設施設備嶄新好用。前台接待員服務特別好，主動給房間做了升級服務，還幫着提行李送進電梯。酒店提供自助洗衣房，24小時開放。樓下停車場很大，免費停車。樓下旁邊就是便利店，酒店後面還有小吃店，特別方便。一次不錯的體驗。推薦來瑞金，這家性價比很高四星酒店是必選！

environment:
The hotel is located in Heyuan City, not far from the museum, about 2 kilometers away. It is very convenient to share electric cars or take a taxi. The hotel environment is very good, spacious and comfortable, equipped with tea, laundry, and buffet breakfast. The overall stay is comfortable

facility:
The hotel upgraded us to a suite. The room is larger and has a leisure area. It is very comfortable. Rest and leisure do not interfere with each other. It is great. It is suitable for families with children. It also has two bathrooms, making it more convenient for families to stay.

breakfast:
I used Ctrip points to redeem the double breakfast benefit. I didn’t expect that children over 1.2 meters would have to buy breakfast. It cost 18 yuan. The experience was not very good. Most hotels offer free breakfast for children under 1.4 meters or under 17 years old. This is the first time I encountered 1.2. The hotel restaurant charges for every meter. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western dishes. It tastes good. The freshly ground coffee is great and the matcha mousse is delicious.

The top recommendation for local hotels, but the experience is average.

🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
Hygiene is acceptable.

🏘️️️Room type/layout:
If you want a non-smoking room, the front desk said that the hotel has all non-smoking rooms, but you smell smoke as soon as you enter the room. After changing rooms, you still see the ashtray, but there is no smoke smell.
