We returned to Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk for part of our honeymoon stay, and it was nothing short of amazing. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were surprised with a romantic setup in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and incredibly comfortable — we genuinely had the best night’s sleep. Sofitel The Obelisk continues to exceed expectations, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time at Sofitel Downtown. The staff were incredible warm and welcoming - the receptionist even surprised us with a room upgrade. It was the perfect gesture after arriving in Dubai after midnight. Even though the main pool was out of service (for good reasons, it’s summer) we were still able to access another pool to cool off. The location is excellent, super close to the air conditioning walkway to Dubai Mall. The hotel itself is luxury! We’re so glad we stay. Thank you so much to the team, especially Nanda who is an absolute superstar. We’ll be back!!!

Great location on JBR2 overlooking JB beach. Rooms were very quiet and bed was huge and really comfortable, must have been the wife snored her head off. Stayed in a Luxury Sea View room overlooking the whole of Jumeriah beach and Dubai wheel.
Excellent choice of food for breakfast , caters for every nationality.
Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. 
Loads of places to eat just outside the hotel along Jumeriah walk and across from beach.
JBR2 Metro station only a 5 min walk from hotel.
Air con was great .
If I stay in Dubai again I wouldn't hesitate staying here it has everything we needed.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The resort is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Palm. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort, making my stay truly relaxing.

The dining options are exceptional, with a wide variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisines from around the world. The breakfast spread was outstanding, full of fresh and high-quality choices. The spa and wellness facilities are world-class, offering a sense of peace and rejuvenation.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service – every staff member was attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Whether by the pool, on the beach, or at the restaurants, the hospitality was flawless.

Sofitel The Palm is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely be returning on my next trip.

We traveled with our 14-year-old child and booked a family connecting room. Each room is relatively independent. The room is decorated simply and tastefully, the faucets are all Grohe, and the bedding is great. The hygiene is very good. The air conditioner is quiet and the temperature is suitable. The front desk and restaurant, including the room cleaning staff, all speak good English and communicate smoothly. Very polite,
The breakfast place is not big, the coffee is delicious, and the croissant Madeline is very delicious. It is a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe, quiet in the hustle and bustle.
Plan to come again in the summer!

It was my first stay in a year, and in an effort to protect the environment, they stopped providing bottled water and removed the water dispenser in the hallway (instead, they installed a water filter in the bathroom tap).
While this is understandable, they didn't replace mugs or cups, and even if they were completely used and left in a conspicuous location, you had to call the front desk to have them replaced.
The location was great, and I liked the room's interior, but it felt like the service had been cut back due to environmental conservation efforts.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

Staying at the Sofitel Shanghai North Bund was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service from our butler Cissy and staff member Alan! Cissy was incredibly professional and meticulous, from confirming our needs in advance to her daily room checks; her attentiveness was constant and she even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake for me, which was such a warm gesture. Alan had a bright and energetic smile, promptly handling our luggage and dining requests. He also shared some popular local hotspots, saving me from getting lost. Their teamwork made our entire stay feel as comfortable as being at home, and the hotel facilities are top-notch! I highly recommend it – definitely give Cissy and Alan a five-star shoutout~

- **Prompt Response**: When I called for an extra pillow at night, it was delivered within 5 minutes.
- **Thoughtful Gestures**: After checking out and storing luggage, the concierge proactively offered bottled water. This is a hotel with excellent service, and I'll definitely return.
