My first time in Florence, and this hotel truly amazed me. It was exactly as I imagined, with a beautiful villa-style design. I personally prefer quiet hotels, and the staff here were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. Even though we don't speak English, they were very patient and communicated with us wonderfully. The dinner was the best and most satisfying meal I've had in any hotel during my European travels, which is saying a lot considering how picky I am about food, especially with a 'Chinese palate.' Breakfast was quite standard, and you need to book dinner in advance (it's not included, by the way). Anyway, it's definitely much better than those popular, 'influencer-recommended' restaurants outside. I stayed during the May Day holiday, and the price was around 1000+ [currency], which I believe was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

This hotel was a very reliable choice for our off-season trip to Florence. I booked it just three days before we left, without much planning, simply searching for 'city center,' and I was thoroughly impressed.

Here's why I recommend it:
1.  **Excellent Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of breads, fruits, hams, and cheeses. I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms – a great way to start the day!
2.  **Great Room**: The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and they even provided slippers and heating. It was truly comfortable!
3.  **Wonderful Service**: The front desk staff were not only handsome but also incredibly helpful. There was even someone dedicated to assisting with luggage.
4.  **Fantastic Location for Food**: Right outside the hotel was my absolute favorite restaurant from the trip, called CIRO…. What made it even better was that it was so close and surprisingly free of Korean tourists, which I loved! Plus, there are a few Chinese restaurants on the same street, which is a bonus if you enjoy Chinese food.
5.  **Minor Drawback (but with a silver lining)**: The only slight downside is that it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It's not too far, but with luggage, navigating the uneven cobblestone streets can be a bit challenging. On the flip side, being further from the station means less noise.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is perfect. Spanning 7 acres, it's both a castle and a manor, with large meadows, hillsides, and a vast olive grove. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but the quality was excellent; they kept replenishing the dishes. The staff were very welcoming. Dinner was even better – the food was superb! The Countess's Room I stayed in was enormous, the bathroom was brand new, and it overlooked the garden. There's a shuttle bus every hour to the Uffizi Gallery bridge or Piazzale Michelangelo, so no worries about ZTL (Zone Number).

Advantages:
1. The environment of the public area is full! The tasteful and design decoration is matched with Christmas decoration, so warm!
2. The luxury area is quiet, and the old bridge is separated from the old bridge to avoid the flow of people and noise, and it is very convenient to go to the other side of the river.
3. The breakfast is very rich and delicious!
4.40 The room is very large, there is a large sofa very practical, the room gives a free bottle of water (3 days to give a bottle), the heating is very powerful.

Disadvantages: The room is too big, the lighting is not bright enough, the bathroom is too cramped compared to the room, and the desktop is not big. The reel paper added turned out to be on the butt washing thing...

I will choose this hotel again if I come back.

We have booked it spontaneously.We were very late in the hotel.Unfortunately the poster could neither speak German nor English, but the lady was very friendly, helpful and very nice on the day service.We were very positively surprised when we were the room entrate.Rooms and bathrooms were very well equipped. Bed was also very comfortable. Our rooms were with terrace ,You can smoke on the terrace. Finally we were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything.

This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

Loved the pool and the winery tour. We had the Florentine steak and the food was amazing. Taxi from the Santa Maria Novella train station was about 50-60euros. Impruneta terracotta village was about 10 minutes walk from the villa and was beautiful. I could’ve easily have spent days and days there.
