My first time in Florence, and this hotel truly amazed me. It was exactly as I imagined, with a beautiful villa-style design. I personally prefer quiet hotels, and the staff here were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. Even though we don't speak English, they were very patient and communicated with us wonderfully. The dinner was the best and most satisfying meal I've had in any hotel during my European travels, which is saying a lot considering how picky I am about food, especially with a 'Chinese palate.' Breakfast was quite standard, and you need to book dinner in advance (it's not included, by the way). Anyway, it's definitely much better than those popular, 'influencer-recommended' restaurants outside. I stayed during the May Day holiday, and the price was around 1000+ [currency], which I believe was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

I'm quite sensitive to 'yin' energy, and I felt something off with my room. I wanted to switch rooms, so I went to the front desk around 2:30 AM, but all the rooms were full. When I got back to my room, I chanted the Great Compassion Mantra, and then I was able to fall asleep. I thought the problem was resolved, but for all four nights, I kept waking up between 2 and 3 AM, or woke up intermittently. Usually, I get a full eight or nine hours of sleep. There's plenty of space to put luggage in the room. The bathroom fan is really noisy; it hums annoyingly as soon as you turn on the light. The hangers in the closet are fixed, which is inconvenient. The shower pressure is quite low. The hairdryer would overheat and stop working, but the staff kindly provided me with another one. The staff are friendly, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. It's very convenient for Chinese food as it's right next to Chinatown.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very diligent and friendly. The hotel garden is huge, and it's really quiet at night, perfect for watching the sunset and stargazing. It's not far from Piazzale Michelangelo to see the sunset, and there's a shuttle bus, but I'd recommend having your own car for a better experience.

The location is great, making it convenient to get around, and it feels relatively safe with many luxury shops nearby. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the service attitude is very good. The windows are older wooden ones that don't seal completely, but it's generally quiet by the river, so it's fine overall.

We have booked it spontaneously. We were very late in the hotel.Unfortunately the poster could neither speak German nor English, but the lady was very friendly, helpful and very nice on the day service. We were very positively surprised when we were the room entrate.Rooms and bathrooms were very well equipped. Bed was also very comfortable. Our rooms were with terrace ,You can smoke on the terrace. Finally we were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything.

This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

This monastery hotel was absolutely the hidden gem of our Italian trip!

It's located near Siena, but only accessible by car or private transfer. We didn't see any other Chinese guests when we checked in that evening, but there were plenty of people around, and even a jazz concert, which created a wonderful atmosphere.

I highly recommend booking the Trip.com Deluxe Suite. My travel companion booked a standard double room, and perhaps because it was a busy night, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was constant noise until midnight, which made it hard to sleep. However, the suite seems to be in a separate, independent area, and we didn't see anyone else staying there that day.

We arrived in the evening and took a leisurely stroll around the monastery, admiring the ancient architecture bathed in the beautiful glow of the sunset. When we returned to our room, the evening sky was at its most vibrant with brilliant colors. Through the window, we were treated to the iconic pastoral scenery of Tuscany.

Although the hotel is a former ancient monastery, it perfectly blends the old with the new, and this is wonderfully evident in the rooms. The furniture has a charming vintage feel, yet the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom is spacious. The most pleasant surprise was the air conditioning – it's not a wall-mounted unit blowing directly at you. Instead, it's like a heater, built into a wooden cabinet by the window, with upward airflow, and the cooling effect was excellent.

The hotel only offers dinner and breakfast. The breakfast room is small and simple, but the quality of the food is very high. I distinctly remember three brightly colored juices: green apple, blood orange, and another ACE mixed fruit juice – all delicious! This was also my first time seeing a machine that makes corn tortillas, and paired with natural honey, it was absolutely divine! All the food was delicious, but the sausages and small round cakes filled with condensed milk were definitely the highlights.

If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the lack of an elevator. If your luggage is too heavy, climbing the stairs can be challenging. However, we asked the front desk for help, and a server from the restaurant came to assist us.

All in all, I highly recommend coming here to experience the true essence of Tuscany!
