The location is very good, it is really next to the convention center, very convenient for business trips, the standard of a fast hotel, convenient living facilities around, very cost-effective, a little far from the subway station, I will definitely choose next time

The room was clean and hygienic, with no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

This stay was very satisfactory, the room size was right, the lighting was very good, the hygiene was very big, I didn't have a smell, the sound insulation effect was also very good, I slept very well at night, the staff service was very good, and I upgraded a room for free to check in. The check-out speed is also very fast, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, the price is very real, it is worth staying, very good, the hotel entrance is free, there is a shared motorcycle next to the parking lot, it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Opposite the hotel is the shopping mall, it is very convenient to order takeaway. The environment is very good and clean. Line 2 subway station is right next to it. There is also breakfast, relatively speaking, there may not be too many types, breakfast is enough. Very recommended

Stayed 5 nights in bedroom.

Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.

Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. 

Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.

Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

• This stay was absolutely amazing! The elegant and sophisticated décor captivated me upon entering the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, checking me in quickly. The room was warm and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding – a feeling of total comfort immediately upon entering. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a constant supply of hot water and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options to suit every taste. The well-equipped gym and swimming pool provided a perfect place to relax and exercise during my trip. This was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely stay here again!

Five-star review! The front desk lady was incredibly attentive and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and she proactively recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. She was always smiling and enthusiastic, ready to answer any questions, and showed genuine care in every detail. The room was clean and tidy, making for an excellent experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room of 123 yuan, the worst time to book a business trip. After sitting down in the toilet, the glass in the bathroom was directly on the face. There is no place for the shower gel in the bathroom, and the gel can be placed on the ground. Thousands of antique bath towels, coated mottled mirrors, laundry even have to be coined three yuan, the cheapest disposable toothbrush... 60 yuan is not worth it!

酒店的位置真的太優越了，就在學府大道文華苑一期，出門就是喀什大學新泉校區，周邊商超、餐飲一應俱全，逛吃超方便，步行就能到大漠綠洲生態園、東城公園，飯後散步消食再合適不過。交通也超便捷，距離喀什站僅8.6千米，到喀什徠寧國際機場打車20分鐘就能到，更貼心的是酒店還提供免費的專車接機、送機以及接站、送站服務，對於拎着行李的遊客來説太省心了，完全不用操心大交通銜接的問題。而且酒店有免費公共停車場，自駕來的朋友停車超方便，這一點真的太加分了！

I chose this hotel for my trip to Kashgar this time. The price/performance ratio is really good and they are all newly opened. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich. The ancient city is also very close. The room is large, spacious and bright. I sleep very comfortably and the room is soundproofed. It's also very good. The service at the front desk is also very good. Check-in takes no more than 3 minutes. It's really great.
