My friend booked this room for me, and it's super close to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself was tidy and clean, and came fully equipped with everything I needed, including a washing machine and a fridge. Overall, it was pretty good.

Perfect for families with kids! The space is really generous, and having a washing machine and fridge is super convenient. There are lots of supermarkets and shops nearby too. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options.

Facilities: The overall facilities are very comprehensive; all disposable items and basic amenities are provided.
Hygiene: Clean and sanitary.
Environment: The location is excellent, surrounded by financial buildings and residential areas. It's quite quiet.
Service: The front desk service is exceptional, very responsive, and responsible.
I would definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip.

I stayed in Room 1405 at this apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, right by the river, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is also conveniently close to many markets, making it easy to shop or explore local stalls. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which made my stay stress-free. However, the apartment could use some updates, as the renovations are not modern. Also, the check-in desk being on the 8th floor was a bit unusual and took some getting used to. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d recommend this place for its great location and excellent service!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I especially want to recommend Hannah from customer service — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference.

My family and I stayed at the Wefodun Hotel for one night during our city trip, and the experience was incredibly comfortable.

The most pleasant surprise was the exceptionally thoughtful service. Upon check-in, the front desk staff guided us and proactively upgraded us to a lower-floor room with better natural light. The room itself was very reassuring; the bed linens and duvet covers were spotless, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was thoroughly done, so the floor wasn't slippery at all after showering, which is great for seniors. Additionally, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the bus station, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots and commercial areas. In the mornings, you can also find fresh breakfast nearby.

If I visit this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I also recommend it to anyone traveling with seniors or children!

Facilities: It had everything listed, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and induction hob.
Cleanliness: Pretty clean. I saw the cleaning staff tidying up every day when I was leaving.
Environment: The location is prominent, with a big sign. Check-in staff are on the first floor. It's opposite the pier and close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street.
Service: The staff were all smiles and explained everything in detail. They were quick to deliver items when requested. They also tried their best to explain about the pedestrian street and nearby attractions. Very good overall.

It is located in a building where 2 others apartment are. Around the apartment there's wholesaler selling dried seafood products and a lot of local eateries. The station is about 10mins walk. And it is about 40 mins walk to beijing road and yongqing fang. Good to note that the didi driver might not be able to locate this apartment, so maybe direct them to the nearest metro station would be good.

The amenities are amazing. You have washing machine and detergent, microwave, huge wardrobe, and a huge fridge for your usage. Even you didn't ask for cleaning, they made sure to send the water bottles and amenities to your doorstep everyday.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room. Every bedding in the room was clean and tidy, which made me feel very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the toilet, washbasin, etc. were very clean without any odor, which made me feel happy throughout the stay.

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen.

The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet.

This place can be better if management take care of house keeping 
Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed.

Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

The room I booked was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of travel.
The room was also equipped with a television, which I enjoyed watching during my downtime. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. The overall ambiance of the room was cozy and welcoming.
One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met during my stay. It’s also the “Swan Lake”

The room at this price is also OK, the sanitation is generally cleaned, the mirror 🪞 the dust visible in the corner of the TV table bedside table, the cockroach can be wiped by itself, the furniture facilities are quite new, the washing machine induction cooker is also complete, but in my case, clean and tidy is more important than anything. The height of the building can see the street view is more beautiful
