The room was spacious and well-lit. The breakfast was excellent, served hot and tasty. Housekeeping tidied up every day. Laundry facilities and a microwave were available. Nearby attractions include Canton Tower, Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Library, and Huacheng Square. The metro station is close by, with the ATM line heading north to Tianhe Sports Center and south to Canton Tower.

I was very satisfied with the room I booked this time. The location is excellent, surrounded by large shopping malls and close to the subway station. The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to friends for their next visit.

Excellent location! It's right across the street from Guangdong Radio and Television Station. Bus stops and a subway station are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of malls, entertainment venues, and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Great amenities! They have free daily laundry service, daily cleaning, can even arrange your online order to be delivered to the hotel, free water bottles, etc.

Location is great as well - about 5-min walk to Xiaobei MRT station (Exit B), plenty of choices of delicious halal eateries, less than 10-min walk to a mall (Sunny Walk Mall), convenience stores everywhere.

Service was okay enough - not all of the front desk staff could converse in English well. Out of five staff that we dealt with throughout our stay there (5 days), only two of them speak English. The other three always seemed frustrated whenever they had to deal with clients who can only speak English. But then again with great amenities and location, we probably wouldn’t mind staying here again if we were to visit Guangzhou again.

The room's interior was decent, pretty standard. The rooms on the north side offer a view of Sacré-Cœur, so I guess you could call them 'rooms with a view.'

The facilities are a bit old. The glass partition in the bathroom was leaking, and there was no bath mat provided. After I asked, a staff member, a very enthusiastic young lady who deserves praise, found an old bath towel for me to use as a bath mat.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky at first; you have to take an elevator on the east side of the building up to the 6th floor, then switch to another elevator to get to your room. Once you get used to it, it's actually quite convenient.

I came during the Chinese New Year and booked three months in advance, but my planning was a bit off. I booked for three days, but two of those days were last-minute additions, and the price was almost double compared to the first day. At over 500 a night for an apartment, I didn't feel it was worth it. I wouldn't dare sit on the sofa – it felt really dirty. The furniture looked old, and the glass cups were also dirty. Overall, I felt like I could have stayed somewhere much better for over 500. In the same building, Xiajiao Mei Restaurant was delicious, and each person was charged for tea, plus a service fee during Chinese New Year, but it was genuinely tasty. It's also just a five-minute walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, where you can find plenty of food and drinks.

Great location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the metro station and the riverside, making it very convenient for getting around. It's easy to reach attractions, markets, and more.

Spacious rooms: The rooms are roomy and feature a duplex layout, perfect for families or groups traveling together. They are well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and refrigerator.

Excellent service: The front desk staff and other team members are warm, responsive, and always ready to help. They are very thoughtful and go out of their way for guests!

very good stay near beijing lu. clean hotel.. all the front office staff are very helpful. walking distance to 2 metro haizhu square exit F and Beijinglu exit A. room with Pearl delta river too. hotel just a minute walk to the river front. lots of eatery within walking distance too. would return if I'm back in 广州。

The room was exactly as pictured, with all the necessary amenities. It was clean and odor-free. The service was attentive, making the entire check-in process quick, pleasant, and comfortable. There's a place to have dim sum on the first floor, and the food was quite good. Across the street is a large shopping mall called Anhua Hui, where you can buy things. They even deliver takeout to your room! Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen.

The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet.

This place can be better if management take care of house keeping 
Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed.

Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

I often stay in this hotel when I’m visiting my friend in Hefei. The first time finding it can be tricky as the entrance off the street is a little doorway to a service elevator which you take to the 5th floor. I tried the breakfast one time and it was bad so I always skip it like on this trip. But it’s connected with a mall area so plenty of food around.

The room is neat and clean, the traffic is very convenient, the subway exit of Jiaozi Avenue is nearby, the surrounding eating is very convenient, the downstairs is the restaurant snack street, not far from the Petronas Twin Towers, recommended
