We had a very good time in this hotel!
1) the room was nice: comfortable bed, nice balcony, shower and bathtub
2) breakfast was good, mainly Chinese but tasty (we missed some cheese) and it was not crowded, it was very clean and organized
3) staff were polite although we always had to use apps to communicate which created sometimes misunderstandings 
4) pool was nice, with a hot water pool and slides so lots of fun for a toddler
5) playground for a 2yo was small but considering that there was a pool also, my son had fun
Overall we like it a lot and considering the price, it’s was a good choice

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic; Jiahua Hotel surpassed all my expectations. First off, the location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist decor that still felt incredibly welcoming. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and soft, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally feeling refreshed. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. Room delivery was also very prompt. The gym was well-equipped, and the swimming pool had crystal-clear water; all these facilities were exceptionally well-maintained. What truly impressed me was the room service; the staff were always smiling and incredibly quick to respond to requests. Such meticulous and attentive service made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends for future visits.

Before we checked in, the housekeeper Kiki contacted us proactively. We thought it was just an online housekeeper, but we didn't expect that he would show up when we checked in and lead us. Along the way, he asked us about our needs and adaptability, and asked us if we needed an introduction to the hotel. He also introduced the room facilities after we entered the room. Kiki responded and solved various problems in a timely manner. Because I was with my children, I encountered more problems, but there was a staff member who was very nice. Several families came to help us solve the problems every time, saying that they were worried that we had been waiting for a long time. I later asked Kiki his name, which was Wang Chenglong. I don't know if the evaluation is useful, but I am really grateful to them both.

This was my first time staying in a gaming room at Wanda Plaza in Haitang Bay. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, and we had to wait a bit. My child was fussing about taking a nap, and Kiki noticed this and ran around helping to coordinate. When she got the room key and escorted us to our room, I realized she was our housekeeper, Kiki Xiao Wang! I felt so lucky!

The young lady provided excellent service. Knowing we had a child, she thoughtfully prepared toys and drinking water, even providing warm water for making formula. The gaming room was top-of-the-line, with a 5080 graphics card and a 2K 480Hz screen – the gaming experience was amazing. Later, due to flight issues, we wanted to extend our stay by half a day, and Kiki quickly arranged everything. She even delivered takeout directly to the room! The whole process was thoughtful and convenient; I have to give her a huge thumbs up!

My stay at Wanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Jack Huang. His hospitality was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we were okay and felt incredibly welcomed, just like at home. After a long flight from Canada we felt extremely tired but had a very nice sleep in the room. This high standard was reflected across the entire hotel. Out room was impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Jiangmen.

The hotel lobby is even more amazing for its luxurious, grand and contemporary design.

I was even more attracted by the green grasslands and golf courses built on the mountains.

The room is newly designed, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has double wash basins, and you can take a bath while looking at the beautiful mountain view through the glass. There is also a shower and a spacious automatic toilet, which is very advanced.

The breakfast area is comfortable and elegant, with a wide variety of beautiful and exquisite food. Many foods are prepared on order, which shows great thought. The waitress Xiao Xiao is even more thoughtful. She carefully served us the porridge we ordered.
I hope to visit again next time if I have the chance.
