Health is a little poor, the location is good, shopping is very convenient. The disadvantage is that I was deducted 30 dollars for no reason. After a month of communication, I returned. Next time I go to Houston, I will not choose here. It is convenient to lose shopping. There is nothing else worth recommending.

The hotel's breakfast is good, and the hygiene in the room is acceptable. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned. There are many flying insects and spiders in it, which affects the mood.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Well it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

I stayed here for two weeks, and the service was noticeably inconsistent and often fell short. Things like slippers, bottled water, and even housekeeping service were hit or miss. The front desk staff seemed to change daily, so I constantly had to remind them about things. It was a bit stressful having to keep track! On the plus side, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the main Chinese restaurants in Flushing.

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

Nice 4* hotel closed to popular Times Square and Hard Rock cafe with easy access to lots of food and amenities. City Subway is just 2mins walk from the hotel lobby

Got free pass for general admission fo American Museum of Natural History
Will stay at this Westin again in next visit to NY

Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, the surrounding is full of dining and coffee shops, there are several attractions around, will choose next time!

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

The hotel is integrated with many shopping malls. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has its own facilities. There is only an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel often has meetings and activities, so the price is high, the facilities in the room are OK, but the cleaning and service There is still a gap compared to the five stars.
