We stayed a night during the Rodeo cook off. Parking was a nightmare, not even part of the hotel we were told and very expensive. Check in was smooth but on a different level. Room was comfortable and the bed too. Nice rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

There is a restaurant downstairs which is very convenient

Well it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

This hotel is conveniently located near LaGuardia Airport. After landing, you can contact the hotel to arrange a pick-up service; it's a good idea to have a few dollars in cash ready for the driver's tip. The hotel is situated in Flushing, an area known for its safety and lively atmosphere in the evenings. You can find all sorts of Asian cuisine nearby, including Chinese food. It's also not far from Flushing-Main Street, the terminal station for the 7 train, making it less than an hour's commute to both Midtown Manhattan and JFK Airport.

The room was cozy and comfortable, living up to Westin's reputation. There's a sauna available until 9 PM, and a combined restaurant and bar where you can charge up to $150 to your room, which will then be deducted from your hotel deposit.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

Nice 4* hotel closed to popular Times Square and Hard Rock cafe with easy access to lots of food and amenities. City Subway is just 2mins walk from the hotel lobby

Got free pass for general admission fo American Museum of Natural History
Will stay at this Westin again in next visit to NY

Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, the surrounding is full of dining and coffee shops, there are several attractions around, will choose next time!

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

The hotel is integrated with many shopping malls. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has its own facilities. There is only an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel often has meetings and activities, so the price is high, the facilities in the room are OK, but the cleaning and service There is still a gap compared to the five stars.
