The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful and polite. Check-in was quick and efficient with no room inspection required upon check-out. The staff NOMAD  also helped us book a car to the airport. There were four of us with more than ten pieces of luggage, and the price was very favorable. They were patient and considerate the whole time, making us have a wonderful impression of Guangzhou.
The guest room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable with great attention to hygiene details. We had an excellent stay experience and highly recommend this hotel!

I've been to Guangzhou many times, but this was my first stay at the White Swan Hotel, and it left a deep impression. First off, the location is excellent, right by Shamian Island, and just a short walk from Guangzhou Cultural Park (Thirteen Factories Museum). I booked an executive river-view room, and the young ladies at the executive lounge were incredibly warm and meticulous in their service, proactively asking guests what they needed. They not only upgraded my room but also extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. The hotel's internal environment is also fantastic; the small garden in the lobby is truly refreshing. The hotel breakfast is very generous, with many varieties of congee alone, and plenty of Cantonese dim sum. Having dim sum by the river in the morning was a stylish experience. Thumbs up to this hotel!👍👍

I chose the veteran Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel because of its bustling commercial surroundings and convenient transportation. It's just a short bus ride to Guangzhou Wanguo Outlets, and other attractions are also easily accessible! I highly recommend trying the food at Da Ge Restaurant when you're in Guangzhou. Coincidentally, I visited on March 8th, and the hotel even warmly presented me with a rose!

Thanks to the front desk, they arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, which we greatly appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, very nice!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Asia International Hotel. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The breakfast was extensive and offered a wide variety of options, all while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view, which made the mornings even more special.
The swimming pool was also a great addition—clean, relaxing, and perfect to unwind after a busy day.
What stood out most was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and communication in English was excellent, which made everything easy and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The room was very spacious, perfect for staying with kids. There was plenty of room for the little ones to play and run around. The hotel environment was also fantastic, every photo turned out great, and they even had a children's play area, which was a thoughtful touch. I'd likely choose this hotel again for our next trip. The only downside was that we stayed on a Saturday, so the price was a bit higher compared to other hotels, but it's a good choice if you're looking for better quality. The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel didn't have its own parking, so it wasn't as convenient as it could have been.

Facilities: The room came with a small sofa and table, and the hairdryer worked great! 👍🏻 The disposable slippers were also quite thick and comfortable. 👍🏻 There was even a small lamp by the bed. 
Cleanliness: The environment was very clean and tidy.
Service: The staff were very dedicated. I even forgot something and they contacted me to help mail it back! 👍🏻
The hotel is super close to Guangzhou Station; you can see it right outside the East Plaza and Metro Exit A. For safety reasons, you need to pick up food delivery from the lobby yourself. The air conditioner made a slight noise, but if you're really tired and just want to sleep, you probably won't notice it.

Guangzhou Victory Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Located on Shamian Island, this century-old European-style building is incredibly charming, and its retro interior design is detailed everywhere, making you feel like you're staying in a museum. The rooms are clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The service is warm and attentive, and the dim sum breakfast is authentic and delicious. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, and my experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here many times, and this visit felt particularly great. The environment is excellent, and the service staff, from the moment you walk in to the front desk, make you feel right at home. They even upgraded my room today. This morning, at breakfast, the airline informed me that my evening flight was canceled due to bad weather and heavy rain. I immediately contacted Trip.com to see if I could negotiate a refund for today's room and catch an earlier flight back to Beijing before the midday rain. The entire process of checking out and getting a refund took less than a minute, which really speaks volumes about the hotel's outstanding credibility. When I checked out, the front desk even apologized for the bad weather and gave me a gift. I was very touched. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Guangzhou.

My stay in the deluxe twin room was excellent, exceeding my expectations throughout. The room was spacious and airy, with a simple yet elegant design, great natural light, and a fantastic view. It was immaculately clean and odor-free, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The two large beds were soft and comfortable, and the bedding was wonderfully smooth against the skin. Coupled with the quiet environment, I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.

The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, with new and complete facilities. The hot water was plentiful and stable, and the toiletries were high-quality. In-room smart devices were convenient and easy to use, and amenities like the desk, sofa, and charging ports were well-appointed, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. Room service was prompt and the staff were considerate and attentive. The hotel's convenient location made getting around and dining out very easy. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money and is perfect for both business trips and group travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!

As a long-standing hotel, the overall service and management are excellent. The environment is clean and beautiful, and the food is delicious, easily comparable to popular restaurants outside. Before heading to Guangzhou, I was a bit worried after seeing some old-fashioned room photos in the reviews. However, to my pleasant surprise, the twin room we booked was on a newly renovated floor with a simple and stylish design that perfectly suits younger tastes. From that point on, there were no flaws whatsoever. This trip was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guangdong!

I brought my mom here based on a travel blogger's recommendation. The blogger mentioned that the front desk helped with luggage upon arrival, but we didn't receive that service. The location is excellent; it's lovely to stroll along the river after dinner, and it's very convenient to get to the old town. We were given complimentary fruit. The cleanliness was just so-so, and some areas felt a bit dated. My main complaint is that the floors are thin, and the soundproofing from upstairs is poor. We unfortunately had children staying above us who were running barefoot at 11:30 PM, during naptime, and again at 6 AM. I reported it to the front desk staff, hoping they could speak to them, but instead of potentially offending the guests, they offered to move us to another room. I declined because I didn't want the hassle of packing and moving all our luggage. Unfortunately, the noise continued on the second night. This was quite bothersome to me.

The hotel is located in Songkou Ancient Town, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The location is excellent. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and even more picturesque on rainy days. 😍😍
The hotel is a renovated historic building, and some of the design elements (such as the windows) retain their nostalgic character. 🏠🏠 The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, sharing detailed information about nearby attractions. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It was pouring rain when we checked out, but the front desk staff not only reminded us to drive to the hotel's location, but also held an umbrella for us and helped us load our luggage into the car. Very thoughtful. 🥰🥰🥰

The room was very spacious with a great ambiance and good soundproofing, so we weren't disturbed during our rest. The service was also very attentive, and we even received small gifts like a fridge magnet and a keychain upon check-in – really thoughtful! 

**Facilities:** Besides being well-equipped, the underground parking garage has charging stations, there are USB ports on both sides of the bed, and the shower room, with its wet-dry separation, even has hooks for hanging clothes. So many thoughtful details! Definitely worth commending and recommending!

**Hygiene:** The entire room was very neat and clean.

**Service:** Extremely thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, everything was attentive. They even specially changed our room because of road construction outside.

Hygiene: Spotlessly clean.

Facilities: The smart home features were a bit finicky. At night, the toilet would often auto-flush and open its lid even when no one was around. The lights also had a sound sensor, turning on with any noise when I was trying to sleep. Furthermore, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were constantly knocked off by the shower hose and were difficult to dispense. These are areas that definitely need improvement.

Facilities (positive aspects): On the positive side, the bathtub was excellent, complete with disposable bath liners and bath salts. Disposable toilet seat covers and other small amenities showed great attention to detail.

Environment (positive aspects): It was also lovely to enjoy a drink and moonlight on the rooftop in the evening. Both the room and balcony were very spacious, as was the bathroom. The toilet was pristine, with no odd stains, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards.

Environment (location): The hotel's location within a pedestrian street was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. However, parking outside the hotel proved to be a major inconvenience.

Service (overall impression): I specifically chose this hotel because of the White Swan brand, and overall, I had a very positive experience. 👍
