4 nights at level 28, river view room is larger than city room. Front desk can help collect delivery and food. Location is good ,walk 5min to teemall, 10min to beijing lu. Hotel room is clean and well insulated. but jus need full length mirror. Will stay again for the price.

I absolutely loved the White Swan Hotel.

**Room:** I booked a river-view king room. The traditional layout made the room feel very spacious and bright, and it was actually very practical – much more functional than rooms in many trendy new hotels. The lighting modes were well-thought-out, suitable for both studying and relaxing. There was even a vanity table next to the washbasin for ladies. The room had a Washlet, but no coffee machine. Honestly, many hotel capsule coffee machines aren't cleaned properly, so I rarely use them anyway. Having instant coffee that you can brew yourself, along with a small snack, is much more hygienic and convenient.

**Restaurants:** This time, I tried dim sum at Hongtu Mansion and dinner at Jade Garden. The dim sum at Hongtu Mansion was truly impressive. The three of us ordered 12 dishes, and while the server said it was too much, we only ended up removing one because we wanted to try everything! The egg tarts, sachima, shrimp dumplings, crab roe xiaolongbao, coconut buns, phoenix claws (chicken feet), chee cheong fun, abalone tarts, and congee with egg and beef were all excellent. Especially the sachima with almond kernels – it had a pure eggy aroma, was fluffy, soft, and not sticky or overly sweet. It was fantastic. Dinner at Jade Garden was also very enjoyable, listening to guzheng music while admiring the carp in the lotus pond, slowly sipping tea and eating. We ordered the chef's recommended 2-head prawns, green-head duck, and lamb shank. The cashew cream soup and red bean paste pancake for dessert were also incredibly authentic; the pancake's egg skin was chewy, smooth, and delicious. We didn't order the famous poached chicken this time because we'd been eating it for several days straight elsewhere, but I'm sure it's also very good.

**Service:** As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge was there to help with our luggage. Daily cleaning and turn-down service were prompt. Room service was incredibly efficient and fast; we'd receive our items about ten minutes after calling, which was excellent. The most thoughtful and surprising gesture was the hotel proactively noticing that our child had passed their birthday and sending chocolates and cookies. But what truly touched us was the handwritten card with a hand-drawn picture from the staff – the drawing was cute and vibrant, and the writing was eloquent. We will definitely cherish this heartfelt gift!

Overall, the White Swan Hotel lives up to its reputation. Both the hardware and software met our expectations. Perhaps some areas are a bit dated, but if they gradually update and maintain it well in the future, it will be even more stunning while retaining its historical charm.

I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you, White Swan Hotel, for giving us such a wonderful travel memory.

I cannot say enough how great the stay at the Asia International Hotel.  I arrived in a panic because I was 40RMB short for my long hour and a half taxi ride, but the concierge Ricky came out to the taxi and paid the remainder from his very own money.  I was then able to exchange Australian dollars for Chinese RMB and pay Ricky back.  Things like this do not happen.  The whole staff were amazing and ever so helpful.  I only stayed 1 night but the breakfast was absolutely so extensive and so enjoyable in the restaurant on the 45th floor where you could view a 360 view of the whole of Guangzhou.  We will definitely be staying at the Asia International Hotel the next time we are in Guangzhou.  Thank you so very much.

This veteran five-star hotel is still trustworthy. We had an early flight the next morning, so we chose a hotel close to the airport. The parking lot is huge and has fast-charging stations. Especially noteworthy is the Baiyunxuan Restaurant on the first floor; we ate there twice, and both meals were excellent – better than some places on 'must-eat' lists. There's an outdoor pool on the top floor, but it was closed due to rain. I'd definitely stay here again.

A very nice hotel. Located at the old French/English occupied region in the past. Nice surrounding with great restaurants. Quite and cosy area to stay. Lovely service staff, help me when they saw me in walking stick. One middle age lady even helped me in washing my laundry in the middle of the night. I’m grateful to her. Please help me say thanks to her again. Will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Guangzhou.

Located in a quiet area with a modern design, the room is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a Xiao Du (AI) assistant. Breakfast is simple and the coffee is nice. The chef with tattoos is very friendly.

Front desk staff are very attentive and they even kept in touch with us through WeChat for any questions or requests. They also recommended the dim sum at 西关粤 (Victory Hotel), which turned out to be quite nice.

There’s a beautiful park and lovely streets just in front of the hotel, and you can often see many people, photographers, and couples taking wedding photos. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hygiene: Surprisingly clean and tidy.
Facilities: I had seen some negative reviews mentioning outdated facilities, but my room was actually quite good. The hotel exterior looks old, but the interior must have been renovated.
Environment: You need to swipe your card to use the elevator, which adds to the security.
Service: The front desk staff was very nice and even allowed a late check-out.

The State Guesthouse boasts an excellent location, nestled between Metro Line 2's Memorial Hall and Gongyuanqian stations, both just a 500-meter walk away. Even Yuexiu Park and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street are within a 10-minute stroll. The guesthouse itself is incredibly quiet, and the facilities in Baiyun Tower are well-maintained. The water pressure and flow are genuinely impressive, and the service is attentive and thoughtful without being intrusive. There's even a direct bus stop to Hong Kong right within the guesthouse grounds. Plus, it's very close to Xihua Road – I won't bother recommending specific eateries; everything in Guangzhou is delicious! 😄

Excellent value for money! The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making the entire check-in process smooth and flawless. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit, highly recommend it with five stars!

This hotel is truly bizarre. On the day I checked in, the hallway was crammed with various documents, and over a dozen men and women were loudly discussing and organizing materials. Even with the door closed, the noise was so disruptive I couldn't rest. The staff mentioned this had been going on for several days. I was moved to another room, but the window was completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened for ventilation. When I called the front desk to ask for the window to be opened, the staff presented us with a liability waiver to sign, stating we'd be responsible for any consequences if the window was opened, before they would even consider opening it. This hotel has clearly lost its mind. It's a shame, given its prime location and its presence in Guangzhou, Guangdong – a pioneer in market economic reform and opening-up. I really regret spending over 400 yuan to stay here.

I stayed in a room with a river view, and I was shocked by the spacious space as soon as I walked in! The room is well laid out, clean and tidy, even the corners are spotless, making people feel particularly at ease. The bed is soft and comfortable, the pillows and quilt are of great texture, and I feel like I'm recharged after a night's sleep. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the WiFi speed is fast, the air conditioning is cool, and there are free bottled water, and the details are perfect.

The river view is charming and the scenery is intoxicating
The biggest highlight of the room is definitely the river view outside the window! Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the beautiful scenery of Meijiang River. In the early morning, you can see the river shrouded in morning mist, and in the evening, you can see the setting sun shining on the water. It is as beautiful as a painting. I stayed by the window for a while every day and took a lot of photos. Such scenery really makes people feel good and makes the journey more poetic.

The hotel is a renovated historic building, and some of the design elements (such as the windows) retain their nostalgic character. 🏠🏠 The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, sharing detailed information about nearby attractions. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It was pouring rain when we checked out, but the front desk staff not only reminded us to drive to the hotel's location, but also held an umbrella for us and helped us load our luggage into the car. Very thoughtful. 🥰🥰🥰

I have to give this hotel a thumbs-up for their service! During my stay, I needed to print a document, and the front desk immediately took care of it, carefully checking the format. Later, I realized I forgot my charger, so the staff went out of their way to find a compatible one for me to borrow. They didn't shy away from the unexpected request, but proactively addressed it. This professional and reliable service is a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

Hygiene: Spotlessly clean.

Facilities: The smart home features were a bit finicky. At night, the toilet would often auto-flush and open its lid even when no one was around. The lights also had a sound sensor, turning on with any noise when I was trying to sleep. Furthermore, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were constantly knocked off by the shower hose and were difficult to dispense. These are areas that definitely need improvement.

Facilities (positive aspects): On the positive side, the bathtub was excellent, complete with disposable bath liners and bath salts. Disposable toilet seat covers and other small amenities showed great attention to detail.

Environment (positive aspects): It was also lovely to enjoy a drink and moonlight on the rooftop in the evening. Both the room and balcony were very spacious, as was the bathroom. The toilet was pristine, with no odd stains, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards.

Environment (location): The hotel's location within a pedestrian street was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. However, parking outside the hotel proved to be a major inconvenience.

Service (overall impression): I specifically chose this hotel because of the White Swan brand, and overall, I had a very positive experience. 👍
