The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient! I stayed alone and the room size was perfectly adequate. It was my first time traveling abroad, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience. I stayed for 5 days, and the room was cleaned promptly every day.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and a commercial area, with many shopping centers downstairs. It's very convenient for shopping and dining.

Facilities: Good, quite basic.

Service: Andrian checked us in early and upgraded our room. The service was excellent and very friendly 👍.

Facilities were also good. The location isn't far, but there was some construction outside the window which was a bit noisy at times, though it was quiet at night.

Facilities: The facilities are mostly complete, with a pool and gym, although they are quite small. The room itself is particularly tiny, making it hard to even turn around. I know hotels in Singapore generally aren't very spacious, though.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was good; the room was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Environment: The location is indeed very convenient. The subway station is just a few meters away, making it a 50-minute ride to the airport and only three or four stops to the city center.

Service: The service was decent and standard. There was a minor issue with the room's door lock, but it was resolved quickly.

Overall, the value for money is acceptable, and it's fine for a one-night stay.

This is my honest review as a picky person. I always request for clean room as i have allergic.
My first time stay in this hotel (while i hv try other hotel 81 but sucks). I have a doubt at first but woww!
Cleanliness: no need to worry! 8,5/10 (even 5 star hotel also lack sometimes)
Location: yes it’s geylang, but what to worry? Go out to street can see bus stop already. Near with aljunied mrt, but if u lazy to walk just take bus easy! U want find food, it’s geylang, just stroll around.
Service: what to expect? Bruh i think excellent service is no need la, again it’s not 4-5 star hotel. But i can say the service during check in is perfect. And you can store ur luggage there.
Room facilities: u got towel, toothbrush, the sampoo soap is in one container, so if u are picky like me just bring ur own. There’s no hair dryer ok.. bring urself.

Very pleasant stay, staff was very kind and resourceful. Location hotel is very helpful when traveling, easy to navigate to. Rooms are a bit small but comfy, breakfast was ok but nothing to get excited about.

The location of Value Hotel Balestier is quite nice and convenient, with easy access to nearby food places and transportation. However, the main downside of my stay was the restroom. It was noticeably smelly and had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to sewage or poop, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. While the location is a plus, the cleanliness and smell of the restroom really need improvement.

The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the water temperature and pressure were great. I overslept in the morning, and Ainee and Korin were very thoughtful, allowing me to check out an hour later. They spoke entirely in Chinese, making me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were back home.

Considering it's a prime location where every inch counts, value for money isn't the priority. It's comfortable and safe to stay here, and super convenient for getting around and dining. The room, though small, has everything you need and is very clean. Plus, there are cheap durian stalls nearby! Free luggage storage after check-out is a nice bonus.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Whether you're heading to tourist attractions or shopping, it's completely hassle-free. As for the room and facilities: although the room isn't huge, it's well-designed and space-efficient, with every inch utilized perfectly. The internal facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy with a stable hot water supply – everything you need for a trip. The hygiene is impeccable; both the room and public areas are spotless, which really puts your mind at ease. The hotel's overall environment is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a busy area. The front desk staff are friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They were always ready to answer any questions, making for a very thoughtful experience.

Ample parking The room is very clean. Equipment and appliances are complete in the room. Impressed, whoever comes, will definitely not be disappointed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

There were windows when I booked, but there was no window when I lived in, and others were fine.
