I was very pleased with the room I was assigned this time. It was on a higher floor with a great aspect, offering expansive views. The room itself was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. From check-in to requesting additional items during my stay, everything was handled promptly and efficiently. Yoyo, in particular, was incredibly warm and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area, especially since its location is so incredibly convenient.

The front desk staff were exceptionally professional. I only interacted with them briefly a couple of times, yet they remembered my surname the very next day. Their service perfectly aligns with the hotel's positioning, showing great flexibility and a real knack for problem-solving.

The only minor issue might be attributed to the hotel hosting the National Games, as the security personnel were a bit overzealous. For instance, they hurried the guest pick-up vehicles away even before the guests had come down. While this may not be directly the hotel's responsibility, it's an area that definitely needs better coordination and improvement.

Our 1st staycation at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar hotel. The check in process was smooth. They even offered check in service through WhatsApp. Good approach.Here details of my review:

Location: In the middle of Bangsar town nearest to UM. Easy to find

Parking: Free parking 

Room: Requested for room decorations but just a towel wrapped like a cake. I'm a little bit disappointed. However the room was spacious for my family. 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The toilet has a bathtub and is very clean. 

Breakfast: breakfast spread quite well. Many options include Malay,. Chinese and Indian cuisine. Roti canai was freshly prepared, served with delicious dhal and chicken curry. I hope traditional kuih like talam, kuih karipap, ketayap can be served. 

Swimming pool: they provide different pools for kids and adults which is very good. Not too deep. But the parents should still monitor closely. 

Check out: they offered a late check out until 1pm. We really appreciated it. 

Recommended for staycation with your Little family.

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony  really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent.  Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service.  

From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. It made my stay truly memorable.  Please extend my gratitude to 小余. We look forward to returning.
