The location is fantastic, directly opening onto the central shopping district. It offers excellent value for money, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff provided exceptional service, always accommodating and ready to assist. However, the rooms do not have air conditioning. While Yunnan nights are generally cool, and the hotel kindly provided two fans, those who are sensitive to heat might still find themselves waking up warm. It's something to keep in mind.

Excellent location, right on the old street. I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, well-stocked with disposable amenities, and the facilities were modern. The screen casting feature was also very convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kunming.

As a Malaysian traveller, we have a really great service provided by host. Although we have a difficulty in communication, thanks to translate technology because make it easier. Got a welcoming drink when we arrive and also a traditional cookies. Room condition really good, have a 24h water heater. I deliberately chose Four Seasons on the Cloud which is closer to the Kunming Botanical Garden. It takes about five minutes to walk to Kunming Botanical Garden, which is very convenient. But it is relatively far from the airport and also relatively far from Kunming Railway Station. But the store environment is okay. Check out time is 2pm. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. Room was super clean and - given the temperature outside - also nice and warm. Had a fancy electric toilet which I have never seen anywhere else in China, even in 4 star hotels. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. Breakfast was your usual buffet albeit with a local slant. It was my first time to Urumqi (and Xinjiang, for that matter) and kinda anxious about my stay but I really lucked out with this hotel. Thanks!
