"I chose this Radisson Hotel at Daxing Airport for an early morning flight, and my experience exceeded expectations. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which was punctual and made getting to and from the airport very convenient, so I didn't have to rush to catch a taxi. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any airplane noise despite being close to the airport, so I slept very soundly. Michael at the front desk was efficient with check-in and very friendly. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The facilities are well-maintained. Staying here for a layover during a business trip was completely hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the North Square of West Station in the Zhongyu Building. After exiting the station, remember to walk about 50 meters forward to the overpass. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The lounge area offers complimentary tea, internet-enabled computers, and free luggage lockers. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! "Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night during a layover in Beijing. Here’s what I want to say: if you’re flying with a layover and need a place to stay overnight, this is the place to go! The hotel is located just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. Guests can arrange a transfer service that picks them up at the airport and takes them back the next morning. I arrived at 6 PM and contacted the hotel from the airport—this service is completely free if you book through Trip.com (a huge thank you to that wonderful service!). A hotel representative explained exactly where to catch the shuttle in excellent English. Thanks to the clear instructions, finding the shuttle bus stop was easy. As I mentioned, the hotel is a short 10–15 minute drive away. Nearby, there are other transit hotels, as well as cafes, convenience stores, and massage parlors—basically everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The service and staff are excellent. The food selection is fantastic! My room rate included not only breakfast (a very varied buffet) but also dinner (soup, rice with vegetables and meat, and pasta with vegetables)—everything was delicious. There is an enclosure with live llamas in the hotel courtyard—a unique and charming touch—with tables nearby where you can have coffee or a cigarette. There is also a free coffee machine near the reception area. My room was spacious and equipped with absolutely everything I needed, plus a complimentary gift from the hotel—a really nice touch. After spending the night in this wonderful place, I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff who maintain such high standards of service and a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel too!!!!! Thank you for the magnificent welcome❤️"

"I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, only to be told my room wasn't ready. It took about 20 minutes for them to clean it. Because of the delay, the duty manager that day offered me a complimentary breakfast. I saw a sign for the gym when I entered the elevator, but when I got to the floor, there was only one treadmill and one exercise bike. They shouldn't call that a 'gym'; it's just 'fitness facilities' or 'fitness equipment.' The projector in the room was a bit laggy when trying to cast from my phone, so I didn't bother using it much. If you want to use the built-in software, you need an Aurora TV membership. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the fried rice made in the steamer was delicious."

The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just an easy 8-minute walk from Jinsong Metro Station (Line 10), making it seamless to explore Beijing while avoiding loud street traffic. Local restaurants, bakeries, and fruit markets are right outside the entrance. The room was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The smart-home automation worked seamlessly, allowing easy control over lighting, air conditioning, and the heavy blackout curtains, which made getting quality sleep effortless after long days of walking. The bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable. Having the robot delivery bring food orders directly to our door was a fun, high-tech touch, and the complimentary guest laundry facilities were extremely helpful for keeping everything fresh mid-trip. Service was top-tier from start to finish. Check-in was quick, and the front-desk team was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us smoothly using translation apps and took great care of our luggage before check-in and after checkout. With its blend of modern design, smart tech, quiet comfort, and great transit links, this hotel offers unbeatable value in Beijing. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!"
