"The hotel's design, with its unique courtyard-style circular corridors, is quite distinctive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was definitely a highlight. The expansive views are a real treat; it was incredibly refreshing to simply relax with a cup of tea and take in the scenery outside the window! Its location is superb – the Cixi Grand Theater is directly opposite, and it's incredibly convenient for visiting Fantawild and Sunac A La Water World with kids. Plus, the Aegean Sea shopping complex is just next door. Highly recommend!"

"I'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending"

"The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service."

"The newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel."

"The first time I stayed at the Puli Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and atmospheric, and the taste is displayed everywhere. In particular, I would like to praise Xiao Xu at the front desk, the service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the smile is particularly infectious. The room was spotless and the hygiene was impeccable. You dare to believe that the mattress is a Restonic brand! The bedding is comfortable and sleeps well. Sharing the pool with the Hyatt Hotel next door, great! The hotel is in a great location, just off the ramp of the Hangzhou Bay Crossing Bridge. The surrounding commercial center facilities within two kilometers are very mature, saving a lot of time for play. I chose to stay on May Day, and the overall experience was great.
The room amenities are excellent, from toothbrushes, bath products, bedding, tea bags, coffee, etc. There are several pillows available, so there is always one that suits you. I slept quite comfortably. The room is equipped with a disinfection machine and an electric towel rack. The hotel has just opened, so the hygiene is good. The room is equipped with ventilation windows, and the air circulation is good.
Because I stayed at Hyatt the next day, and the air ventilation of Hyatt was not as good as Junlan. But when it comes to breakfast, Junlan is clearly inferior to Hyatt. Firstly, the breakfast area is not set up reasonably. Secondly, the cakes are all frozen mousse cakes, and there are no baked chiffon or muffin cakes. The cereals served with milk were of a limited variety, which the kids found a bit disappointing. Finally, during holidays like May Day, appropriate flow control should be implemented during peak hours. My friend had to find a seat because there was no seat available.
However, as a newly opened hotel, some shortcomings in details are understandable. In addition, the children's playground in the hotel is still under renovation and is not open.
Summary: In terms of room experience details, Junlan is far superior to Hyatt. I really can't complain about Hyatt's hair dryer, it's big and heavy, and not very effective for drying hair. The room had a bit of a peculiar smell. In terms of catering, Hyatt has many outstanding features, including some full meals for a family of three on May 1st. The services will also be more diverse, such as bicycle rental services.
The main attractions of the Wetland Park and Fantawild Park are very close to each other. Considering the strong parent-child attributes of each attraction, it is recommended that the hotel take a more parent-child perspective, prepare some breakfast, and improve the service facilities to be more competitive.
In terms of cost-effectiveness, Junlan is very good and worth staying at.

The first time I came to Atour to stay, the weather was very cold and late. Jiang Yu at the front desk helped me to check in and brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that not only warmed my hands, but also warmed my heart. I was drunk and my brain was very confused. I couldn’t hear the front desk speech and I was in a bad mood. A little annoying, the front office manager Suining calmed my emotions as soon as possible, and then sent me to the room after I checked in. I told me that if I had any discomfort, I could call the front desk. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very big. Someone knocked on the door in a few minutes. It was the front office manager Suining who sent me a bowl of millet porridge and sober tea and two bottles of warm water. I was uncomfortable and quickly let me drink two sober teas. I also gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really good. Suining came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and opened the slippers for me. I also sent an air purifier, and put me on the bedside intimately. The service was all-in-one, so I didn’t have any picky words. I woke up in the middle of the night and my throat was sore and thirsty, and I didn’t want to drink ice water. Called the front desk and wanted two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring a few times. Jiang Yu answered the phone. When I learned that my appeal immediately told me that the front desk partner who could go up and send it to me immediately. I was worried that it would trouble them at first, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after the front desk Jiang Yu knocked on the door and sent me a large cup of hot water and honey lemonade at the front desk, which made me really feel the quality service of Atour. I also stayed at Atour for the first time and felt the intimate service unlike other hotels. I will definitely stay at Atour often in the future.

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

GGuest UserThe service at this hotel was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. The front desk receptionists were warm and attentive, making the check-in process swift. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

GGuest UserThis time I came out to play, the most fortunate thing was to choose the right hotel! When I checked in, I was amazed by the lobby. The warm light chandelier was equipped with green plants in the corner. There was no sense of excessive luxury. Instead, I walked into the warm public living room and dragged my luggage in. The fatigue of the journey was half gone. The service of the front desk lady is more heartwarming. When checking the news, she is patient and gentle. She also actively reminded us how to go to the nearby snack street, and even helped us sort out the route of the next day's attractions. It is not perfunctory to go through the process. I was more surprised when I entered the room. The room was clean and reassuring. The sheets were not wrinkled. Even the toiletries were neatly arranged and lived more comfortable than at home. The most unexpected thing is that the hotel has a table tennis room! At night, I didn't want to go out with my friends, so I went to play for a while and played for an hour, which was much more comfortable than swiping my mobile phone in the room. From the atmosphere of the lobby to the details of the guest rooms, to the intimate service and table tennis facilities that can be relaxed at any time, it is all real comfort. This is the peace of mind that travel should have. I will choose here next time!
