"The hotel has a great environment and is very child-friendly. Bed rails are available upon request, and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is spacious, and there are also two small hot spring pools for guests to use. The front desk service was superb; during check-in, they noticed it was a birthday in our party and thoughtfully offered a complimentary cake. The only minor issue was that the room still had a slight lingering smell, but you can request an air purifier from housekeeping."

"I booked it decisively after seeing that it was renovated in 2022. I was not disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the service was very considerate. I said that my sleep quality was not good, so they arranged a quiet room for me. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, which was good. I booked an afternoon tea set, and the waiter arranged for me to drink tea in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby was also quiet and not noisy. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes. I especially liked their small wontons, which were delicious. I would recommend it to friends next time."

"The first time I stayed at the Puli Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and atmospheric, and the taste is displayed everywhere. In particular, I would like to praise Xiao Xu at the front desk, the service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the smile is particularly infectious. The room was spotless and the hygiene was impeccable. You dare to believe that the mattress is a Restonic brand! The bedding is comfortable and sleeps well. Sharing the pool with the Hyatt Hotel next door, great! The hotel is in a great location, just off the ramp of the Hangzhou Bay Crossing Bridge. The surrounding commercial center facilities within two kilometers are very mature, saving a lot of time for play. This stay experience is perfect, highly recommended to all travelers, next time you come to Cixi, you will definitely choose Lili again!"

"I'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. "The front desk service is quite good, and the corridor facilities are relatively old. The room is too simple, with only a small round table and two dining chairs. "The newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

In the evening, they even offer complimentary late-night mini wontons. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, even preparing a welcome gift. Excellent, highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

Rrongcao1989A huge thank you to Jett from Guest Services for their incredibly thoughtful arrangements. They proactively reached out a day before our stay to understand our needs. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly.
The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!

The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. They also gave us snacks from Cixi when we checked out. There is a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, and guests can drink for free. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
