Leakage from ceiling, No AC working ,water hot kettel is dirty ,After requesting many times No problem was solved

The windows were terribly cracked. The sound of cars driving on the street could be heard all night. The sound of the wind rattling the windows was also loud.

The location is excellent, right by the Pearl River and very close to Thirteen Lines. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated and the AC unit was quite noisy at night. On the plus side, the front desk staff were very friendly and the service was very attentive.

It's was old hotel, the bed was hard like floor, they put us in the room with nearby outdoor air conditioner unit.. so noisy
