"During the National Day holiday, my family and I stayed at the Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza hotel (Huaqiangbei Metro Station). I must give a huge shout-out to Xiao Zhu at the front desk! Even though it was peak season for National Day and there were many people checking in, Xiao Zhu maintained a professional smile throughout, handling everything efficiently. She managed to get our two rooms on the same floor and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view, and the hygiene was impeccable. The internet connection was also stable. The hotel is located in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with convenient transportation, making it easy for both business and leisure. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find such attentive service during a holiday trip. Highly recommended!"

"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

The free shuttle service was very convenient, and we reached Bao'an T3 Terminal in about 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and had a great environment."

The 4K high-definition picture paired with cinema-quality sound allowed me to cozy up in bed to watch blockbusters and binge-watch trending series. The immersive experience far surpassed watching TV at home. Screen mirroring from my phone was simple, with a full range of variety shows, anime, and movies available without needing extra subscriptions. The smart lighting throughout the room could be switched to a dim movie-watching mode with just one tap, creating a fantastic ambiance. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the thermostatic shower provides a gentle flow, and the toiletries have a subtle, elegant scent, indicating good quality. The high-speed internet was stable; I could stream shows and videos without any buffering. The mini-bar offered free drinking water. The front desk service was gentle, and check-in was quick without excessive intrusion. Online communication was responsive for any needs. The soundproofing was excellent, blocking out external noise and allowing me to enjoy a quiet, relaxing space. Considering the affordable price and the brand-new, comprehensive facilities, I highly recommend Aoki for solo getaways or short stays. It has already been added to my regular accommodation list."

"Right next to the subway station, this hotel opened in July 2026 and offered a very comfortable stay. There's a shopping mall nearby, which is super convenient. Robyn at the front desk provided excellent service. Highly recommend! The laundry room was great – 6 washers and 6 dryers, good. The gym facilities were top-notch, definitely 5-star and not just for show. [Suggestions] I suggest adding directional signs for the laundry room and gym on the 6th floor. The gym door doesn't close automatically; I recommend fixing it."

In the evening, having a drink there created a wonderfully ambient atmosphere. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Whether for business or leisure, this is a preferred choice worth revisiting repeatedly."

One of the highlights was the food delivery robot that brings your order right to your room — such a fun touch! They also provide complimentary water bottles.
