The transportation around here is super convenient. The room amenities are also quite impressive, especially the smart speaker Xiaodu which is very useful. They even have robots that deliver food, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. The environment is also pretty good, very elegant. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service, and the rooms are very clean. It's still great even after multiple stays.

Several of my colleagues frequently stay here, and the service at this hotel is truly excellent and thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

A truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Staying in Shenzhen for a short stopover from Hong Kong, I simply made a casual note on my booking that it was my wife's birthday, without expecting any special arrangements. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room to find it decorated for a birthday, complete with a mini cake. During my stay, if I had any issues and contacted Joy, she was always prompt and efficient in her responses and problem-solving, never perfunctory. The room cleaning was very thorough; it wasn't just superficially clean. The bedding was comfortable, and there was no standing water or grime in the bathroom corners, which made for a truly comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and bright, and all the facilities I used daily worked smoothly. It was a very pleasant experience to relax in the room. When needed, issues were also handled immediately. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Getting a taxi or finding a restaurant is hassle-free. It's just a 5-minute walk to Coco Park and Ping An Finance Center, saving a lot of commuting time for out-of-town visitors. Overall, it was a very genuine stay, without unnecessary frills. This small birthday gesture left a very good impression.

On this business trip to Shenzhen, I chose the Lanshan Hotel near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The location is excellent, just a two or three-minute walk from the subway exit, and I could easily walk to the exhibition at the Convention Center.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the dazzling city lights outside the floor-to-ceiling window. The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.

Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.
