We originally only booked for two nights, but this place was so fantastic that we kept extending our stay and ended up staying for six nights in total 🥹
- Environment: The room was very clean, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There were absolutely no noise issues; it was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The elevator was super fast, so we never had to wait long.
- Location: It's right next to the Bourke St tram stop, which makes getting into the CBD very convenient.
- Parking: There's an indoor parking garage in the same building, making it easy to load and unload luggage.
- Amenities: The room was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, and all sorts of toiletries.
- Service: We encountered three different front desk staff members, and all of them were incredibly friendly. Any questions we had were answered quickly via message or email.
Hope to have the chance to visit again! 💖

Anonymous UserOverall, pretty good. It's great for walks along the river, and there's a Woolworths right across the street.
Amenities: The pool facilities are well-equipped, with both a sauna and a steam room. However, the pool water was a bit salty, possibly because many people were using it. Maybe it needs more frequent changing. Also, the water pressure for the shower in the room was a bit low, which could be improved.
Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was good.
Service: Good. The doorman smiled at me when I got out of the car, and the front desk staff were polite. However, for this price point, bottled water in the room still costs extra. The main issue is its misleading placement – while the mini-bar is obviously paid, the bottled water was placed right next to the tea bags, making it easy to grab and drink, only to find out it was nine dollars a bottle. That's a bit much.
Environment: Quite nice. However, the river view wasn't ideally positioned; it was at an angle.

Guest UserIt was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay.
Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night.
Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st.
the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in.
At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

Anonymous UserOverall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided.
Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights!
Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise.
Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature.
Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame.
I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy.
Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!

Guest UserThe hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

Deepanshu Goyal03Overall, we had a great stay at Vibe Hotel Melbourne. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many of Melbourne’s attractions.
The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection each morning, and the daily housekeeping service kept the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being given an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier.
The only downside was that the steam room was out of service due to renovations, which was a little disappointing. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service, a great location, and good value. We’d happily stay here again.

The hotel only has five floors, and the balcony view is just another building across the street – nothing special. We stayed for five days, and two of those days we had no hot water. Coffee capsules also cost extra to replenish. If you want your room cleaned, you have to request it at the front desk; they don't do it proactively. The air conditioning had a strange smell. The transportation is decent, it's not far from the city center and there's a bus stop right outside. It's right next to a stadium, so I'd recommend it if you're attending a concert.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights.
The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining.
