"The air conditioning has been generally out of order for a long time, according to the brief explanation given at the front desk. The room was stifling, over 30 degrees Celsius, and there wasn't even a backup fan. No apologies were offered, and they didn't seem too bothered by the situation. We had booked four rooms to be close to RTBF the next morning. Our French guests had a terrible night because it was impossible to open the windows due to the excessive noise from the road. It's a shame because the rooms themselves were very spacious."

"The location was fantastic! There was an airport bus stop nearby, and we could walk to the train station to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The hotel has two buildings, #1 and #2. Building #1 seemed to be the original, but we stayed in #2, and it wasn't the best environment. The rooms were packed closely together, the hallway had an unpleasant smell, and it was noisy outside the window. There was no refrigerator, and it was a hassle having to ring a bell to get the hotel's glass door opened every time we wanted to enter or leave. However, for the price, it was comfortable and safe, so we're grateful for that!"

"The hotel is located near a park, not far from a metro station. It will not be very convenient to get there without transport. The bed was clean. The renovation is tired, the plates on the false ceiling need to be replaced after a leak. The staff is polite, but on the first night they forgot to put up a do not disturb sign and were woken up at 9 a.m. For four stars, improvements in renovation are needed + I would like to see a toothbrush and toothpaste in the hygiene kit."

"Good, clean, free breakfast. However there’s rule, where you can’t enter the room from 12-3pm because of housekeepers cleaning. So i can’t sleep/rest during those period. Need to get out."

"We reached the hotel in the early morning after a long distance flight. The staff were very welcoming and kindly let us use a private room to get changed before storing our luggages. The room was spacious and very clean. You can tell the staff had taken efforts to maintain them. We chose the hotel mainly for its location. It's close to the European Parliament (walkable). And you will find the hotel right after exiting the metro station, which means it's also very convenient for you to go to other tourist attractions. Highly recommend it!!"

"Hotel issues Different rooms with different problems. Have to keep packing and changing rooms, but still no room can be perfect. Air conditioner problem Low water pressure and unstable water temperature No ventilation in the bathroom No telephone in the room Curtains fall off and cannot be fixed Short of hands, only one person on duty at the front desk New arrival guests have to wait at the gate until front desk available. Manager strictly followed her working hours, weak problem-solving efficiency and no service sense. more details in Chinese ... 旅游回来一个月了，想想还是要把不好的体验分享出来，让其他人避雷。 6月21日-24日在这酒店住了3个晚上，总体概括就是：没有一个房间是完全没有问题的，而且酒店处理效率低、经理态度傲慢。 第1天，派给我们的第1个房间，空调正常，但浴室无通风、水压低、水温难以控制，而且床头没有插头无法充电，也没有电话，联系前台要亲自下楼。前台人员上来检查，确认情况后同意换房。 去到第2个房间，问题反过来了，浴室水压水温都正常，床头也有插头有电话，但最大问题是，空调不正常！欧洲高温天气众所周知，没有空调根本没法睡啊。 店员表示当晚没有其它房间可以换了，而且上述问题也无法保证次日能解决，我们第2天早上要打包寄存行李，等重新派房。 于是，第1个晚上的解决办法：在B房间洗澡，然后回A房间睡觉。 第2天，大概晚上8点回到酒店，大门在晚上如果前台不在是要刷房卡才能开大门的。因为还没有重新派房，我们也没有房卡，前台没人，拍门也没人回应。没办法，只能翻出预订确认单上酒店电话，打了个国际长途，叫人来开门。是不是有点匪夷所思？前台店员说，因为只有她一个人，刚才上楼上房间处理问题了。我说没房卡进不去，前台没人进不去，那新入住的客人岂不是要一直等在门外？难道没有晚上来办理入住的客人吗？店员只有不断的说sorry，因为确实只有她一个人。 好不容易上房间了，结果发现窗帘是掉落的。因为层高比较高，没有工具也没法把钩子重新挂上去。请了前台的人来，说要第二天上午house keeping的人才能搞。为了不要再换房，我们只能让步接受，做好戴眼罩的准备。当时对店员表示对两天房间的各种问题表示不满，店员除了说sorry，啥都解决不了，让我们第二天跟他们经理说。但经理的上班时间就是我们外出的时间，根本没法碰上啊。 第3天，早上出发前特地到前台提醒，记得让house keeping处理掉落的窗帘。下午回到酒店比往常稍早，发现窗帘根本没搞好。到前台，居然碰到了酒店经理，但人家已经换好衣服准备下班了。跟她理论了一番，为何又等了一天，问题还是没解决。美女经理除了说sorry，就是说他们没有工具可以搞，还说早上问我们要不要换房，是我们拒绝了。你们house kepping能把窗帘搞好，我为啥还要换房呢？！还说她已经下班了，这个问题等明天上班再处理。第二天我都要离店了，还跟你理论个啥？！真的很恼火，我表示要投诉的。美女经理保持着职业微笑，表示sorry我也解决不了，而且我要下班了。真的被气到了！一通电话打到携程去投诉。平台态度和处理结果倒算可以，最后给了点补偿，以平复我这异常不满的情绪。 上述很多问题都无法用图片展示，当时也没有特地拍照，只有窗帘问题，因为要下楼跟前台沟通，所以拍了照。 看着评分4.5，交通便利等优点，选择了这家酒店。一心想着连住3晚，结果在1家酒店就挪了2次窝（按酒店经理的打算，得挪3次）。旅途原本就疲累，还要遇上这样的糟心事，真的非常无奈，心累啊！"
