"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

"Hotel is conveniently located very close to central station, were you can get subway and trains to multiple destinations. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable, loved that out had a small balcony. There was a lot of construction work nearby so that complicated a bit the walking near the hotel."

"Very comfortable, spacious apartment. There is no direct contact between the guest and the hotel due to TRIP. Example: I sent a message to the property saying I needed a parking space. TRIP replied that they had contacted the property and that the property would do their best to fulfill the request on the day of arrival. It turned out that the property requires notification the day before arrival, and they never received my request from TRIP."

"Consistent NH standard – the room and bathroom were quite spacious. This time, I booked a room that included breakfast, and it's within walking distance to Brussels Central. Even if breakfast wasn't included, there are plenty of dining options within a 5-10 minute walk, which is very convenient. There's also a food court-style dining area nearby, perfect for a solo meal or a casual chat with friends."

Manager strictly followed her working hours, weak problem-solving efficiency and no service sense. more details in Chinese ... 旅游回来一个月了，想想还是要把不好的体验分享出来，让其他人避雷。 6月21日-24日在这酒店住了3个晚上，总体概括就是：没有一个房间是完全没有问题的，而且酒店处理效率低、经理态度傲慢。 第1天，派给我们的第1个房间，空调正常，但浴室无通风、水压低、水温难以控制，而且床头没有插头无法充电，也没有电话，联系前台要亲自下楼。前台人员上来检查，确认情况后同意换房。 去到第2个房间，问题反过来了，浴室水压水温都正常，床头也有插头有电话，但最大问题是，空调不正常！欧洲高温天气众所周知，没有空调根本没法睡啊。 店员表示当晚没有其它房间可以换了，而且上述问题也无法保证次日能解决，我们第2天早上要打包寄存行李，等重新派房。 于是，第1个晚上的解决办法：在B房间洗澡，然后回A房间睡觉。 第2天，大概晚上8点回到酒店，大门在晚上如果前台不在是要刷房卡才能开大门的。因为还没有重新派房，我们也没有房卡，前台没人，拍门也没人回应。没办法，只能翻出预订确认单上酒店电话，打了个国际长途，叫人来开门。是不是有点匪夷所思？前台店员说，因为只有她一个人，刚才上楼上房间处理问题了。我说没房卡进不去，前台没人进不去，那新入住的客人岂不是要一直等在门外？难道没有晚上来办理入住的客人吗？店员只有不断的说sorry，因为确实只有她一个人。 好不容易上房间了，结果发现窗帘是掉落的。因为层高比较高，没有工具也没法把钩子重新挂上去。请了前台的人来，说要第二天上午house keeping的人才能搞。为了不要再换房，我们只能让步接受，做好戴眼罩的准备。当时对店员表示对两天房间的各种问题表示不满，店员除了说sorry，啥都解决不了，让我们第二天跟他们经理说。但经理的上班时间就是我们外出的时间，根本没法碰上啊。 第3天，早上出发前特地到前台提醒，记得让house keeping处理掉落的窗帘。下午回到酒店比往常稍早，发现窗帘根本没搞好。到前台，居然碰到了酒店经理，但人家已经换好衣服准备下班了。跟她理论了一番，为何又等了一天，问题还是没解决。美女经理除了说sorry，就是说他们没有工具可以搞，还说早上问我们要不要换房，是我们拒绝了。你们house kepping能把窗帘搞好，我为啥还要换房呢？！还说她已经下班了，这个问题等明天上班再处理。第二天我都要离店了，还跟你理论个啥？！真的很恼火，我表示要投诉的。美女经理保持着职业微笑，表示sorry我也解决不了，而且我要下班了。真的被气到了！一通电话打到携程去投诉。平台态度和处理结果倒算可以，最后给了点补偿，以平复我这异常不满的情绪。 上述很多问题都无法用图片展示，当时也没有特地拍照，只有窗帘问题，因为要下楼跟前台沟通，所以拍了照。 看着评分4.5，交通便利等优点，选择了这家酒店。一心想着连住3晚，结果在1家酒店就挪了2次窝（按酒店经理的打算，得挪3次）。旅途原本就疲累，还要遇上这样的糟心事，真的非常无奈，心累啊！"

"A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."

"Room was quite small for 3 big luggages. Luggage cannot be left open otherwise it will block the entire walkway, thus some of us have to keep opening and closing the luggage. Toilet is of decent size. Location is really good, near to Brussels central station and grand place, walkable to most attractions. Staff is friendly."
