"The hotel offers an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, though it's less frequent compared to nearby hotels like Holiday Inn. Check-in is only available after 3 PM, and the rooms are quite small, so you'll have to wait if you arrive early. The breakfast restaurant is an independently run operation, not managed by the hotel, and costs $30 per person, which isn't great value for money. Despite being 7 km from the airport, the hotel is directly under a flight path, so the noise from planes taking off and landing is very loud. Light sleepers should definitely take this into consideration. Dining options around the hotel are limited (mostly pizza), but there's an excellent Japanese restaurant just across the bridge, about a 12-minute walk away, or one stop on the 300 bus."

"Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out. Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus. Location was great. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution. The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room. Overall a great experience. Thank you."

"It's very close to the airport, a ten-minute shuttle bus ride away. The hotel is new and clean. The room faces the road, and there are frequent planes flying overhead early in the morning. Even with the windows closed, it's still quite noisy; light sleepers need earplugs."

"It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?"

"It's good to arrive at the hostel in less than 10 minutes by shuttle bus! It's a very clean and comfortable hostel because it's just built! It was possible to cook simple food like a resort, so I bought kimchi and Shin Ramen at Wal-Mart, which is 10 minutes drive away, and boiled Shin Ramen. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and there is a social hour from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday to Wednesday. At this time, I think I can drink snacks and wine. ㅠㅠ We can't use it because the schedule ends late every day. It's a pity ㅠㅠㅠ And it was nice to be able to drink 24 hours tea and coffee in the lobby!"

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent."

"This was a great place to stay before heading to the airport. The facilities are good, the staff is friendly, and it's only a 7-minute drive from the airport, so I didn't have to worry about my flight. Thanks to this hotel, I had a pleasant last day of my trip before heading home."

"They have a complimentary schüttle that picks you up just outside the baggage area. Complimentary schüttle to the airport on the hour.The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise as there was actually an excellent protein, boiled eggs, Sausages, yoghurt granola and fruit. They had all the other items such as toast, croissants, bagels, muffins, orange and apple juice, waffles you make yourself, tea or coffee with milk or cream. Every area was clean. Quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room with compliment coffee pods and teas. Pump soap and bar soap Shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, shower cap and makeup remover pads. Plenty of towels."
